Abstract

本发明公开了一种可调节转动送料装置，包括：转动电机、送料斗、滑槽，所述转动电机的转轴与送料斗底部相固定，所述转轴内套接有固定杆，固定杆顶端穿入送料斗后固定有导向刀刃；所述滑槽一端插入送料斗边源。本发明提供的一种可调节转动送料装置，通过固定在送料斗中心的导向刀刃，将旋转在送料斗内堆叠的工件进行分散，并利用曲线结构将工件推至送料斗边源，工件在送料斗旋转的离心力作用下顺着边源进入滑槽，完成逐一送料的功能。本设计结构简易，送料效果好，自动化程度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可调节转动送料装置，属于自动化装配设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前，随着工业生产技术的不断发展，自动化装配已经成为制造行业主要的生产方式。自动化装配包括装配、检测、标示、包装等工序，操作的对象包括多个各种各样的零件、部件。
对于自动化装配设备而言，给料装置作为重要设备被应用于以上所提到的各种工序中，现有圆形工件给料时，多采用振动给料机，但振动给料机占地大，功耗高，噪声大，对于批量小、多种类制造业厂家来说成本过高，不利于提高生产效率。
发明内容
目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本发明提供一种可调节转动送料装置。
技术方案：为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种可调节转动送料装置，包括：转动电机、送料斗、滑槽，所述转动电机的转轴与送料斗底部相固定，所述转轴内套接有固定杆，固定杆顶端穿入送料斗后固定有导向刀刃；所述滑槽一端插入送料斗边源。
作为优选方案，所述送料斗设置为圆形。
作为优选方案，所述滑槽设置为长方体结构。
作为优选方案，所述导向刀刃设置为曲线结构。
作为优选方案，所述导向刀刃一侧设置有弧面。
作为优选方案，所述导向刀刃的厚度与工件的厚度一致。
有益效果：本发明提供的一种可调节转动送料装置，通过固定在送料斗中心的导向刀刃，将旋转在送料斗内堆叠的工件进行分散，并利用曲线结构将工件推至送料斗边源，工件在送料斗旋转的离心力作用下顺着边源进入滑槽，完成逐一送料的功能。本设计结构简易，送料效果好，自动化程度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1、图2所示，一种可调节转动送料装置，包括：转动电机、送料斗1、滑槽2，所述转动电机的转轴3与送料斗1底部相固定，所述转轴3内套接有固定杆4，固定杆4顶端穿入送料斗1后固定有导向刀刃5；所述滑槽2一端插入送料斗1边源。
作为优选方案，所述送料斗1设置为圆形。所述滑槽2设置为长方体结构。所述导向刀刃5设置为曲线结构。所述导向刀刃5一侧设置有弧面。所述导向刀刃5的厚度与工件的厚度一致。
