Description

Refrigerator with a door
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerators, in particular to a refrigerator.
Background
In the prior art, a hanging part is arranged on the inner wall of a storage chamber of a refrigerator and used for hanging objects, such as bag bodies like plastic bags. When the object hung on the hanging part is heavy, the load of the hanging part is correspondingly increased. The hanging part is under the action of gravity from a heavy object; since the hanging part is fixed on the inner wall of the refrigerator only by the two ends in the length direction, the movement of the hanging part in one direction of the length direction is limited. The gravity direction is perpendicular to the length direction, which easily causes the object hanging part to rotate and even possibly causes the object hanging part to fall off the refrigerator.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator including a hanger with higher reliability.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a refrigerator comprising: a storage compartment having an inner wall; and a hanger, the hanger comprising: at least two mounting portions for fixing to the inner wall; and at least one hanging part for hanging objects, wherein a space is arranged between the hanging part and the inner wall; the hanger further comprises: the supporting part, the supporting part is fixed in the installation department, perpendicular to in the direction of inner wall, the supporting part is located the inner wall with hang between the portion, just the supporting part next-door neighbour the inner wall or with the inner wall laminating.
Compared with the prior art, the hanging rack arranged on the inner wall of the storage room of the refrigerator is additionally provided with the supporting part, the supporting part is positioned between the inner wall and the hanging part in the direction vertical to the inner wall, and the supporting part is close to or attached to the inner wall.
After the hanging rack is fixed on the inner wall of the refrigerator storeroom through the installation part, when an object hooked on the hanging part is heavy, the supporting part is close to the inner wall or attached to the inner wall, when the hanging rack has a trend of rotating around the installation part or rotates around the installation part for a certain angle, the hanging rack is not easy to rotate and falls off from the inner wall due to the fact that the supporting part is abutted against the inner wall. This significantly improves the reliability of the pylon, while it also enhances the load-bearing capacity of the pylon.
It should be understood that the "inner wall" of the present invention may be located in the cabinet or on the door (e.g., the inner wall of the door facing the storage compartment).
Alternatively, the hanger may include a first rod, both ends of which are fixed to the respective mounting portions, respectively, and the hanging portion is formed of the first rod, or the hanging portion is fixed to the first rod. The hanging part is formed by or fixed on the first rod, which saves material compared with the plate-shaped structure, and simultaneously, the structural strength of the hanging rack can be easily ensured by selecting proper material and size.
In a preferred embodiment, the first rod may be made of metal and may be in the form of a round rod with a diameter of, for example, around 5 mm.
Optionally, the first lever may comprise: the concave part is adjacent to the convex part, and the convex part is used for hanging objects. This configuration makes it particularly easy to form the hanging portion on the first lever.
In one possible embodiment, the plurality of concave portions and the plurality of convex portions are alternately arranged to form a wave shape. Thereby, a plurality of hanging parts can be obtained through a simple manufacturing process.
Optionally, the support portion may be located between the mounting portions and extend in a length direction of the hanger. Because the supporting part extends along the length direction, the area of the supporting part which can be abutted against the inner wall is larger. This helps to promote the anti-roll over action of the support, significantly improving the reliability of the hanger.
Alternatively, the hanger may include a second rod, both ends of which are fixed to the respective mounting portions, respectively, and the support portion is formed of the second rod. The support portion is formed by the second rod fixed to the mounting portion, and not only is it easy to manufacture, but also it is easy to achieve the anti-roll function of the support portion by obtaining sufficient strength through appropriate materials/dimensions.
In one possible embodiment, the second rod may be made of metal and may be in the shape of a round rod with a diameter of, for example, around 5 mm.
Alternatively, the second lever may include a connection portion connected to the mounting portion. The transition between the mounting part and the supporting part is realized through the connecting part, and the relative position of the supporting part and the inner wall is controlled accurately while the second rod is fixed on the mounting part reliably.
Alternatively, the support portion may extend in a length direction from the connection portion. The supporting part extends along the length direction of the second rod between the connecting parts, so that the length of the supporting part in the length direction of the hanging rack is increased, and the supporting strength of the supporting part to the hanging rack is increased.
Alternatively, the support portion may be provided below each of the mounting portions, the support portion extending downward. The supporting part extends downwards below the mounting part and is in contact with or close to the inner wall, so that the hanging rack is prevented from falling off due to the fact that the hanging rack rotates around the mounting part.
