Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the structure of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic structural view after the assembly of the present invention is completed.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention provides a technical solution: a high-temperature resistant corrugated pipe assembly comprises a core pipe 1, a sleeve 3 and a PTFE corrugated pipe 2.
The PTFE corrugated pipe 2 is sleeved on the end part of the core pipe 1, and the end part of the core pipe 1 connected with the PTFE corrugated pipe 2 is provided with a step 11, so that the PTFE corrugated pipe 2 is conveniently connected. Furthermore, the surface of the step 11 is provided with a core tube groove 12, and the interference fit design of the PTFE corrugated tube 2 and the core tube 1 is realized after the assembly is buckled and pressed.
The sleeve 3 is sleeved at the joint of the PTFE bellows 2 and the core tube 1, that is, the inner surface 32 of the sleeve 3 faces the outer surface of the PTFE bellows 2. The inner surface 32 of the sleeve 3 is a plane, preferably a smooth plane, and the clearance fit design of the PTFE bellows 2 and the sleeve 3 is realized after total pressing and buckling; the outer surface 31 of the sleeve 3 is provided with at least one sleeve groove 33, so that the design can ensure that the PTFE corrugated pipe 2 has a certain space to deform when the assembly is buckled and locked, and sufficient sealing stress is generated to achieve the effect of stable sealing. Preferably, the at least one sleeve groove 33 is two or more sleeve grooves 33 arranged at intervals along the axial direction.
In the concrete implementation, in order to pre-fix the sleeve 3 before the assembly is buckled and pressed so as to ensure the buckling and pressing effect, the sleeve 3 is positioned and fixed with the core pipe 1 through a buckling mechanism. Further, the buckling mechanism comprises a fixing groove 13 arranged on the outer surface of the core tube 1 and a fixing column 34 arranged at the end part of the inner surface 32 of the sleeve 3, and the fixing groove 13 is matched with the fixing column 34 to realize the positioning and fixing of the core tube 1 and the sleeve 3.
It should be noted that the sleeve groove 33 may be an annular groove, or may be formed by a plurality of circumferential grooves. This embodiment is preferably an annular groove. In order to generate enough sealing stress when the assembly of this embodiment is sealed, in this embodiment, the sleeve grooves 33 are provided in total in four, and the four sleeve grooves 33 are provided on the outer surface of the sleeve 3 at even intervals in the axial direction.
In order to improve the pressure resistance of the sealing structure of the high-temperature bellows tube 2, in the present embodiment, the PTFE bellows tube 2 is preferably of a spiral corrugated structure. More preferably, the PTFE bellows 2 is a PTFE steel wire braided bellows, i.e., is braided from a bellows 21 together with stainless steel wires 22.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: the PTFE corrugated pipe 2 is sleeved at the end part of the core pipe 1, and the sleeve 3 is positioned at the connecting part of the PTFE corrugated pipe 2 and the core pipe 1 through a sleeve 3 fixing column 34 and a sleeve 3 fixing groove 13; and (5) buckling, pressing and locking the assembly to obtain the high-temperature resistant corrugated pipe assembly.
For the high-temperature resistant corrugated pipe assembly, if the inner surface 32 of the sleeve 3 is designed to be a groove structure and the outer surface 31 is a smooth plane, a large shearing force is generated on the materials such as the PTFE corrugated pipe 2 when the materials are buckled and locked, and the cross section of the PTFE corrugated pipe 2 is cracked when the materials bear a small shearing force, and in other words, the large shearing force is generated, so that the sealing failure is easily caused by the design. Furthermore, the PTFE bellows 2 is helically corrugated, and the entire corrugated space must be filled to ensure adequate sealing.
The structural design of the high-temperature resistant corrugated pipe assembly just overcomes the defects, so that large shearing force is not generated when the high-temperature resistant corrugated pipe assembly is buckled, and sufficient sealing stress can be provided to ensure that the assembly has stable and reliable sealing performance. The structural design of the high-temperature resistant corrugated pipe 2 can ensure that when the assembly is buckled and locked, large shearing force cannot be generated on the PTFE corrugated pipe 2 when the outer surface of the core pipe 1, the PTFE corrugated pipe 2 and the inner surface of the sleeve 3 are tightly combined. Meanwhile, the groove design of the outer surface 31 of the sleeve 3 can ensure that the PTFE corrugated pipe 2 has a certain space for deformation when the assembly is buckled and locked, so that enough sealing stress is generated.
Tests show that the bending radius of the high-temperature resistant corrugated pipe assembly can be changed from the existing 100mm to 30mm; meanwhile, the PTFE corrugated pipe can be ensured not to leak under the use pressure of 3MPa after aging in a high-temperature environment of 168h and 200 ℃; after the PTFE corrugated pipe is vibrated for 200 ten thousand times, the pressure is maintained under the pressure of 3MPa without leakage (the vibration frequency is 10HZ, the ambient temperature is 150 ℃, the circulation temperature is minus 40 ℃, and the amplitude is 13 mm). When the inner surface of the sleeve is designed to be a groove and the outer surface is designed to be a smooth plane, the leakage can be caused by a pressure maintaining test under 3MPa after aging for 24 hours, 48 hours or 72 hours in a high-temperature environment at 200 ℃, and a vibration test cannot be carried out under the condition.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
