本发明提供一种圆形建筑幕墙窗户,包括圆形窗框,其内周开设有环形凹槽;凹槽内设有外、内窗玻璃;外窗玻璃只能沿法线平移,内窗玻璃可沿法线平移并绕法线旋转;外窗玻璃上周向相差180°的位置上设有两块以不同磁极面对内窗玻璃的永磁块;内窗玻璃上周向相差180°的位置上亦设有两块以不同磁极面对外窗玻璃永磁块;外、内窗玻璃上的永磁块同极相对状态时,外、内窗玻璃在磁斥力作用下,压紧在环形凹槽的橡胶侧壁上;外、内窗玻璃上的永磁块异极相对状态时,外、内窗玻璃在磁吸力作用下,相互吸合,使外、内窗玻璃与环形凹槽的橡胶侧壁之间留有间隔。该幕墙窗户在开启时,不向室内外产生位移,具有较高的安全型,且不影响室内空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑设施领域,特别地,涉及一种幕墙窗户。
背景技术
对于目前的幕墙,其窗户只能以小于45°的倾角开启,对于写字楼幕墙,通常向外推开;该种开启模式,存在着一定的安全隐患,如,在用力推窗的过程中,可能使零件脱落,造成高空坠物,并且,对于儿童,在推窗时身体用力向前,可能探出窗外,造成极大危险。为此,目前较多的住宅幕墙,要求窗户向内开启,为此,又占据较多的室内空间,同样存在弊端。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种圆形建筑幕墙窗户,该幕墙窗户在开启时,不向室内外产生位移,具有较高的安全性 ,且不影响室内空间。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该圆形建筑幕墙窗户包括圆形窗框,所述圆形窗框内周开设有横断面呈拱形的环形凹槽;所述环形凹槽内设有相互平行的外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃;所述外窗玻璃只能沿自身法线平移,所述内窗玻璃既可以沿自身法线平移,且可以绕自身中心法线旋转;所述外窗玻璃上周向相差180°的位置上设有两块永磁块,该两块永磁块以不同的磁极面对所述内窗玻璃;所述内窗玻璃上周向相差180°的位置上亦设有两块永磁块,且该两块永磁块以不同的磁极面对所述外窗玻璃;所述外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃上的永磁块处于同极相对的状态时,外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃在磁斥力作用下,相互远离,并压紧在所述环形凹槽的橡胶侧壁上,使窗户处于关闭状态;而当外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃上的永磁块处于异极相对的状态时,外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃在磁吸力作用下,相互吸合,使外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃与所述环形凹槽的橡胶侧壁之间留有间隔,使窗户处于开启状态。
作为优选,所述环形凹槽内设有沿外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃法线方向延伸的滑槽;所述外窗玻璃上固定有与所述滑槽相匹配的滑块;所述内窗玻璃的边缘固定于包围该内窗玻璃的轴承的内圈上,该轴承的外圈上固定有与所述滑槽相匹配的滑块。进一步地,所述滑槽具有两条以上,周向均布于所述环形凹槽内。
作为优选,所述内窗玻璃上设有可供人体手部对内窗玻璃周向施力的施力部件。
本发明的有益效果在于:该圆形建筑幕墙窗户在使用时,当需要关闭窗户时,使外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃上的永磁块处于同极相对状态,则外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃在磁斥力作用下相互远离,并压紧在所述环形凹槽的橡胶侧壁上,以实现防水防风;而当需要开启窗户时,只需旋转内窗玻璃,使外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃上的永磁块处于异极相对状态,则外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃在磁吸力作用下相互吸合,使外窗玻璃、内窗玻璃与所述环形凹槽的橡胶侧壁之间留有间隔;这样,正面吹向外窗玻璃的气流将从外窗玻璃的四周流入环形凹槽内,并经环形凹槽的导流,从内窗玻璃的四周吹向室内,从而实现通风效果;该幕墙窗户由于在开启时,窗体不向室内外产生位移,因此极大地提高了安全性,并节约了开启空间。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