Optionally, the hanger may comprise a second bar, the support being formed by said second bar; the second lever includes a connection portion connected to the mounting portion, and the support portion extends downward from the connection portion.
Optionally, the hanger may further comprise: the two ends of the third rod are fixed on the mounting portion, the third rod comprises a transverse rod portion arranged below the hanging portion, and the transverse rod portion and the inner wall are provided with intervals to be suitable for placing a tank body or a bottle body. Besides hanging objects, the hanging rack can also be used for placing a tank body or a bottle body, so that the function of the hanging rack is enriched. Meanwhile, the hanging part is positioned above the cross rod part, so that after the tank body or the bottle body is placed, the hanging part can limit the tank body and the bottle body to fall off, and the reliability of placing the tank body or the bottle body on the hanging frame is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the distance between the crossbar and the inner wall may be, for example, between 40mm and 60 mm. The diameter of the tank body is about 80mm, and the gravity center of the tank body can be ensured to be in the interval between the cross rod part and the inner wall within the numerical range, so that the tank body is placed in the interval between the cross rod part and the inner wall and is kept stable.
Optionally, the second rod may include a cross-rod portion positioned below the hanging portion, the cross-rod portion being spaced apart from the inner wall and adapted to receive a can or bottle. Therefore, the tank body or the bottle body can be placed in the space, and the function of placing articles in the refrigerator is increased.
In one possible embodiment, the rack can be further provided with a third rod, the third rod comprises a cross rod part arranged below the hanging part, and the cross rod part is spaced from the inner wall to be suitable for placing the tank body or the bottle body. Therefore, the tank body or the bottle body can be placed in the space, and the function of placing articles in the refrigerator is increased.
In a preferred embodiment, the distance between the cross bar portion and the inner wall may be, for example, between 40mm and 60 mm. The diameter of the tank body is about 80mm, and the gravity center of the tank body can be ensured to be in the interval between the cross rod part and the inner wall within the numerical range, so that the tank body is placed in the interval between the cross rod part and the inner wall and is kept stable.
Optionally, the hanger may further include a vertical rod portion, and the vertical rod portion is disposed at both ends of the horizontal rod portion in the length direction and extends upward to be connected with the mounting portion.
Optionally, the stem portion may abut or conform to the inner wall. The support portion is formed by the vertical rod portion, when the hanging rack has a tendency of rotating around the installation portion or rotates around the installation portion for a certain angle, the vertical rod portion is abutted against the inner wall, and the hanging rack is not easy to rotate and falls off from the inner wall. This significantly improves the reliability of the pylon, while it also enhances the load-bearing capacity of the pylon.
Optionally, the hanger may comprise: a first rod having the hanging portion; a second lever having the support portion; the first and second rods are rigidly fixed together. The first rod and the second rod are rigidly fixed together and cannot move relatively, so that when the weight is hung on the hanging part, the second rod is more easily abutted against the inner wall to prevent the hanging frame from overturning, and the overturning prevention effect of the supporting part is more easily ensured.
Alternatively, the first and second rods may be connected end to form a closed loop. When the first rod is stressed, the second rod is easier to support on the inner wall to prevent the hanging rack from overturning.
In one embodiment, the first and second rods may be individually manufactured and joined together, and in an alternative embodiment, the first and second rods may be of one-piece construction.
Alternatively, the hanging portion and the supporting portion may be at least substantially parallel. It will be appreciated that this includes both situations where the hook and support portions are parallel or substantially parallel. When the hanging part is stressed, the supporting part can move towards the direction of the inner wall to be propped against the inner wall so as to prevent the hanging rack from overturning and falling off.

Example one
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a refrigerator including: a storage chamber 1a, the storage chamber 1a being used for storing articles, the storage chamber 1a having an inner wall 30. The storage chamber 1a of a typical refrigerator is surrounded by six inner walls 30, one of which 30 is the inner wall 30 of the door 1, see fig. 2. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the refrigerator of the present embodiment further includes a hanger 2, and the hanger 2 includes: at least two mounting portions 60 for securing to the inner wall 30. The inner wall 30 to which the mounting portion 60 is fixed is not limited, and the mounting portion 60 is fixed to the inner wall 30 of the door 1 in this embodiment.
