本发明提供了一种柔性防火绝缘电缆,包括若干导体,所述导体由内而外依次包括缆芯、绝缘层和屏蔽层,其特征在于:还包括加强件,所述加强件包括FRP条以及套接在所述FRP条上的缓冲体,所述缓冲体包括阻挡部以及相邻所述阻挡部之间的弧形部,相邻所述阻挡部间设有一个所述导体,所述加强件外侧依次套接有无机包带层、防水层和包覆在所述防水层外部的阻燃层,所述加强件与所述无机包带层间填充有柔性材料,所述防水层和所述阻燃层的贴合表面上交替嵌有高碳钢丝,所述阻燃层外包覆有弹性尼龙树脂外护套。

一种柔性防火绝缘电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种柔性防火绝缘电缆。
背景技术
随着科技的日益加速发展,机器人电缆目前被广泛应用,未来具有较高的附加值,市场发展前景广阔,并有极好的经济效益。但是目前的机器人电缆品种很少,而且还有很多的技术要求都不能同时满足,有柔软性能好,但电缆不能长时间耐磨,影响电缆的使用寿命;能长时间耐磨的电缆一般情况柔软性能不是很好,往往会被一些既要求电缆产品有高柔软性,又要能长时间耐磨耐曲饶而不影响电缆使用寿命的条件所束缚,大大影响了公司的经济效益。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种柔性防火绝缘电缆,该电缆具有高柔性耐曲饶、高耐磨、抗干扰等性能,你能够在恶劣环境中实用,并具有较强的机械强度。
为了达到该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:包括若干导体,所述导体由内而外依次包括缆芯、绝缘层和屏蔽层,其特征在于:还包括加强件,所述加强件包括FRP条以及套接在所述FRP条上的缓冲体,所述缓冲体包括阻挡部以及相邻所述阻挡部之间的弧形部,相邻所述阻挡部间设有一个所述导体,所述加强件外侧依次套接有无机包带层、防水层和包覆在所述防水层外部的阻燃层,所述加强件与所述无机包带层间填充有柔性材料,所述防水层和所述阻燃层的贴合表面上交替嵌有高碳钢丝,所述阻燃层外包覆有弹性尼龙树脂外护套。
作为一种优选,所述高碳钢丝部分位于所述防水层和所述阻燃层外部,三个所述高碳钢丝紧密排列,所述防水层和所述阻燃层上交替排列的所述高碳钢丝间相抵设置。
作为一种优选,所述FRP条与所述缓冲体间设置有连接胶体。
作为一种优选,所述无机包带层为无碱玻璃丝编织层。
作为一种优选,所述无机包带层外表面涂有防腐漆。
作为一种优选,所述防水层和所述阻燃层上的高碳钢丝均匀分布。
作为一种优选,所述阻燃层为粉云母带缠绕而成。
综上,本发明具有以下优点:FRP条的设置大大增强了电缆的抗拉强度,增加了电缆的适用范围,避免其在机器人工作过程中被拉扯破坏;FRP条上套接缓冲体,缓冲体上的阻挡部和弧形部半包围导体,在电缆受到挤压以及扭转过程中,对导体进行缓冲保护;加强件外侧依次设有无机包带层、防水层和阻燃层,外部包覆有弹性尼龙树脂外护套,韧性好、抗磨损能力以及化学腐蚀能力强,同时兼顾阻燃和防水性,能够应用不同环境以及恶劣工况;防水层和阻燃层的贴合表面上交替嵌有高碳钢丝,起到屏蔽作用的同时,增大了防水层和阻燃层间的摩擦,避免电缆局部扭转变形过大。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图中实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,该电缆包括若干导体1,导体1由内而外依次包括缆芯11、绝缘层12和屏蔽层13,还包括加强件2,加强件2包括FRP条21以及套接在FRP条21上的缓冲体22,缓冲体22包括阻挡部221以及相邻阻挡部221之间的弧形部222,相邻阻挡部221间设有一个导体1,加强件2外侧依次套接有无机包带层3、防水层4和包覆在防水层4外部的阻燃层5,加强件2与无机包带层3间填充有柔性材料。柔性材料可选为,麻绳、棉条或橡皮条等。防水层4和阻燃层5的贴合表面上交替嵌有高碳钢丝7,阻燃层5外包覆有弹性尼龙树脂外护套6。高碳钢丝7部分位于防水层4和阻燃层5外部,三个高碳钢丝7紧密排列在一起并以三个为一组,防水层4和阻燃层5上交替排列的所述高碳钢丝7间相抵设置。
FRP条21的质量轻且机械强度大,可以大大增强电缆的抗拉强度,增加了电缆的适用范围,避免其在机器人工作过程中被拉扯破坏。FRP条21外侧套接缓冲体22,缓冲体22上的阻挡部221和弧形部222半包围导体1,在电缆受到挤压以及扭转过程中,对导体1进行缓冲保护。电缆外部包覆有弹性尼龙树脂外护套6,韧性好、抗磨损能力以及化学腐蚀能力强,尤其是抵抗汽油、机油能力强。电缆加强件2外侧依次设有无机包带层3、防水层4和阻燃层5,同时兼顾阻燃和防水性,能够应用不同环境以及恶劣工况;防水层4和阻燃层5的贴合表面上交替嵌有高碳钢丝7,起到屏蔽作用的同时,增大了防水层4和阻燃层5间的摩擦,避免电缆局部扭转变形过大。
FRP条21与缓冲体22间设置有连接胶体,避免二者之间的错位。无机包带层3为无碱玻璃丝编织层,起到耐高温作用,同时具有一定的绝缘性。无机包带层3外表面涂有防腐漆。防水层4和阻燃层5上的高碳钢丝7均匀分布。阻燃层5为粉云母带缠绕而成,满足阻燃要求并具有良好的柔软性。

1.一种柔性防火绝缘电缆,包括若干导体(1),所述导体(1)由内而外依次包括缆芯(11)、绝缘层(12)和屏蔽层(13),其特征在于:还包括加强件(2),所述加强件(2)包括FRP条(21)以及套接在所述FRP条(21)上的缓冲体(22),所述缓冲体(22)包括阻挡部(221)以及相邻所述阻挡部(221)之间的弧形部(222),相邻所述阻挡部(221)间设有一个所述导体(1),所述加强件(2)外侧依次套接有无机包带层(3)、防水层(4)和包覆在所述防水层(4)外部的阻燃层(5),所述加强件(2)与所述无机包带层(3)间填充有柔性材料,所述防水层(4)和所述阻燃层(5)的贴合表面上交替嵌有高碳钢丝(7),所述阻燃层(5)外包覆有弹性尼龙树脂外护套(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防火绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述高碳钢丝(7)部分位于所述防水层(4)和所述阻燃层(5)外部,三个所述高碳钢丝(7)紧密排列,所述防水层(4)和所述阻燃层(5)上交替排列的所述高碳钢丝(7)间相抵设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防火绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述FRP条(21)与所述缓冲体(22)间设置有连接胶体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防火绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述无机包带层(3)为无碱玻璃丝编织层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种柔性防火绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述无机包带层(3)外表面涂有防腐漆。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防火绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述防水层(4)和所述阻燃层(5)上的高碳钢丝(7)均匀分布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防火绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(5)为粉云母带缠绕而成。
