本发明提出了一种纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:夜光粉5~8%、环氧改性丙烯酸乳液40~45%、纳米负离子粉1~2%、纳米氧化锌1~2%、硅烷偶联剂0.2~0.4%、pH调节剂0.1~0.2%、纤维素醚0.5~1.5%、消泡剂0.2~0.3%、分散剂0.5~1%、润湿剂0.2~0.3%、成膜助剂1.5~2%、丙二醇1~1.5%、罐内防腐剂0.2~0.3%、防霉剂1.5~2%及增稠剂2~3%,余量为去离子。该液体壁纸具有有效的清除甲醛性能,同时释放有益于人体健康的负离子。

技术领域
本发明属于墙纸技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸。
背景技术
墙纸又名壁纸,因其具有色彩多样,图案丰富,豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等优势在家装中应用越来越广泛,常见墙纸大是以纯纸、无纺布等材料作为基材,在其表面涂覆树脂浆料,经高温塑化、印制压花等工序制成。
纳米负离子夜光液体墙纸材料,它经过吸收一般可见光照射10到20分钟后,可在黑暗持续发光15分钟左右,可将有限的单调平面扩展为奇特发光的梦幻般多维空间。装饰效果流光溢彩,错落有致,图案逼真、层次分明、细腻、无接缝、不起皮、不开裂,底色和面色可以自由搭配,人物、山水、花朵、卡通等图案可任意选择,还可以个性定制,并可无限次循环使用,使用寿命长久,无毒无害、不含放射性元素,是新一代环保型装饰涂料。主要适用于娱乐场合及高档家庭住宅。
纳米负离子夜光液体墙纸材料在配方中加入负离子纳米材料,在医学界,负离子被确认是具有杀灭病菌及净化空气的有效手段。其机理主要在于负离子与细菌结合后,使细菌产生结构的改变或能量的转移,导致细菌死亡,最终降沉于地面。医学研究表明,空气中带负电的微粒使血中含氧量增加,有利于血氧输送、吸收和利用,具有促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫能力,增强人体肌能,调节肌体功能平衡的作用。据考证,负离子对人体7个系统,近30多种疾病具有抑制、缓解和辅助治疗作用,尤其对人体的保健作用更为明显。