The number of the mounting portions 60 is not limited as long as the hanger 2 can be mounted on the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator. Referring to fig. 4 in combination with fig. 3, in the present embodiment, there are two mounting portions 60, the two mounting portions 60 are respectively disposed at two ends of the hanger 2 in the length direction, and a protrusion 31 is disposed on the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator. The protrusions 31 are located at both ends of the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator in the width direction, and the length direction of the hanger 2 is substantially the same as the width direction of the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator so that the two mounting parts 60 are hung on the protrusions 31 on the inner wall 30. The mounting portion 60 is hung on the protrusion 31 of the inner wall 30, so that the mounting portion 60 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted by a user.
The arrangement position of the mounting portion 60 is not limited, and in this embodiment, the mounting portion is provided at both ends of the hanger 2 in the longitudinal direction. In other embodiments, for example, it may be located in the middle part of the pylon 2. As long as it can be fixed to the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator.
It should be noted that the length direction of the hanger 2 in the present embodiment is the same as the width direction of the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator, and the "length direction" refers to the length direction of the hanger 2 unless otherwise stated.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the connection manner of the mounting portion 60 and the protrusion 31 on the inner wall 30 is not limited as long as the mounting portion can be connected with the protrusion 31 on the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator. For example, in other embodiments, the mounting portion 60 may snap fit with the protrusion 31 on the inner wall 30. The mounting portion 60 may be connected to the protrusion 31 of the inner wall 30 by a bolt connection or a screw connection. Or even by means of suction cups, to the protrusions 31 on the inner wall 30.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and with reference to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a plurality of protrusions 31 are spaced apart from each other on the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator along the vertical direction of the refrigerator, and the mounting portion 60 on the hanger 2 can be hung on the protrusions 31 at different positions. Like this, the user can adjust the mounted position of stores pylon 2 according to actual need, has promoted user's experience and has felt.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the hanger 2 further includes at least one hanging portion 11 for hanging objects, and a bag body can be hung on the hanging portion 11. Referring to fig. 6 in conjunction with fig. 5, the hanger 11 has a space a from the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the hanger 2 further includes: and a support part 20a, the support part 20a is fixed on the mounting part 60, the support part 20a is positioned between the inner wall 30 and the hanging part 11 in the direction perpendicular to the inner wall 30, and the support part 20a is adjacent to the inner wall 30 or is attached to the inner wall 30. "immediately adjacent" here is to be understood as: there is a small interval between the support portion 20a and the inner wall 30 in a direction perpendicular to the inner wall 30. For example, not more than about 2mm, the support portion 20a comes into contact with the inner wall 30 quickly when the hanging portion 11 tends to rotate.
When the article hooked on the hook 11 is heavy, the support portion 20a abuts against the inner wall 30 or abuts against the inner wall 30 because the support portion 20a contacts the inner wall 30. When the hanger 2 has a tendency to rotate around the mounting portion 60 or rotates around the mounting portion 60 by a certain angle, the hanger 2 is not easily rotated to fall off the inner wall 30 because the supporting portion 20a abuts against the inner wall 30. This significantly improves the reliability of the pylon 2, while it also enhances the load-bearing capacity of the pylon 2.
With continued reference to fig. 7 in conjunction with fig. 5, the embodiment of the present invention further includes the first rod 10, and both ends of the first rod 10 are respectively fixed to the corresponding mounting portions 60, that is, both ends of the first rod 10 in the length direction are respectively fixed to the mounting portions 60. The hanging portion 11 is formed by the first bar 10, which saves material compared to using a plate-like structure, while also easily being able to secure the structural strength of the hanger 2 by selecting a suitable material and size.
The first rod 10 may be made of metal, for example steel; the first rod 10 may be in the form of a circular rod having a diameter of, for example, around 5 mm.
