Abstract
The invention relates to a remote measuring circuit for current conversion voltage of an output end of a combined power supply and an implementation method thereof, wherein the output end of a sampling unit outputs the combined power supply voltage, and the voltage input end and the voltage output end of the sampling unit are respectively connected with the signal input end of an error amplifying unit; the signal output end of the error amplifying unit is connected with the signal input end of the comparison circuit unit; the signal output end of the reference voltage unit is connected with the signal input end of the comparison circuit unit; the signal output end of the comparison circuit unit is connected with the signal input end of the voltage stabilizing circuit unit. The invention can realize that each path of telemetering voltage is in linear proportion with each path of output voltage of the combined switch power supply, is convenient and comprehensive to monitor the stability of the output voltage when the output voltage changes along with the load, and outputs the telemetering voltage after being isolated by the operational amplifier, thereby ensuring that the voltage of the combined switch power supply is not influenced by external factors such as test or overshoot, and improving the safety and the adaptability of the circuit.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a circuit for monitoring the voltage stability of a switching power supply and a timely realization method thereof.
Background
The switching power supply and the AC/DC converter are widely applied to civil and military electronic systems such as aerospace, aviation, ships, weapons, electronics, communication, industrial automation equipment and the like. In some systems, to facilitate power supply to each partial system, switching power supply modules with different output voltages are usually combined together to form a power supply combination with an independent packaging structure. In order to monitor the stability of the power supply voltage of the sub-system at any time, the system generally requires a telemetry circuit to be designed in a power supply combination, the most common of the telemetry circuit is that the output voltage is realized through a sampling resistor voltage dividing circuit, but if more subtle changes are to be observed, and the external factors of the telemetry circuit are ensured not to influence the output voltage of the power supply, the system can put forward more complex requirements, such as the telemetry voltage is output after being isolated by an operational amplifier, and the telemetry voltage is linearly changed along with the change of the output load current, and the conditions such as the maximum voltage stabilizing value, the maximum leakage current and the like are regulated, so that the voltage telemetry circuit in the field can not meet the monitoring requirements at present.

The implementation method of the current-conversion voltage telemetry circuit of the output end of the combined power supply comprises the following steps:
(1) The sampling unit samples the output voltage and sends the output voltage to the error amplifying unit;

(4) When the load current is lower than a preset value, the comparison circuit unit outputs a low level as a telemetry signal; when the load current exceeds a preset value, the comparison circuit unit outputs a high level, and the high level is stabilized at a preset voltage value through the voltage stabilizing circuit unit to serve as a telemetry signal.
A method for realizing a current-conversion voltage telemetry circuit at the output end of a combined power supply, wherein the error amplification signal is a linear error amplification signal.

(3) The error amplifying unit 2 compares the output high level or low level signal with the reference voltage according to the change of the load current flowing through the sampling unit 1 through the comparison circuit unit 4 to generate an error amplifying signal;
(4) When the load current is lower than a preset value, the comparison circuit unit 4 outputs a low level as a telemetry signal; when the load current exceeds a preset value, the comparator circuit unit 4 outputs a high level, and the high level is stabilized at a preset voltage value as a telemetry signal through the voltage stabilizing circuit unit 5.
According to the technical scheme, the linear proportion of each path of telemetry voltage to each path of output voltage of the combined switch power supply is realized by adopting a simple circuit structure, the stability of the output voltage along with the change of a load is conveniently and fully monitored, the telemetry voltage is output after being isolated by the operational amplifier, the voltage of the combined switch power supply is not influenced by external factors such as testing or overshoot, the safety and the adaptability of the circuit are improved, and the safety of a load system of the whole machine is ensured.

the error amplifying unit (2) compares the output high level or low level signal according to the change of the load current flowing through the sampling unit (1) with the reference voltage through the comparison circuit unit (4) to generate an error amplifying signal;
when the load current is lower than a preset value, the comparison circuit unit (4) outputs a low level as a telemetry signal; when the load current exceeds a preset value, the comparison circuit unit (4) outputs a high level, and the high level is stabilized at a preset voltage value through the voltage stabilizing circuit unit (5) to serve as a telemetry signal.
5. The method of claim 4 wherein said error amplified signal is a linear error amplified signal.