发明内容
本发明提出一种纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,该液体壁纸具有有效的清除甲醛性能,同时释放有益于人体健康的负离子。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
夜光粉5~8%、环氧改性丙烯酸乳液40~45%、纳米负离子粉1~2%、纳米氧化锌1~2%、硅烷偶联剂0.2~0.4%、pH调节剂0.1~0.2%、纤维素醚0.5~1.5%、消泡剂0.2~0.3%、分散剂0.5~1%、润湿剂0.2~0.3%、成膜助剂1.5~2%、丙二醇1~1.5%、罐内防腐剂0.2~0.3%、防霉剂1.5~2%及增稠剂2~3%,余量为去离子。
优选地,所述硅烷偶联剂为KH550与KH560的混合物,KH550与KH560的质量比为1:1。
优选地,所述pH调节剂选自2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、羟乙基脲与四甲基氢氧化铵中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂或者聚醚消泡剂。
优选地,所述分散剂选自聚丙烯酰胺或者聚羧酸盐。
优选地,所述增稠剂为纤维素醚及其衍生物与非离子型聚氨酯流变改性剂的混合物。
优选地,所述成膜助剂选自Texanol酯醇、LusolvanFBH、Coasol、DBE-IB或者DPNB。
优选地,所述防霉剂为苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯与N’-(3,4-二氯苯基)-N,N-二甲基脲中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述罐内防腐剂选自1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮或者甲基异噻唑啉酮。
优选地,所述润湿剂选自十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙二醇、烷基糖苷或者十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸具有有效的清除甲醛性能,环保,同时释放有益于人体健康的负离子。
2、通过镂空纱网而印在墙面上,具有高级墙纸精致花纹、立体感强的特点。壁纸的图案有限,而液体壁纸将让您“随心所欲”,根据个人审美观、个人品味,均可定做不同图案的模具。
3、本发明的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸可在黑暗持续发光15分钟左右,将有限的单调平面扩展为奇特发光的梦幻般多维空间。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,制备方法:
1)制作负离子浆:打开搅拌机,转速为250rpm,加入10wt%的去离子水、KH-550偶联剂0.2wt%、KH-560偶联剂0.2wt%,再加入有机硅消泡剂0.3wt%、聚丙烯酰胺0.5wt%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3wt%、纳米负离子粉1wt%、纳米氧化锌2wt%。
2)将搅拌机转速调到1300rpm,继续搅拌50分钟,用3000目筛网过滤待用。
3)打开搅拌机,转速为250rpm,加入13.6wt%的去离子水,再放入纤维素醚1.5wt%,高速搅拌10分钟后,将搅拌机转速调到800rpm加入三乙醇胺0.2wt%、环氧改性丙烯酸乳液55wt%、Texanol酯醇2wt%、丙二醇:1.5wt%、1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮0.2wt%、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯1.5wt%、增稠剂2wt%,搅拌20分钟,将搅拌机转速调到600rpm,加入夜光天蓝色粉8wt%、负离子浆,搅拌30分钟即可获得纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸。增稠剂为纤维素醚及其衍生物与非离子型聚氨酯流变改性剂的混合物。
实施例2
一种纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,制备方法:
1)制作负离子浆:打开搅拌机,转速为250rpm,加入10wtwt%的去离子水、KH-550偶联剂0.2wt%、KH-560偶联剂0.2wt%,再加入聚醚消泡剂0.3wt%、聚羧酸盐0.5wt%、聚乙二醇0.3wt%、纳米负离子粉2wt%、纳米氧化锌2.5wt%。
2)将搅拌机转速调到1300rpm,继续搅拌60分钟,用3000目筛网过滤待用。
3)打开搅拌机,转速为250rpm,加入12.1wt%的去离子水,再放入纤维素醚1.5wt%,高速搅拌115分钟后,将搅拌机转速调到800rpm加入四甲基氢氧化铵0.2wt%、环氧改性丙烯酸乳液55wt%、LusolvanFBH 2wt%、丙二醇1.5wt%、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.2wt%、N’-(3,4-二氯苯基)-N,N-二甲基脲1.5wt%、增稠剂2wt%,搅拌20分钟,将搅拌机转速调到600rpm,加入夜光雪白色粉8wt%、负离子浆,搅拌30分钟即可获得纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸。增稠剂为纤维素醚及其衍生物与非离子型聚氨酯流变改性剂的混合物。
实施例3
一种纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,制备方法:
1)制作负离子浆:打开搅拌机,转速为250rpm,加入10wt%的去离子水、KH-550偶联剂0.2wt%、KH-560偶联剂0.2wt%,再加入有机硅消泡剂0.3wt%、聚丙烯酰胺0.5wt%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3wt%、纳米负离子粉3wt%、纳米氧化锌2wt%。
2)将搅拌机转速调到1300rpm,继续搅拌55分钟,用3000目筛网过滤待用。
3)打开搅拌机,转速为250rpm,加入11.6wt%的去离子水,再放入纤维素醚1.5wt%,高速搅拌12分钟后,将搅拌机转速调到800rpm加入二乙醇胺0.2wt%、环氧改性丙烯酸乳液:55wt%、Coasol成膜助剂2wt%、丙二醇1.5wt%、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.2wt%、苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯1.5wt%、增稠剂2wt%,搅拌20分钟,将搅拌机转速调到600rpm,加入夜光紫色粉8wt%、负离子浆,搅拌25分钟即可获得纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸。增稠剂为纤维素醚及其衍生物与非离子型聚氨酯流变改性剂的混合物。
试验例
将实施例1-3制备的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸参照JC/T1074-2008,在1m3的密闭玻璃箱中注入一定量的甲醛粒子,作用24h测定甲醛浓度变化,检测方法为HPLC(US EPATO-5-1984),负离子浓度的检测方法为直接测定,结果见表1。

由表1可知,本发明的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸具有有效的清除甲醛性能,环保,同时释放有益于人体健康的负离子。

Claims (10)

1.一种纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
夜光粉5~8%、环氧改性丙烯酸乳液40~45%、纳米负离子粉1~2%、纳米氧化锌1~2%、硅烷偶联剂0.2~0.4%、pH调节剂0.1~0.2%、纤维素醚0.5~1.5%、消泡剂0.2~0.3%、分散剂0.5~1%、润湿剂0.2~0.3%、成膜助剂1.5~2%、丙二醇1~1.5%、罐内防腐剂0.2~0.3%、防霉剂1.5~2%及增稠剂2~3%,余量为去离子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为KH550与KH560的混合物,KH550与KH560的质量比为1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂选自2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、羟乙基脲与四甲基氢氧化铵中的一种或者多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂或者聚醚消泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,其特征在于,所述分散剂选自聚丙烯酰胺或者聚羧酸盐。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为纤维素醚及其衍生物与非离子型聚氨酯流变改性剂的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂选自Texanol酯醇、LusolvanFBH、Coasol、DBE-IB或者DPNB。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,其特征在于,所述防霉剂为苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯与N’-(3,4-二氯苯基)-N,N-二甲基脲中的一种或者多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,其特征在于,所述罐内防腐剂选自1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮或者甲基异噻唑啉酮。
10.根据权利要求1所述的纳米负离子夜光液体壁纸,其特征在于,所述润湿剂选自十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙二醇、烷基糖苷或者十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
