本发明公开了一种太阳能农业大棚,包括大棚本体,所述大棚本体的顶端设置有棚顶,在棚顶的两侧设置有太阳能电池板I,在棚顶的中心设置有支撑架,在支撑架的一端设置有平台,在平台上设置有太阳能电池板II,所述大棚本体的左右两侧面设置有塑料薄膜,所述两侧的塑料薄膜上分别设置有光照检测器和温湿度检测器,所述塑料薄膜的上端设置有横梁,在横梁的中间设置有日光灯,在日光灯的两侧设置有水雾喷头,在大棚本体的底端设置有植物生长灯,所述大棚本体的右侧设置有光伏汇流装置,本发明可以解决现有太阳能农业大棚中光伏与农业互补结合性差的问题,实现对太阳能资源的高效利用,同时还能实现大棚内部环境的自动化控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能设备技术领域,特别涉及一种太阳能农业大棚。
背景技术
目前,我们对农业的要求已经从追求数量和产量转向了绿色、高效和节能环保,我国有着数量众多的农业大棚,农业大棚的使用,能抵抗自然灾害,防寒保温,抗旱、涝,提早栽培,延后栽培,延长作物的生长期,达到早熟、晚熟、增产稳产的目的,因此,将光伏与农业的结合是加快绿色农业高效发展的一大契机,太阳能农业大棚目前处于蓬勃发展阶段,大棚内的光照强度、温度以及湿度等对于农作物的影响非常重要,同时,在大棚内所需的照明等电能的消耗也是非常巨大的,而现有的太阳能农业大棚仅仅是简单的农业大棚与光伏地面电站的“强加”结合,占地面积大,土地利用率低,光伏并没有对生态农业生产带来实质性的变化。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种太阳能农业大棚。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为一种太阳能农业大棚,包括大棚本体,所述大棚本体的正前面设置有大棚门,在大棚门上设有显示器、门把和控制器,所述大棚门的正上面设置有通风口,所述大棚本体的顶端设置有棚顶,在棚顶的两侧设置有太阳能电池板I,在棚顶的中心设置有支撑架,在支撑架的内部设置有转轴,所述转轴的一端设置有平台,在平台上设置有太阳能电池板II,所述太阳能电池板II在平台上可通过转轴按任一角度旋转,所述大棚本体的左右两侧面设置有塑料薄膜,所述左侧的塑料薄膜上设置有光照检测器,在右侧的塑料薄膜上设置有温湿度检测器,所述塑料薄膜的上端设置有横梁,所述横梁的中间设置有日光灯,在日光灯的两侧设置有水雾喷头,所述大棚本体正面的左上角设置有温度调节器,在大棚本体的底端设置有植物生长灯,所述大棚本体的四周侧面的外侧设置有卷帘,所述大棚本体的右侧设置有光伏汇流装置;
所述光伏汇流装置包括汇流箱,所述汇流箱电连接有蓄电池组,所述蓄电池组连接有逆变器和光伏水泵,所述逆变器分别与光伏水泵、日光灯和植物生长灯电连接。
进一步的,所述逆变器上设有控制光伏水泵、植物生长灯和日光灯通断电的开关。
进一步的,所述水雾喷头通过输水管与光伏水泵相连通。
进一步的,所述棚顶与两侧壁的交接处设置有卷轴,所述卷帘穿过卷轴通过绳索进行卷折和展开。
进一步的,所述光伏水泵与输水管之间设有止回阀。
进一步的,所述蓄电池组是由铅酸蓄电池串联而成。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述技术方案,在棚顶上固定的设置太阳能电池板I,通过支撑架在平台上设置太阳能电池板II,太阳能电池板I能接收固定方向的太阳光,而平台上的太阳能电池板II能通过转轴进行适当角度的调整,使其能时刻最佳的接收到太阳光照,解决了现有太阳能农业大棚中土地利用率低和光伏与农业互补结合性差的问题,促进农业增产丰收;通过太阳能电池板进行光伏发电,极大的节约了能源,逆变器将太阳能转换为电能,通过光伏汇流装置将逆变器内的电流进行汇流,来为日光灯和植物生长灯提供工作电流,光伏发电产生的多余电能存储在蓄电池组中,在无光照的条件下,蓄电池组放电,提供给农业大棚内部的照明和植物补光,实现太阳能资源的高效利用;大棚内部的温湿度检测器、光照检测器、照明装置使农业大棚内部环境符合农作物的最佳生长环境,提高农作物的生长效率,光伏水泵经输水管进行农业灌溉,灌溉效果好,设置植物生长灯定时照射,能够为农作物补充光照,促进植物光合作用和营养吸收,提高农作物产量与质量。

光伏汇流装置30包括汇流箱10,汇流箱10电连接有由铅酸蓄电池串联而成的蓄电池组11,蓄电池组11连接有逆变器12和光伏水泵14,光伏水泵14通过输水管6与水雾喷头8相连通,在光伏水泵14与输水管6之间设有防止水流回流的止回阀13,逆变器12分别与光伏水泵14、日光灯9和植物生长灯16电连接,在逆变器12上设有控制光伏水泵14、植物生长灯16和日光灯9通断电的开关。
本发明可以起到以下作用:
(1)在棚顶上固定的设置太阳能电池板I,通过支撑架在平台上设置太阳能电池板II,太阳能电池板I固定,而太阳能电池板II可进行调整,使其能时刻最佳的接收到太阳光照,解决了现有太阳能农业大棚中光伏与农业互补结合性差的问题;
(2)在横梁上设置有日光灯,在大棚底端设置有植物生长灯,日光灯和植物生长灯的共同作用能够保证农作物生长的光照条件;设置的通风口能对大棚内进行通风,形成空气循环,降温效果好,为农作物提供适宜的生长温度;设置有光照检测器和温湿度检测器能够对大棚内的光照、温度和湿度进行实时监测,并通过显示器显示出来,实现了对大棚环境条件的自动化控制;
(3)由铅酸蓄电池串联而成的蓄电池组11能够储存光伏发电产生的多余电能,使在无光照的情况下,能够放电为大棚内部的装置利用;
(4)光伏汇流装置将逆变器内的电流进行汇流,来为日光灯、植物生长灯和光伏水泵提供工作,实现太阳能资源的高效利用。
