本发明公开了一种安全性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有氯甲酚、甲醛、三氯叔丁醇、聚维酮碘、溴化十六烷铵、桉叶油、去水醋酸、对羟苯甲酸丁酯,所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,氯甲酚3‑8份、甲醛1‑6份、三氯叔丁醇9‑13份、聚维酮碘6‑10份、溴化十六烷铵2‑7份、桉叶油5‑11份、去水醋酸10‑16份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯4‑9份。通过上述方式,本发明的安全性能好的生物防腐剂,能够使生物制品中的微生物的蛋白质变性和凝固,使微生物不能生存和繁殖,达到非常好的防腐性能,在安全的使用范围内,不会影响生物制品的正常实用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物防腐剂,特别是涉及一种安全性能好的生物防腐剂。
背景技术
生物制品生产用原材料系指生物制品生产过程中使用的所有生物材料和化学材料。按照来源可将生物制品生产用原材料分为两大类,一类为生物原材料,主要包括来源于微生物,人和动物细胞、组织、体液成分,以及采用重组技术或生物合成技术生产的生物原材料等;另一类为化学原材料,包括无机和有机化学材料。防腐剂是生物制品生产用的原材料之一,现有的生物防腐剂安全性能不好,使用上有害。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全性能好的生物防腐剂,使用性能良好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种安全性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有氯甲酚、甲醛、三氯叔丁醇、聚维酮碘、溴化十六烷铵、桉叶油、去水醋酸、对羟苯甲酸丁酯,所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,氯甲酚 3-8份、甲醛 1-6份、三氯叔丁醇 9-13份、聚维酮碘 6-10份、溴化十六烷铵 2-7份、桉叶油 5-11份、去水醋酸 10-16份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯 4-9份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,氯甲酚 3份、甲醛 6份、三氯叔丁醇 9份、聚维酮碘10份、溴化十六烷铵 2份、桉叶油11份、去水醋酸 10份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯9份。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的安全性能好的生物防腐剂,能够使生物制品中的微生物的蛋白质变性和凝固,使微生物不能生存和繁殖,达到非常好的防腐性能,在安全的使用范围内,不会影响生物制品的正常实用。

提供一种安全性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有氯甲酚、甲醛、三氯叔丁醇、聚维酮碘、溴化十六烷铵、桉叶油、去水醋酸、对羟苯甲酸丁酯。所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,氯甲酚 3份、甲醛 6份、三氯叔丁醇 9份、聚维酮碘10份、溴化十六烷铵 2份、桉叶油11份、去水醋酸 10份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯9份。
实施例二:
提供一种安全性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有氯甲酚、甲醛、三氯叔丁醇、聚维酮碘、溴化十六烷铵、桉叶油、去水醋酸、对羟苯甲酸丁酯。所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,氯甲酚5份、甲醛4份、三氯叔丁醇 11份、聚维酮碘 8份、溴化十六烷铵 4份、桉叶油 8份、去水醋酸 13份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯 6份。
实施例三:
提供一种安全性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有氯甲酚、甲醛、三氯叔丁醇、聚维酮碘、溴化十六烷铵、桉叶油、去水醋酸、对羟苯甲酸丁酯。所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,氯甲酚8份、甲醛 1份、三氯叔丁醇13份、聚维酮碘 6份、溴化十六烷铵7份、桉叶油 5份、去水醋酸16份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯 4份。
实施例四:
提供一种安全性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有氯甲酚、甲醛、三氯叔丁醇、聚维酮碘、溴化十六烷铵、桉叶油、去水醋酸、对羟苯甲酸丁酯。所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,氯甲酚 4份、甲醛 6份、三氯叔丁醇 10份、聚维酮碘 9份、溴化十六烷铵 3份、桉叶油 10份、去水醋酸 11份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯 8份。
实施例五:
提供一种安全性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有氯甲酚、甲醛、三氯叔丁醇、聚维酮碘、溴化十六烷铵、桉叶油、去水醋酸、对羟苯甲酸丁酯。所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,氯甲酚 7份、甲醛 2份、三氯叔丁醇 12份、聚维酮碘 7份、溴化十六烷铵 6份、桉叶油 6份、去水醋酸 15份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯 5份。
本发明的有益效果是:
一、所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂能够使生物制品中的微生物的蛋白质变性和凝固,使微生物不能生存和繁殖,达到非常好的防腐性能;
二、所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂在安全的使用范围内,不会影响生物制品的正常实用。

1.一种安全性能好的生物防腐剂,其特征在于,包括的组分有氯甲酚、甲醛、三氯叔丁醇、聚维酮碘、溴化十六烷铵、桉叶油、去水醋酸、对羟苯甲酸丁酯,所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,氯甲酚 3-8份、甲醛 1-6份、三氯叔丁醇 9-13份、聚维酮碘 6-10份、溴化十六烷铵 2-7份、桉叶油 5-11份、去水醋酸 10-16份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯 4-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全性能好的生物防腐剂,其特征在于,所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,氯甲酚 3份、甲醛 6份、三氯叔丁醇 9份、聚维酮碘10份、溴化十六烷铵 2份、桉叶油11份、去水醋酸 10份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全性能好的生物防腐剂,其特征在于,所述安全性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,氯甲酚5份、甲醛4份、三氯叔丁醇 11份、聚维酮碘 8份、溴化十六烷铵 4份、桉叶油 8份、去水醋酸 13份、对羟苯甲酸丁酯 6份。
