灰灰菜，(学名：Chenopodium album Linn)又名藜，别名野灰菜，灰蓼头草等，为藜科一年生草本植物。食用灰灰菜能够预防贫血，促进儿童生长发育，对中老年缺钙者也有一定保健功能。另外，全草还含有挥发油、藜碱等特有物质，能够防止消化道寄生虫、消除口臭。灰灰菜嫩茎叶含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类，特别是其中极丰富的胡萝卜素和维生素C有助于增强人体免疫功能。目前，灰灰菜作为食品逐渐得到人们重视，而且，有研究表明，灰灰菜还有一定抗癌的功效，在抗癌药物中得到研究与开发。但是，目前还没有将灰灰菜用于皮肤消炎止痒的应用中。
蛇莓(学名:Duchesnea indica(Andr.)Focke)，别名蛇泡草，为蔷薇科，多年生草本植物，全草可入药，有清热解毒、活血散瘀、收敛止血作用，又能治毒蛇咬伤，敷治疔疮等；并用于杀灭蝇蛆。蝎子草，又名八宝景天，为多年生草本花卉，具有祛风利湿，活血散瘀，止血止痛等功效。目前，还没有将灰灰菜与蛇莓及蝎子草配合应用于药膏的制备。

灰灰菜29、蛇莓20、蝎子草20、益母草15、野菊花13、琉璃苣13、桑枝10、槐枝10、白芷10、甘草10、黄柏7、荷叶6、椿皮3、乌梅4、石榴皮4、薄荷7、金银花7、苦参5以及青黛0.2。
一种纯植物提取物止痒消炎药膏的制备方法，其特征在于，主要包含以下步骤：
步骤1、将灰灰菜、蛇莓、蝎子草、益母草、野菊花、琉璃苣、桑枝、槐枝、白芷、甘草、黄柏、荷叶、椿皮、乌梅、石榴皮、薄荷、金银花、苦参以及青黛进行低温速冻20-30分钟，速冻温度为-22℃-18℃，然后进行低温粉碎，粉碎过程中温度控制在0-4℃，得到组合物粉末；
步骤2、将组合物粉末与8-12倍体积的质量浓度为65％的乙醇溶液进行浸提，反复浸提2-4次，分别过滤，将所得过滤所得液混合，得浸提液。
步骤3、将浸提液进行旋蒸，旋蒸温度控制在45-60℃，旋蒸至剩余物呈膏状，得组合物提取物。

该药膏将各组分充分混合可达到快速杀虫止痒，解毒消肿的功效，经实践证明蚊虫叮咬后将该药膏涂于患处2-3分钟便可以达到止痒消肿的功效。

步骤2、将组合物粉末与8-12倍体积的质量浓度为65％的乙醇溶液进行浸提，反复浸提2-4次，分别过滤，将所得过滤所得液混合，得浸提液。
步骤3、将浸提液进行旋蒸，旋蒸温度控制在45-60℃，旋蒸至剩余物呈膏状，得组合物提取物。
步骤4、另取灰灰菜全株5重量份与3倍体积的沸水混合煮制5-10分钟，过滤得灰灰菜汁液，晾至常温备用。
步骤5、另取灰灰菜全株低温干燥粉碎，过500目筛，得到灰灰菜粉末。
步骤6、取48-56重量份的组合物提取物、35-42重量份灰灰菜汁液、8-16重量份灰灰菜粉末、0.5-2重量份甘油以及0.5-2重量份白凡士林混合，调和至膏状，即得所述纯植物提取物止痒消炎药膏。
其中，对灰灰菜、蛇莓、蝎子草、益母草、野菊花、琉璃苣、桑枝、槐枝、白芷、甘草、黄柏、荷叶、椿皮、乌梅、石榴皮、薄荷、金银花、苦参以及青黛进行低温冷藏，可以最大程度的保持其有效成分的活性，使药膏的功效充分发挥；其中，低温干燥粉碎灰灰菜全株，可以避免其有效成分的丧失，抑制细菌的繁殖，防止灰灰菜汁液受到污染。
一个优选方案中，所述的纯植物提取物止痒消炎药膏的制备方法，步骤2中，所述浸提的温度为30～40℃，时间为50～60分钟。
一个优选方案中，所述的纯植物提取物止痒消炎药膏的制备方法，步骤4中，所述灰灰菜汁液的另一种提取方法是：