In the present embodiment, the hanging portion 11 is formed by a first rod 10, and referring to fig. 5, the first rod 10 includes: at least one recess 12 and at least one protrusion, the recess 12 and the protrusion being adjacent, the protrusion forming a hanging portion 11 for hanging objects. This configuration makes it easy to form the hanging portion 11 on the first lever 10 in particular. In the present embodiment, the plurality of concave portions 12 and the plurality of convex portions are alternately arranged to form a wave shape. Thus, the plurality of hanging portions 11 can be obtained by a simple manufacturing process. It is also understood that the first rod 10 is entirely wave-shaped, and the first rod 10 is aesthetically pleasing. Three convex parts and four concave parts 12 are shown in fig. 5, and in other embodiments, the number of the convex parts and the number of the concave parts 12 can be adjusted accordingly according to actual needs.
In other embodiments, the hanging part is fixed on the first rod, for example, the first rod is in a straight rod shape, and a plurality of hanging parts for hanging objects are arranged on the straight rod-shaped first rod at intervals along the length direction; the shape of the hanging part can be a hook shape or a rod shape, and the shape is not limited as long as the hanging part can hang objects.
With continued reference to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 3 and 4, the support portion 20a is located between the mounting portions 60 and extends along the length of the hanger 2. Since the support portion 20a extends in the longitudinal direction, the area where the support portion 20a can abut against the inner wall 30 is large. This helps to promote the anti-roll action of the support portion 20a, significantly improving the reliability of the hanger 2.
In this embodiment, the length direction of the support portion 20a is not strictly parallel to the length direction of the hanger 2, that is, the hanging portion 11 and the support portion 20a may be at least substantially parallel. It can be understood that: the length direction of the support portion 20a may be substantially parallel to the width direction of the inner wall 30 with reference to the width direction of the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator. The support portion 20a may be rotated at a certain angle relative to the width direction of the inner wall 30, as long as the support portion 20a is located between the mounting portions 60 at the two ends of the hanger 2 in the length direction, and the support portion 20a is adjacent to the inner wall 30 or attached to the inner wall 30.
The hanging portion 11 and the supporting portion 20a may be at least substantially parallel. It should be understood that this term includes both the case where the hanging portion 11 and the supporting portion 20a are parallel or substantially parallel. When the hanging part 11 is forced, the supporting part 20a can move towards the inner wall 30 to abut against the inner wall 30 so as to prevent the hanging rack 2 from overturning and falling off.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, the embodiment of the present invention further includes a second rod 20, both ends of the second rod 20 are respectively fixed to the corresponding mounting portions 60, and a supporting portion 20a is formed by the second rod 20. The support portion 20a is formed by the second rod 20 fixed to the mounting portion 60, not only is it easy to manufacture, but also it is easy to achieve the anti-roll function of the support portion 20a by obtaining sufficient strength through appropriate materials/dimensions.
The second rod 20 may be made of metal, such as steel; the second rod 20 may be in the form of a circular rod having a diameter of, for example, around 5 mm.
That is, both ends of the second rod 20 in the longitudinal direction are fixed to the mounting portions 60, respectively. The second rod 20 includes a supporting portion 20a and a connecting portion 22 connected to the mounting portion 60, the connecting portion 22 being located at both ends of the supporting portion 20a of the second rod 20; wherein the support portion 20a is adjacent to the inner wall 30 or is attached to the inner wall 30. The transition between the mounting portion 60 and the support portion 20a is achieved by the connecting portion 22, which facilitates accurate control of the relative positions of the support portion 20a and the inner wall 30 while facilitating reliable fixing of the second rod 20 to the mounting portion 60.
The support portion 20a extends in the longitudinal direction from the connecting portion 22. The support portion 20a extends between the connecting portions 22 along the length direction of the second bar 20, which is beneficial to increase the length of the support portion 20a in the length direction of the hanger 2, and is further beneficial to increase the support strength of the support portion 20a to the hanger 2.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the first rod 10 also includes a connecting portion 13 connected to the mounting portion 60, the connecting portion 13 of the first rod 10 is welded or integrally formed with the connecting portion 22 of the second rod 20, and the first rod 10 and the second rod 20 are rigidly fixed together. The first and second rods 10 and 20 are rigidly fixed together and cannot move relative to each other, so that when the weight is hung on the hanging part 11, the second rod 20 is more likely to abut against the inner wall 30 to prevent the hanging frame 2 from turning over, and thus the anti-turning function of the supporting part 20a is more likely to be ensured.
The first bar 10 and the second bar 20 may be connected end to form a closed loop, and when the first bar 10 is stressed, the second bar 20 is more easily supported on the inner wall 30 to prevent the hanger 2 from overturning.
