本发明涉及一种高效液态灭火剂及其制作方法,其液体高效阻燃剂的配方特征在于,其成分及重量组份为:尿素10份,磷酸氢二铵10份,硼砂4份,水76份。其制备方法特征在于,在常温下,称取定量水,加入尿素,充分搅拌均匀,再加入磷酸氢二铵,充分搅拌均匀,最后加入硼砂,充分搅拌均匀,即成为液体高效阻燃剂。优点是,液体高效阻燃剂清澈透明,无色、无毒、无气味、无腐蚀,对人体无害,对环境无污染,不影响被处理物品原来的颜色、品质和性能。用明火也点不燃,更不会向外引燃。木制品被浸泡后,用高达800℃的电、气焊也点不燃。可广泛应用于舞厅、宾馆及公共场所的防火装饰装修的阻燃剂。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料,特别涉及一种高效液态灭火剂及其制作方法。
背景技术
尿素是由碳、氮、氧和氢组成的有机化合物,又称脲。通常用作植物的氮肥,商业上可作为尿素甲醛树脂的原料,处理发电机废气的氧化氮,防冻剂,催雨剂和耐火材料。磷酸氢二铵是水溶性速效肥料,易溶于水,可用于防火。硼砂是含有10个水分子的四硼酸钠,呈晶体状,在380℃时失去全部结晶水,在空气中能缓慢风化,灼烧则膨胀,熔成玻璃状小球。如中国专利公开号CN102492837A“一种含硼砂烧结矿表面添加剂”,其成分是10%的硼砂,其它是水,在高炉炼铁过程,可使烧结矿在温度≤500℃条件下有足够强度和透气性,可见有表面改性阻燃效果。目前尚缺少利用这些廉价材料制备的阻燃产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,利用廉价的尿素、磷酸氢二铵和硼砂原料制备阻燃产品,以解决大量存在的火灾隐患和消防的需求。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高效液态灭火剂及其制作方法,其液体高效阻燃剂的配方成分及重量组份:
尿素----------10份。
磷酸氢二铵----10份。
硼砂----------4份。
水------------76份。
本发明的一种高效液态灭火剂及其制作方法,其制备方法是:在常温下,称取定量水,加入尿素,充分搅拌均匀,再加入磷酸氢二铵,充分搅拌均匀,最后加入硼砂,充分搅拌均匀,即成为液体高效阻燃剂。
本发明的优点是,利用廉价的尿素、磷酸氢二铵和硼砂原料的耐火和阻燃性能,可以达到阻燃效果。液体高效阻燃剂清澈透明,无色、无毒、无气味、无腐蚀,对人体无害,对环境无污染,不影响被处理物品原来的颜色、品质和性能。各种布类、纸类、木类制品(如木材、木龙骨、纯棉、麻布、壁布、壁毡、毛织地毯、普通地毯、胶质墙布、墙纸、胶质墙纸等),只要经过高效阻燃剂浸泡或喷洒晾干后,用明火也点不燃,明火点的地方 烧透了只会碳化,不会再起明火,更不会向外引燃。木制品被浸泡后,用高达800℃的电、气焊也点不燃。可广泛应用于舞厅、宾馆及公共场所的防火装饰装修的阻燃剂。
具体实施方式
本发明的一种高效液态灭火剂及其制作方法的配方成分及重量组份:尿素10份,磷酸氢二铵10份,硼砂4份,水76份。
如配制5kg高效阻燃剂,需:尿素0.5kg,磷酸氢二铵0.5kg,硼酸0.2kg,水3.8kg。
如配制10kg高效阻燃剂,需:尿素1kg,磷酸氢二铵1kg,硼酸0.4kg,水7.6kg。
如配制1000kg高效阻燃剂,需:尿素100kg,磷酸氢二铵100kg,硼酸40kg,水760kg。
本发明的一种液体高效阻燃剂的制备方法是:在常温下,称取定量水,加入尿素,充分搅拌均匀;再加入磷酸氢二铵,充分搅拌均匀;最后加入硼砂,充分搅拌均匀,即成为液体高效阻燃剂。
本发明的使用方法是,浸泡或喷洒在各种布类、纸类、木类制品上,晾干即可。
