Abstract
The invention discloses a damping fixed insert of an automobile air conditioner, which comprises a vehicle body bracket connecting part and a vehicle-mounted air conditioner connecting part, wherein the vehicle body bracket connecting part comprises a connecting column and a connecting column limiting plate; the connecting column limiting plate is in a circular sheet shape, one end of the connecting column is connected with the circle center position of the connecting column limiting plate, and the other end of the connecting column is detachably connected with the vehicle body support; the vehicle-mounted air conditioner connecting part comprises a spline and a spline limiting plate; the spline limiting plate is the same as the connecting column limiting plate in shape and is arranged in parallel; one end of the spline is connected with the circle center position of the spline limiting plate, and the other end of the spline, close to the end part, is provided with an elastic damping ring; the spline limiting plate and the connecting column limiting plate are connected through a mandrel, and elastic shock-absorbing materials are filled in the space between the spline limiting plate and the connecting column limiting plate, which is located outside the mandrel. The invention can not only ensure the structural strength and the assembly speed, but also effectively reduce and eliminate the noise and the vibration which are possibly generated after the assembly by virtue of the actual use.

Technical Field

The connecting part of the vehicle body bracket comprises a connecting column and a connecting column limiting plate; the connecting column limiting plate is in a circular sheet shape, one end of the connecting column is connected with the circle center position of the connecting column limiting plate, the connecting column is perpendicular to the connecting column limiting plate, and the other end of the connecting column is detachably connected with the vehicle body support;
the vehicle-mounted air conditioner connecting part comprises a spline and a spline limiting plate; the spline limiting plate is the same as the connecting column limiting plate in shape and is arranged in parallel with the connecting column limiting plate; one end of the spline is connected with the circle center of the spline limiting plate, the spline is perpendicular to the spline limiting plate, an annular groove which is semicircular in cross section and surrounds the spline is arranged at the position, close to the end part, of the other end of the spline, an elastic damping ring is arranged in the annular groove, the axial direction of the elastic damping ring is coaxial with the axial direction of the spline, and the other end of the spline is connected with a vehicle-mounted air conditioner;

the vehicle-mounted air conditioner connecting part comprises a spline 4 and a spline limiting plate 6; the spline limiting plate 6 is the same as the connecting column limiting plate 2 in shape and is arranged in parallel; one end of the spline 4 is connected with the circle center of the spline limiting plate 6, the spline 4 is perpendicular to the spline limiting plate 6, an annular groove which is semicircular in cross section and surrounds a circle is arranged at the position, close to the end part, of the other end of the spline 4, an elastic damping ring 5 is arranged in the annular groove, the axial direction of the elastic damping ring 5 is coaxial with the axial direction of the spline 4, and the other end of the spline 4 is connected with a vehicle-mounted air conditioner;

In some embodiments, the connecting column 1 is a stud with external threads, and the connecting column 1 is connected with the vehicle body bracket in a threaded manner.
