目前,砂糖桔已经被大规模种植,在砂糖桔种植过程中出现的病虫害种类较多,严重危害砂糖桔的生长,砂糖桔主要的病虫害有以下几种:1、疮痂病,主要为害嫩枝叶、幼果,叶片染病开始出现水渍状小斑点,后成蜡黄色,果实受害后常长出许多瘤状突起;2、炭疽病,炭疽病主要特征是在多雨高温下,病斑出现红色小点,在干燥条件下呈黑色小点,呈轮纹状;3、黄龙病,除了出现黄梢外,识别该病的主要特征是:叶片基部和边缘黄化,出现不规则的黄绿相间的斑驳叶;4.螨类,主要为红蜘蛛和锈壁虱,红蜘蛛为害叶、果、嫩梢,被害叶片失去光泽,呈灰白色;锈壁虱主要为害果实,造成黑皮果;5、蚧类,主要有吹绵蚧、盾蚧类等,为害枝条和果实削弱树势,诱发煤烟病,降低果实的产量和品质;6、潜叶蛾,俗称绘图虫、鬼划符,以幼虫潜入嫩叶表皮下取食,在叶背面形成白色弯曲的虫道,叶片卷缩,以夏、秋梢受害最为严重;7、角肩椿象,又称臭屁虫,这种虫主要为害果实,造成大量落果。
目前砂糖桔在防治病虫害方面大多数是用化学农药进行防治,一般是用敌百虫、退菌特、甲基托布津、蚜虱净、吡虫啉、三氯杀螨醇、金霸螨、水胺硫磷、克螨特等轮流喷杀或交叉喷杀或混合喷杀。因为化学农药防治效果好,所以茶农在防治病虫害时经常单纯依靠化学农药,施药频率偏高,用药量偏大,造成砂糖桔果实的农药污染严重,果肉农残量大,危害消费者的健康,同时农药会富集在土壤和砂糖桔植株上,造成持续污染。

本发明的目是针对上述存在的问题,提供一种砂糖桔病虫害防治剂及其制备方法,以各种植物作为原料,采用水、乙醇等常见易得的溶剂进行提取有杀虫作用的有效成分,操作过程简单,可行性高;制成的防治剂对砂糖桔的病虫害防治效果好,而且不会把有害物质残留在砂糖桔果肉里,能提高砂糖桔的品质,是一种安全有效的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂。

一种砂糖桔病虫害防治剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:樟树叶20-30份、巴豆25-29份、辣蓼18-23份、苦皮藤28-35份、菖蒲25-30份、刺桐22-27份、雷公藤17-20份、黑芝麻15-18份、乙醇230-250份和水450-480份。
进一步地,所述的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:樟树叶24份、巴豆27份、辣蓼20份、苦皮藤32份、菖蒲28份、刺桐26份、雷公藤19份、黑芝麻17份、乙醇240份和水470份。
上述的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将樟树叶、辣蓼、苦皮藤、菖蒲、刺桐、雷公藤切成段状,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(2)将巴豆碾压至裂开,与混合物A混合均匀,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物B加入水中煎煮,煎煮时间为50-60min,过滤,得到煎煮液和滤渣;
(4)将步骤(3)中的滤渣烘干,粉碎成100-200目的滤渣粉末;
(5)将黑芝麻磨成粉末,加入乙醇中搅拌均匀,静置10-15min后,再加入滤渣粉末,混合均匀,回流提取6-10h,提取温度为60-70℃,过滤后,得到提取液;
(6)将步骤(3)制得的煎煮液和步骤(5)制得的提取液混合均匀,即可得到砂糖桔病虫害防治剂。

巴豆又称为双眼龙、江子、猛子树、八百力、芒子等,为大戟科巴豆属植物巴豆树的干燥成熟果实。巴豆是一种常用的中草药,其味辛性热,有下泻毒性。巴豆含脂肪油,油中含巴豆树脂,系巴豆醇、甲酸、丁酸及巴豆油酸结合而成的酯。此外,含蛋白质约18%,其中包括一种毒性球蛋白,称巴豆毒素。另含有巴豆甙、精氨酸、赖氨酸、解脂酶及一种类似蓖麻碱的生物碱。
辣蓼,别名辣蓼草、廖子草、梨同草,为蓼科蓼属植物水蓼的全草,分布于我国南北各省区。具有祛风利湿,散瘀止痛,解毒消肿,杀虫止痒之功效。常用于痢疾,胃肠炎,腹泻,风湿关节痛,跌打肿痛,功能性子宫出血等病症的治疗;外用于毒蛇咬伤,皮肤湿疹。辣蓼中含有的2-甲氧基-4-乙烯基苯酚、4-烯丙基-2-甲氧基苯酚(丁香酚)对农业害虫有很强的生物活性,辣蓼具有的杀虫活性可能与这两种物质有关。
苦皮藤为植物界卫矛目南蛇藤属,产于河北、山东、河南、陕西、甘肃、江苏、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南、四川、贵州、云南及广东、广西。其杀虫有效成分为苦皮藤素I、II、III、IV、V,其中苦皮藤素I为拒食有效成分,苦皮藤素II、III、V为毒杀有效成分,苦皮藤素IV为麻醉有效成分。
菖蒲,别名臭蒲(唐本草注)、水菖蒲、泥菖蒲、大叶菖蒲、白菖蒲。有毒植物,其毒性为全株有毒,根茎毒性较大。含α-细辛醚、β-细辛醚、顺甲基异丁香酚、甲基丁香酚、菖蒲烯二醇、菖蒲螺烯酮、水菖蒲酮、菖蒲螺酮、菖蒲大牯牛儿酮、菖蒲酮、异菖蒲酮等。菖蒲能可有效防治飞虱、叶蝉、螟蛉、蚜虫、红蜘蛛等虫害。

