Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for integrating documents, wherein the method for integrating the documents comprises the following steps: at least one business document template is created in advance, and a first corresponding relation between each business document template and at least one document is established; acquiring at least one document to be integrated; determining a target business document template corresponding to each document to be integrated according to the first corresponding relation; and aiming at each target business document template, integrating at least one document to be integrated corresponding to the current target business document template according to the current target business document template to generate a business document. Apparatus for integrating documents comprising: the device comprises a creating module, an obtaining module, a configuration module and a data generating module. Different bill formats of various bills to be integrated are not beneficial to bill integration, and in order to unify the bill formats, in one embodiment of the invention, a standard bill format is preset; and after determining the bill format of each bill to be integrated, converting the bill format of the bill to be integrated which is not in the standard bill format into the standard bill format.
For example, the preset standard document format is a form, but the document format of a part of documents to be integrated is a picture, and the document format of the part of integrated documents needs to be converted into the form.
In order to solve the above problems, in an embodiment of the present invention, a data requirement of each standard field is preset, and whether a value in a document to be integrated meets the data requirement is determined; and when the numerical value in the bill to be integrated cannot meet the data requirement, converting the numerical value in the bill to be integrated into a target numerical value meeting the data requirement, and filling the target numerical value under the current standard field.
For example, the values under A, B two fields need to be correspondingly filled into standard fields 1 and 2, wherein the data of the standard field 1 requires that 4-bit significant digits are reserved for the values; the data requirement of the standard field 2 is that the date format is yyyy-mm-dd; the value under the A field is determined to be 5 significant digits and does not meet the data requirement of the standard field 1, so the value under the A field is converted into 4-bit significant digits. And determining that the period format under the B field is yyy-mm-dd, meeting the data requirement of the standard field 2, and directly filling the numerical value under the B field into the standard field 2.
