本发明公开一种皮革防霉方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将皮革放入乙醇溶液中,并采用超声波辅助清洗干净,再用清水冲洗;(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的皮革放入防霉液中浸泡处理30‑40min后,用滤纸吸附除去皮革表面的防霉液,再将皮革放入55‑65℃的烘箱中,50‑70min后,取出,皮革防霉处理完成。本发明提供的皮革防霉方法,操作过程绿色环保,防霉效果显著且持久,即使皮革受热后,依然具有较强的防霉效果。

一种皮革防霉方法
技术领域
本发明属于皮革防霉技术领域,具体涉及一种皮革防霉方法。
背景技术
我国皮革行业历史悠久,近20年来,皮革及皮革制品远销海外,且产销量均居世界首位,每年为国家创造了大量外汇,在国民经济发展中发挥着重要作用。但是皮革在使用和保存的过程中,由于潮湿环境的影响,皮革表面极易出现霉菌,目前对于皮革防霉处理方法中,最有效的方法还是使用防霉剂,但是市售普通的防霉剂具有杀菌谱较窄,防霉剂的用量大且对环境危害的缺陷,尤其是防霉剂的防效期较短,易受热分解,进而失去防霉效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种皮革防霉方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种皮革防霉方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将皮革放入乙醇溶液中,并采用超声波辅助清洗干净,再用清水冲洗;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的皮革放入防霉液中浸泡处理30-40min后,用滤纸吸附除去皮革表面的防霉液,再将皮革放入55-65℃的烘箱中,50-70min后,取出,皮革防霉处理完成,其中防霉液由以下重量份的组分制成:巴比妥酸17-25份、4-苄氧基苯甲酸10-14份、松香酸4-7份、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺12-16份、水350-400份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中乙醇溶液的体积分数为20-30%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中超声波的频率为32-35kHz。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中防霉液使用时的温度为70-80℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的防霉液采用以下方法制成:将水加热至90℃后,向其中依次加入巴比妥酸、4-苄氧基苯甲酸、松香酸、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺,采用500r/min的转速持续搅拌30min后,制得防霉液。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的皮革防霉方法,操作过程绿色环保,防霉效果显著且持久,即使皮革受热后,依然具有较强的防霉效果。其中,本发明提供的巴比妥酸、4-苄氧基苯甲酸可有效的杀灭寄生在皮革内的微生物,并且其对皮革内的营养源具有一定的分解效果,尤其是具有优异的耐热性能,不易在受热后分解;松香酸和亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺协同作用后,可有效的加强防霉剂在皮革内结合的强度,使得防霉剂具有长久有效的防霉效果。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种皮革防霉方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将皮革放入乙醇溶液中,并采用超声波辅助清洗干净,再用清水冲洗;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的皮革放入防霉液中浸泡处理30min后,用滤纸吸附除去皮革表面的防霉液,再将皮革放入55℃的烘箱中,50min后,取出,皮革防霉处理完成,其中防霉液由以下重量份的组分制成:巴比妥酸17份、4-苄氧基苯甲酸10份、松香酸4份、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺12份、水350份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中乙醇溶液的体积分数为20%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中超声波的频率为32kHz。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中防霉液使用时的温度为70℃。

实施例2
一种皮革防霉方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将皮革放入乙醇溶液中,并采用超声波辅助清洗干净,再用清水冲洗;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的皮革放入防霉液中浸泡处理35min后,用滤纸吸附除去皮革表面的防霉液,再将皮革放入60℃的烘箱中,60min后,取出,皮革防霉处理完成,其中防霉液由以下重量份的组分制成:巴比妥酸22份、4-苄氧基苯甲酸12份、松香酸6份、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺14份、水370份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中乙醇溶液的体积分数为25%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中超声波的频率为33kHz。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中防霉液使用时的温度为75℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的防霉液采用以下方法制成:将水加热至90℃后,向其中依次加入巴比妥酸、4-苄氧基苯甲酸、松香酸、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺,采用500r/min的转速持续搅拌30min后,制得防霉液。
实施例3
一种皮革防霉方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将皮革放入乙醇溶液中,并采用超声波辅助清洗干净,再用清水冲洗;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的皮革放入防霉液中浸泡处理40min后,用滤纸吸附除去皮革表面的防霉液,再将皮革放入65℃的烘箱中,70min后,取出,皮革防霉处理完成,其中防霉液由以下重量份的组分制成:巴比妥酸25份、4-苄氧基苯甲酸14份、松香酸7份、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺16份、水400份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中乙醇溶液的体积分数为30%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中超声波的频率为35kHz。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中防霉液使用时的温度为80℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的防霉液采用以下方法制成:将水加热至90℃后,向其中依次加入巴比妥酸、4-苄氧基苯甲酸、松香酸、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺,采用500r/min的转速持续搅拌30min后,制得防霉液。
分别用各实施例的方法对相同材质的皮革进行防霉处理,然后将实施例处理后皮革和对照组中市售普通的经过防霉处理的皮革放入65℃的水中浸泡处理30min,之后测试各组皮革防霉性能,测试方法为湿室悬挂法,即将经防霉剂处理后的皮革,用喷雾器将供试霉菌孢子悬浮液喷洒在皮革的表面,然后将其悬挂在恒温恒湿箱中,温度28℃,相对湿度为95%,培养28d后,观察期霉变情况,供试的菌种一般为黑曲霉,试验结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明提供的皮革防霉方法,防霉效果显著,且防霉后的皮革具有一定的耐高温性能。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但并不仅仅受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,均包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种皮革防霉方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将皮革放入乙醇溶液中,并采用超声波辅助清洗干净,再用清水冲洗;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的皮革放入防霉液中浸泡处理30-40min后,用滤纸吸附除去皮革表面的防霉液,再将皮革放入55-65℃的烘箱中,50-70min后,取出,皮革防霉处理完成,其中防霉液由以下重量份的组分制成:巴比妥酸17-25份、4-苄氧基苯甲酸10-14份、松香酸4-7份、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺12-16份、水350-400份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种皮革防霉方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中乙醇溶液的体积分数为20-30%。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种皮革防霉方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中超声波的频率为32-35kHz。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种皮革防霉方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中防霉液使用时的温度为70-80℃。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种皮革防霉方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中的防霉液采用以下方法制成:将水加热至90℃后,向其中依次加入巴比妥酸、4-苄氧基苯甲酸、松香酸、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺,采用500r/min的转速持续搅拌30min后,制得防霉液。