步骤1、将灰灰菜25g、蛇莓18g、蝎子草18g、益母草13g、野菊花12g、琉璃苣12g、桑枝8g、槐枝8g、白芷8g、甘草8g、黄柏5g、荷叶5g、椿皮2g、乌梅3g、石榴皮3g、薄荷6g、金银花5g、苦参4g以及青黛0.2g进行低温速冻20分钟，速冻温度为-22℃，然后进行低温粉碎，粉碎过程中温度控制在0℃，得到组合物粉末；
步骤2、将组合物粉末与8倍体积的质量浓度为65％的乙醇溶液进行浸提，反复浸提2次，分别过滤，将所得过滤所得液混合，得浸提液；
步骤3、将浸提液进行旋蒸，旋蒸温度控制在45℃，旋蒸至剩余物呈膏状，得组合物提取物；
步骤4、另取灰灰菜全株100g与3倍体积的沸水混合煮制5分钟，过滤得灰灰菜汁液，晾至常温备用；
步骤5、另取20g灰灰菜全株低温干燥粉碎，过500目筛，得到灰灰菜粉末；
步骤6、取100g的组合物提取物、72g灰灰菜汁液、17g灰灰菜粉末、1g甘油以及1g白凡士林混合，调和至膏状，即得所述纯植物提取物止痒消炎药膏。
实施例2
步骤1、将灰灰菜29g、蛇莓20g、蝎子草20g、益母草15g、野菊花13g、琉璃苣13g、桑枝10g、槐枝10g、白芷10g、甘草10g、黄柏7g、荷叶6g、椿皮3g、乌梅4g、石榴皮4g、薄荷7g、金银花7g、苦参5g以及青黛0.2g进行低温速冻25分钟，速冻温度为-20℃，然后进行低温粉碎，粉碎过程中温度控制在2℃，得到组合物粉末；
步骤2、将组合物粉末与10倍体积的质量浓度为65％的乙醇溶液进行浸提，反复浸提3次，分别过滤，将所得过滤所得液混合，得浸提液；
步骤3、将浸提液进行旋蒸，旋蒸温度控制在50℃，旋蒸至剩余物呈膏状，得组合物提取物；
步骤4、另取灰灰菜全株150g与3倍体积的沸水混合煮制8分钟，过滤得灰灰菜汁液，晾至常温备用；
步骤5、另取40g灰灰菜全株低温干燥粉碎，过500目筛，得到灰灰菜粉末；
步骤6、取120g组合物提取物、92g灰灰菜汁液、28g灰灰菜粉末、2g甘油以及2g白凡士林混合，调和至膏状，即得所述纯植物提取物止痒消炎药膏。
实施例3
步骤1、将灰灰菜35g、蛇莓22g、蝎子草22g、益母草17g、野菊花14g、琉璃苣14g、桑枝12g、槐枝12g、白芷12g、甘草12g、黄柏9g、荷叶8g、椿皮4g、乌梅5g、石榴皮5g、薄荷8g、金银花8g、苦参6g以及青黛0.3g进行低温速冻30分钟，速冻温度为-18℃，然后进行低温粉碎，粉碎过程中温度控制在4℃，得到组合物粉末；
步骤2、将组合物粉末与12倍体积的质量浓度为65％的乙醇溶液进行浸提，反复浸提4次，分别过滤，将所得过滤所得液混合，得浸提液；
步骤3、将浸提液进行旋蒸，旋蒸温度控制在60℃，旋蒸至剩余物呈膏状，得组合物提取物；
步骤4、将200g灰灰菜全株粉碎并与10倍体积的质量浓度为6％的氯化钠溶液混合得到混合溶液；
步骤5、采用脉动压差法对所述混合溶液进行提取，即将脉动压力室温度设定为35℃，高压设定为400kPa，低压设定为0kPa，高低压时间比设定为5min：18min提取得到灰灰菜汁液。
步骤6、另取灰灰菜全株低温干燥粉碎，过500目筛，得到灰灰菜粉末；
步骤7、取150g重量份的组合物提取物、113g灰灰菜汁液、43g灰灰菜粉末、5g甘油以及5g白凡士林混合，调和至膏状，即得所述纯植物提取物止痒消炎药膏。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上，但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用，它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域，对于熟悉本领域的人员而言，可容易地实现另外的修改，因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下，本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种纯植物提取物止痒消炎药膏，其特征在于，主要由以下重量份的原料提取得到：
灰灰菜25-35、蛇莓18-22、蝎子草18-22、益母草13-17、野菊花12-14、琉璃苣12-14、桑枝8-12、槐枝8-12、白芷8-12、甘草8-12、黄柏5-9、荷叶5-8、椿皮2-4、乌梅3-5、石榴皮3-5、薄荷6-8、金银花5-8、苦参4-6以及青黛0.2-0.3。
2.如权利要求1所述的纯植物提取物止痒消炎药膏，其特征在于，主要由以下重量份的原料提取得到：
灰灰菜29、蛇莓20、蝎子草20、益母草15、野菊花13、琉璃苣13、桑枝10、槐枝10、白芷10、甘草10、黄柏7、荷叶6、椿皮3、乌梅4、石榴皮4、薄荷7、金银花7、苦参5以及青黛0.2。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的纯植物提取物止痒消炎药膏的制备方法，其特征在于，主要包含以下步骤：
步骤1、将灰灰菜、蛇莓、蝎子草、益母草、野菊花、琉璃苣、桑枝、槐枝、白芷、甘草、黄柏、荷叶、椿皮、乌梅、石榴皮、薄荷、金银花、苦参以及青黛进行低温速冻20-30分钟，速冻温度为-22℃-18℃，然后进行低温粉碎，粉碎过程中温度控制在0-4℃，得到组合物粉末；
步骤2、将组合物粉末与8-12倍体积的质量浓度为65％的乙醇溶液进行浸提，反复浸提2-4次，分别过滤，将所得过滤所得液混合，得浸提液；
步骤3、将浸提液进行旋蒸，旋蒸温度控制在45-60℃，旋蒸至剩余物呈膏状，得组合物提取物；
步骤4、另取灰灰菜全株5重量份与3倍体积的沸水混合煮制5-10分钟，过滤得灰灰菜汁液，晾至常温备用；
步骤5、另取灰灰菜全株低温干燥粉碎，过500目筛，得到灰灰菜粉末；