有益效果:

一种砂糖桔病虫害防治剂,由如下重量的原料制成:樟树叶0.24kg、巴豆0.27kg、辣蓼0.2kg、苦皮藤0.32kg、菖蒲0.28kg、刺桐0.26kg、雷公藤0.19kg、黑芝麻0.17kg、乙醇2.4kg和水4.7kg。

(1)将樟树叶、辣蓼、苦皮藤、菖蒲、刺桐、雷公藤切成段状,长度为3-4cm,混合均匀,得到混合物A;

(3)将混合物B加入水中煎煮,煎煮为先用文火煎煮20min后,再用武火煎煮35min,过滤,得到煎煮液和滤渣;

一种砂糖桔病虫害防治剂,由如下重量的原料制成:樟树叶2.0kg、巴豆2.5kg、辣蓼1.8kg、苦皮藤2.8kg、菖蒲2.5kg、刺桐2.2kg、雷公藤1.7kg、黑芝麻1.5kg、乙醇23.0kg和水45.0kg。
上述的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将樟树叶、辣蓼、苦皮藤、菖蒲、刺桐、雷公藤切成段状,长度为3-4cm,混合均匀,得到混合物A;

(3)将混合物B加入水中煎煮,文火煎煮,煎煮时间为60min,过滤,得到煎煮液和滤渣;

在砂糖桔地用实施例1-3制备所得的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂进行试验,依次为试验组1、试验组2、试验组3,选择同一片长势大致相同的砂糖桔,每个试验组为1亩砂糖桔,从砂糖桔植株的新梢嫩芽长出时开始喷施防治剂,砂糖桔病虫害防治剂按1:0.6的比例用水稀释,每半个月喷洒一次,每次喷洒至砂糖桔植株有水珠滴落即可;同时设置对照组,对照组按照日常方法使用常规化学农药对砂糖桔植株进行喷施,其他与试验组相同,试验至砂糖桔能采摘收获为止。
砂糖桔采收后进行重量统计及相关指标分析,具体的试验结果数据见表1。

在试验过程中,经过观察,试验组和对照组的砂糖桔植株遭到害虫侵害的情况均较少,能够正常生长。从表1可以看出,试验组1-3所收获的砂糖桔重量与对照组收获的砂糖桔相差不大,而从农残指标看,差别却很大。对照组因为使用农药对砂糖桔植株进行喷洒,所以农残多,对身体危害大。而试验组仅使用本发明的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂进行喷洒,因本砂糖桔病虫害防治剂均以植物作为原料进行制备生产,所以不会有农药富集在砂糖桔的现象,能保证砂糖桔的健康安全,提高砂糖桔品质。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种砂糖桔病虫害防治剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:樟树叶20-30份、巴豆25-29份、辣蓼18-23份、苦皮藤28-35份、菖蒲25-30份、刺桐22-27份、雷公藤17-20份、黑芝麻15-18份、乙醇230-250份和水450-480份。
2.如权利要求1所述的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:樟树叶24份、巴豆27份、辣蓼20份、苦皮藤32份、菖蒲28份、刺桐26份、雷公藤19份、黑芝麻17份、乙醇240份和水470份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将樟树叶、辣蓼、苦皮藤、菖蒲、刺桐、雷公藤切成段状,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(2)将巴豆碾压至裂开,与混合物A混合均匀,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物B加入水中煎煮,煎煮时间为50-60min,过滤,得到煎煮液和滤渣;
(4)将步骤(3)中的滤渣烘干,粉碎成100-200目的滤渣粉末;
(5)将黑芝麻磨成粉末,加入乙醇中搅拌均匀,静置10-15min后,再加入滤渣粉末,混合均匀,回流提取6-10h,提取温度为60-70℃,过滤后,得到提取液;
(6)将步骤(3)制得的煎煮液和步骤(5)制得的提取液混合均匀,即可得到砂糖桔病虫害防治剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述混合物A的各段状原料的长度为3-4cm。
5.如权利要求3所述的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,所述煎煮为先用文火煎煮20min后,再用武火煎煮35min。
6.如权利要求3所述的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,所述乙醇是体积分数为80%的乙醇。
7.如权利要求3所述的砂糖桔病虫害防治剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,所述回流提取时间为7h,提取温度为65℃。
