Abstract
The invention relates to a pipeline connecting structure, which belongs to the technical field of pipe fittings and comprises a first pipeline and a second pipeline, wherein one end of the first pipeline, which is close to the second pipeline, is provided with a first positioning ring, one end of the second pipeline, which is close to the first pipeline, is provided with a second positioning ring, and the outer sides of the first positioning ring and the second positioning ring are provided with a connecting component for connecting and pressing the first positioning ring and the second positioning ring; and a sealing element is arranged between the first positioning ring and the second positioning ring. Preferably, the connection assembly comprises a first sleeve comprising a first abutment end and a first threaded section and a second sleeve comprising a second abutment end and a second threaded section; the first abutting end abuts against one side, away from the second positioning ring, of the first positioning ring, and the second abutting end abuts against one side, away from the first positioning ring, of the second positioning ring; the first thread section and the second thread section are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the first positioning ring and the second positioning ring and are in threaded connection with each other.
Preferably, the sealing element comprises a sealing ring annularly arranged at the outer side of the first positioning ring and the outer side of the second positioning ring, a first sealing gasket arranged at the inner side of the sealing ring and positioned between the first positioning ring and the second positioning ring, and a second sealing gasket positioned at the side, far away from each other, of the first positioning ring and the second positioning ring; and the first sealing gasket is provided with an annular convex rib.
The pipeline connecting structure provided by the invention can avoid the adoption of a flange connection mode for connecting pipelines, and has relatively good sealing property.

The invention provides a pipeline connecting structure, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, comprising a first pipeline 100 and a second pipeline 200, wherein one end of the first pipeline 100 close to the second pipeline 200 is provided with a first positioning ring 300, one end of the second pipeline 200 close to the first pipeline 100 is provided with a second positioning ring 400, and the outer sides of the first positioning ring 300 and the second positioning ring 400 are provided with a connecting component 500 for connecting and pressing the two; a seal 600 is disposed between the first retaining ring 300 and the second retaining ring 400.
The connection assembly 500 comprises a first sleeve 510 and a second sleeve 520, the first sleeve 510 comprising a first abutment end 511 and a first threaded section 512, the second sleeve 520 comprising a second abutment end 521 and a second threaded section 522; the first abutting end 511 abuts against the side of the first positioning ring 300 away from the second positioning ring 400, and the second abutting end 521 abuts against the side of the second positioning ring 400 away from the first positioning ring 300; the first thread section 512 and the second thread section 522 are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the first positioning ring 300 and the second positioning ring 400 and are in threaded connection with each other.
The sealing element 600 comprises a sealing ring 610 which is arranged around the outer sides of the first positioning ring 300 and the second positioning ring 400, a first sealing gasket 620 which is arranged on the inner side of the sealing ring 610 and is positioned between the first positioning ring 300 and the second positioning ring 400, and a second sealing gasket 630 which is positioned on the side, far away from each other, of the first positioning ring 300 and the second positioning ring 400; the first gasket 620 is provided with an annular rib 621.
The pipeline connecting structure provided by the invention can avoid the adoption of a flange connection mode for connecting pipelines, and has relatively good sealing property.

The pipe connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein the sealing member (600) comprises a sealing ring (610) annularly provided on the outer side of the first positioning ring (300) and the second positioning ring (400), and a first gasket (620) provided on the inner side of the sealing ring (610) and located between the first positioning ring (300) and the second positioning ring (400), and a second gasket (630) located on the side where the first positioning ring (300) and the second positioning ring (400) are away from each other;
the first sealing gasket (620) is provided with an annular convex rib (621).