The first rod 10 and the second rod 20 may be individually manufactured and joined together, and in an alternative embodiment, the first rod and the second rod may be a one-piece structure.
The first rod 10 and the second rod 20 are respectively formed and then connected together in a welding mode, so that the manufacturing is simple and convenient, and the connection is stable. If the first rod 10 and the second rod 20 are integrally formed, the first rod 10 and the second rod 20 are firmly connected.
Referring to fig. 7 in conjunction with fig. 5, the recess 12 of the first lever 10 is higher than the support portion 20a of the second lever 20 in the vertical direction. In other embodiments, the support portion 20a of the second lever 20 is opposite to the recess 12 of the first lever 10 in a direction perpendicular to the inner wall 30. The support portion 20a of the second lever 20 is located as lower as possible in the vertical direction than the recess 12 of the first lever 10 so as to serve as a support. If the support portion 20a of the second lever 20 is too high with respect to the recess 12 of the first lever 10, there is a high possibility that the second lever 20 forming the support portion 20a does not perform a supporting function.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the support portion 20a of the second rod 20 has a straight rod shape, but the shape of the support portion 20a is not limited as long as the support portion 20a of the second rod 20 is in close proximity to the inner wall 30 or is attached to the inner wall 30. For example, the support portion 20a of the second lever 20 may have a wave shape, i.e., the same/similar shape as the first lever 10 in fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the mounting portion 60 may include: a first housing 61 and a second housing 62 connected to each other, the first housing 61 and the second housing 62 being disposed opposite to each other. When the mounting portions 60 are hung on the protrusions 31 of the inner wall 30, the second housing 62 faces the protrusions 31 of the inner wall 30, and the first housings 61 of the two mounting portions 60 face each other. The first and second housings 61 and 62 are coupled to form a cavity that receives both ends of the first and second rods 10 and 20, which facilitates the first and second rods 10 and 20 to be fixed to the mounting portion 60. The connection mode of the first casing 61 and the second casing 62 is not limited, and may be a snap connection, a bolt connection, a screw connection, or the like.
In this embodiment, the first housing 61 and the second housing 62 are clamped, and referring to fig. 9, a clamping block 61a and a clamping opening 61b are arranged on the first housing 61. Referring to fig. 10, a bayonet 62b engaged with the latch 61a is provided at a position of the second housing 62 opposite to the first housing 61, and a latch 62a engaged with the bayonet 61b is provided. And an opening 63 is provided on the second housing 62, the opening 63 is formed in an arch shape, and the top surface and the side surface of the outer surface of the opening 63 are provided with the locking blocks 62 a. The inner surface of the opening 63 cooperates with the protrusion 31 on the inner wall 30, and the shape of the opening 63 conforms to the shape of the protrusion 31 on the inner wall 30. Thus, when the hanger 2 is mounted, the mounting portion 60 is fixed to the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator by engaging the opening 63 of the second housing 62 in the mounting portion 60 with the protrusion 31 of the inner wall 30.
The positions of the bayonet 62b of the second housing 62, the position of the latch 61a of the first housing 61, the position of the bayonet 61b of the first housing 61 and the position of the latch 62a of the second housing 62 are not limited. As long as the bayonet 62b of the second housing 62 is engaged with the latch 61a of the first housing 61, the bayonet 61b of the first housing 61 and the latch 62a of the second housing 62 can connect the first housing 61 and the second housing 62.
Referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, a surface of the first housing 61 facing the second housing 62 is provided with a protrusion 61c having an arch shape, an outer surface of the protrusion 61c includes a top surface and side surfaces located at both sides of the top surface, and a bayonet 61b is provided on a side surface of the protrusion 61c close to an outer wall of the first housing 61. The outer surface of the arch-shaped opening 63 is fitted to the inner surface of the arch-shaped protrusion 61c, and the latch 62a of the arch-shaped opening 63 is engaged with the latch 61b of the side surface of the protrusion 61 c. Referring to fig. 8, the coupling portion 13 of the first lever 10 is engaged with the top surface of the projection 61c, the coupling portion 22 of the second lever 20 is engaged with the other side surface of the projection 61c, and both the second lever 20 and the first lever 10 protrude out of the first housing 61.