在图1、图2所示的实施例中,该圆形建筑幕墙窗户包括圆形窗框1,所述圆形窗框1内周开设有横断面呈拱形的环形凹槽10;所述环形凹槽10内设有相互平行的外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22;所述外窗玻璃21只能沿自身法线平移,所述内窗玻璃22既可以沿自身法线平移,且可以绕自身中心法线旋转;为此,所述环形凹槽10内设有沿外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22法线方向延伸的滑槽11;所述外窗玻璃21上固定有与所述滑槽11相匹配的滑块211;所述内窗玻璃22的边缘固定于包围该内窗玻璃22的轴承3的内圈上,该轴承3的外圈上固定有与所述滑槽11相匹配的滑块221。所述滑槽11具有两条以上,周向均布于所述环形凹槽10内,本实施例的附图中,仅示出了上下两条滑槽11。进一步地,还可以在所述滑槽11内靠中间的位置设置针对所述外窗玻璃21的滑块211的限位块,使外窗玻璃21无法越过环形凹槽10的中切面太多,以保障窗户开启时,外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22与环形凹槽10的橡胶侧壁之间留有基本一致的间隔,以实现最大通风量。
所述外窗玻璃21上周向相差180°的位置上设有两块永磁块41a、41b,该两块永磁块41a、41b以不同的磁极面对所述内窗玻璃22;所述内窗玻璃22上周向相差180°的位置上亦设有两块永磁块42a、42b,且该两块永磁块42a、42b以不同的磁极面对所述外窗玻璃21。
所述外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22上的永磁块处于同极相对的状态时,即永磁块41a、42a同极相对,永磁块41b、42b同极相对时,外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22在磁斥力作用下,相互远离,并压紧在所述环形凹槽10的橡胶侧壁上,使窗户处于关闭状态,即如图1所示的状态。而当外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22上的永磁块处于异极相对的状态时,外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22在磁吸力作用下,相互吸合,使外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22与所述环形凹槽10的橡胶侧壁之间留有间隔,使窗户处于开启状态,即如图2所示的状态。
另外,所述内窗玻璃22上还设有可供人体手部对内窗玻璃22周向施力的施力部件5。
上述圆形建筑幕墙窗户在使用时,当需要关闭窗户时,使外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22上的永磁块处于同极相对状态,则外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22在磁斥力作用下相互远离,并压紧在所述环形凹槽10的橡胶侧壁上,以实现防水防风;而当需要开启窗户时,只需旋转内窗玻璃22,使外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22上的永磁块处于异极相对状态,则外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22在磁吸力作用下相互吸合,使外窗玻璃21、内窗玻璃22与所述环形凹槽10的橡胶侧壁之间留有间隔;这样,正面吹向外窗玻璃21的气流将从外窗玻璃21的四周流入环形凹槽内,并经环形凹槽10的导流,从内窗玻璃22的四周吹向室内,如图2中曲线箭头所示意,从而实现通风效果;该幕墙窗户由于在开启时,窗体不向室内外产生位移,因此极大地提高了安全性,并节约了开启空间。

Claims (4)

1.一种圆形建筑幕墙窗户,其特征在于:包括圆形窗框(1),所述圆形窗框(1)内周开设有横断面呈拱形的环形凹槽(10);所述环形凹槽(10)内设有相互平行的外窗玻璃(21)、内窗玻璃(22);所述外窗玻璃(21)只能沿自身法线平移,所述内窗玻璃(22)既可以沿自身法线平移,且可以绕自身中心法线旋转;所述外窗玻璃(21)上周向相差180°的位置上设有两块永磁块(41a、41b),该两块永磁块(41a、41b)以不同的磁极面对所述内窗玻璃(22);所述内窗玻璃(22)上周向相差180°的位置上亦设有两块永磁块(42a、42b),且该两块永磁块(42a、42b)以不同的磁极面对所述外窗玻璃(21);所述外窗玻璃(21)、内窗玻璃(22)上的永磁块处于同极相对的状态时,外窗玻璃(21)、内窗玻璃(22)在磁斥力作用下,相互远离,并压紧在所述环形凹槽(10)的橡胶侧壁上,使窗户处于关闭状态;而当外窗玻璃(21)、内窗玻璃(22)上的永磁块处于异极相对的状态时,外窗玻璃(21)、内窗玻璃(22)在磁吸力作用下,相互吸合,使外窗玻璃(21)、内窗玻璃(22)与所述环形凹槽(10)的橡胶侧壁之间留有间隔,使窗户处于开启状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆形建筑幕墙窗户,其特征在于:所述环形凹槽(10)内设有沿外窗玻璃(21)、内窗玻璃(22)法线方向延伸的滑槽(11);所述外窗玻璃(21)上固定有与所述滑槽(11)相匹配的滑块(211);所述内窗玻璃(22)的边缘固定于包围该内窗玻璃的轴承(3)的内圈上,该轴承(3)的外圈上固定有与所述滑槽(11)相匹配的滑块(221)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的圆形建筑幕墙窗户,其特征在于:所述滑槽(11)具有两条以上,周向均布于所述环形凹槽(10)内。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的圆形建筑幕墙窗户,其特征在于:所述内窗玻璃(22)上设有可供人体手部对内窗玻璃(22)周向施力的施力部件(5)。