After the connecting portion 13 of the first rod 10 and the connecting portion 22 of the second rod 20 are welded in this embodiment, the first housing 61 is pierced on the connecting portion 13 of the first rod 10 and the connecting portion 22 of the second rod 20 (refer to fig. 6). Then, the bayonet 62b of the second housing 62 is clamped with the latch 61a of the first housing 61, and the bayonet 61b of the first housing 61 is clamped with the latch 62a of the second housing 62 to form a cavity for accommodating two ends of the hanger 2. The cavity of the mounting portion 60 may cover the welding points of the connecting portion 13 of the first rod 10 and the connecting portion 22 of the second rod 20. When the hanging rack 2 is installed on the refrigerator, the appearance is more beautiful. That is, when the two ends of the first rod 10 are welded to the two ends of the second rod 20, respectively, there are welding spots, and the cavity of the mounting portion can cover the welding spots, so that the interior of the refrigerator is more beautiful.
In summary, in the embodiment, the hanging rack 2 includes: a first rod 10 having a hanging portion 11; and a second lever 20 having a support portion 20 a. The first bar 10 and the second bar 20 are rigidly fixed together. After the first rod 10 and the second rod 20 are fixed together, relative movement cannot be realized, and articles are stably and reliably hung on the hanging part 11. The first bar 10 and the second bar 20 are connected end to form a closed loop, the hanging portion 11 and the support portion 20a being at least substantially parallel. The support portion 20a can serve to reinforce the structural strength of the hanging portion 11, and restrict the hanging portion 11 from rotating when an article hung on the hanging portion 11 is heavy.
Example two
In the first embodiment, the supporting portion 20a is located between the mounting portions 60 and extends along the length direction of the hanger 2. In this embodiment, the structures of the mounting portion 60 and the hanging portion 11 are the same as those of the hanging portion 11 and the mounting portion 60 in the first embodiment. The difference lies in that: referring to fig. 11 and 12, a support portion 20b is provided below each mounting portion 60 in the present embodiment, and the support portion 20b extends downward, i.e., the support portion 20b extends toward the bottom of the refrigerator.
Since the support portion 20b extends downward below the mounting portion 60 and contacts the inner wall 30 or is adjacent to the inner wall 30, it is advantageous to prevent the hanger 2 from being turned over around the mounting portion 60 to cause the hanger 2 to be dropped.
Referring to fig. 12, the hanger 2 of the present embodiment may further include a second bar 20, and the support portion 20b is formed of the second bar 20. The second lever 20 includes a connecting portion 22 connected to the mounting portion 60 and a supporting portion 20b, and the supporting portion 20b of the second lever 20 extends downward from the connecting portion 22.
Note that, the downward extension of the support portion 20b of the second lever 20 can be understood as: the support portion 20b of the second lever 20 extends vertically downward. It is also possible to allow a range of inclinations in the vertically downward direction, i.e. at an angle to the vertical. The included angle is also not infinite and may deviate from the vertical within a range of 5 to 10, for example. But to ensure that the support portion 20b of the second lever 20 is in close proximity to or in abutment with the inner wall 30 of the refrigerator.
With reference to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the second rod 20 includes a horizontal rod portion 41, the horizontal rod portion 41 is disposed below the hanging portion 11, and two ends of the horizontal rod portion 41 are respectively connected to the supporting portions 20 b. The crossbar portion 41 includes a bent portion 42, and the bent portion 42 is bent away from the inner wall 30. The cross bar 41 is spaced from the inner wall 30 to accommodate the placement of the can or bottle. Typically the can body has a diameter of around 80mm and the spacing in this embodiment is 40mm to 60mm, including 40mm and 60 mm. Within this range, the center of gravity of the can body can be secured within the space between the cross bar portion 41 and the inner wall 30, so that the can body can be stably placed within the space between the cross bar portion 41 and the inner wall 30. But is not limited to the above range as long as the can body or the bottle body can be placed.
Meanwhile, since the hanging part 11 is located above the horizontal rod part 41, after the tank body or the bottle body is placed, the hanging part 11 can limit the tank body or the bottle body from falling, and the reliability of placing the tank body or the bottle body on the hanging frame 2 is improved.
In the embodiment, the cross rod part 41 is additionally arranged, so that the function of placing articles on the hanging rack 2 is increased. Namely, the hanging rack 2 can be used for placing a tank body or a bottle body besides hanging objects, and the function of the hanging rack 2 is enriched.
EXAMPLE III
The structures of the supporting portion 20a, the mounting portion 60 and the hanging portion 11 of the present embodiment are the same as those of the hanging portion 11, the supporting portion 20a and the mounting portion 60 of the first embodiment. Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the difference is that the embodiment may further include: and a third rod 40 having both ends fixed to the mounting portion 60. Referring to fig. 15, the third lever 40 includes a crossbar portion 41 provided below the hanging portion 11, and the crossbar portion 41 extends in a length direction. The length direction of the crossbar portion 41 may be completely parallel to the length direction of the first rod 10; or may be offset by an angle substantially parallel to the length of the first rod 10 within a certain range (e.g., within manufacturing tolerances).
Referring to fig. 16, the cross-bar portion 41 is spaced from the inner wall 30 by a distance B to accommodate placement of the can 50 or bottle. Taking the placement of the can 50 as an example, the can 50 typically has a diameter R of about 80mm, and the spacing B in this embodiment may be, for example, between 40mm and 60mm, including 40mm and 60 mm. Within this range, the center of gravity of the can 50 can be secured within the interval B between the crossbar portion 41 and the inner wall 30, so that the can 50 can be stably placed within the interval B between the crossbar portion 41 and the inner wall 30. But is not limited to the above range as long as the can body or the bottle body can be placed.
As the hanging rack 2 can be used for placing the tank body 50 or the bottle body besides hanging objects, the function of the hanging rack 2 is enriched. Meanwhile, since the hanging part 11 is positioned above the crossbar part 41, the can 50 or the bottle is vertically placed in the space B between the crossbar part 41 and the inner wall 30. After the tank body 50 or the bottle body is placed, the side wall of the tank body 50 or the bottle body abuts against the hanging part 11, the hanging part 11 can limit the tank body 50 and the bottle body to fall off, and the reliability of placing the tank body or the bottle body on the hanging frame 2 is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 15, the third lever 40 may further include: the vertical rod portions 23 are provided at both ends of the horizontal rod portion 41 in the longitudinal direction, and extend upward to be connected to the mounting portion 60. The upright portion 23 may extend vertically upward; or may extend upwardly at an angle from vertical. Referring to the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the vertical rod portion 23 is welded to the connecting portion 13 of the first rod 10 and the connecting portion 22 of the second rod 20; in other embodiments, the vertical rod portion 23 and the connecting portion 13 of the first rod 10 and the connecting portion 22 of the second rod 20 may be integrally formed.
In this embodiment, the cross bar 41 is provided to increase the storage function of the refrigerator. The stem portion 23 in this embodiment may be proximate to the inner wall 30 or may abut the inner wall 30. The support portion is formed by the upright rod portion 23, that is, the upright rod portion 23 in this embodiment functions as the support portion 20a, and the structural strength of the hanger 2 can be increased. When the hanger 2 has a tendency to rotate around the mounting portion 60 or rotates around the mounting portion 60 by a certain angle, the hanger 2 is not easily rotated to fall off the inner wall 30 because the shaft portion 23 abuts against the inner wall 30. This significantly improves the reliability of the pylon 2, while it also enhances the load-bearing capacity of the pylon 2.
In this embodiment, since the vertical rod 23 is close to the inner wall 30 or attached to the inner wall 30, and meanwhile, in order to ensure that the horizontal rod 41 can accommodate a can or a bottle, the bent portion 42 is formed in the region where the vertical rod 23 is connected to the two ends of the horizontal rod 41.
If it is only necessary that the cross bar portion 41 has the function of placing the can or bottle, the vertical bar portion 23 may not be adjacent to the inner wall 30 or attached to the inner wall 30. In the vertical direction, the vertical rod portion 23 is perpendicular to the horizontal rod portion 41. The third rod 40 of this exemplary embodiment has only the function of placing the can or bottle, does not have the function of reinforcing the structural strength of the hanger 2, and still has the function of reinforcing the structural strength of the hanger 2 by the support portion 20 a.
In the present invention, each embodiment is written in a progressive manner, and the differences from the previous embodiments are emphasized, and the same parts in each embodiment can be referred to the previous embodiments.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
