本发明涉及一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,其包括采用天然彩棉制成的面料本体,面料本体上端从上往下依次设置第一抗冲击层、防水层、保温层和棉麻织物层;面料本体下端设置第二抗冲击层;第一抗冲击层包括若干蜂窝状结构的抗冲击单体,抗冲击单体为中部凸起的空心六棱柱结构,抗冲击单体内部填充弹性棉;第二抗冲击层包括第一面料层、抗冲击球体和第二面料层,第一面料层与第二面料层之间平行设置,所述的第一面料层与第二面料层之间均匀分布若干抗冲击球体,若干抗冲击球体为上端和下端设置开口的空心球状结构。该双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,提高整体面料强度的同时,提高其抗冲击性能,提高对使用人员的保护,提高面料的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料的技术领域,尤其是一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料。
背景技术
面料,作为服装的材料得到了广泛的运用。面料质量的好坏直接决定着服装的使用质量。现有面料的款式多种多样,但大都是从外观美观性上考虑,而面对面料本身制成后的衣服的牢固性考虑甚微,尤其是在儿童服装上,由于小孩生性活泼好动,会经常性出现摔跤、碰撞等现象,导致衣服某些地方会出现不同程度的磨损,有的甚至破裂,严重的还会影响到孩子的皮肤受损;所以采用什么样的面料来制作服装尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决上述背景技术中的现有技术存在的问题,提供一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,通过面料上下表面设置的不同的抗冲击层,可以在提高整体面料强度的同时,提高其抗冲击性能,提高对使用人员的保护,提高面料的使用寿命。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,包括采用天然彩棉制成的面料本体,所述的面料本体上端从上往下依次设置第一抗冲击层、防水层、保温层和棉麻织物层;所述的面料本体下端设置第二抗冲击层;所述第一抗冲击层包括若干蜂窝状结构的抗冲击单体,所述的抗冲击单体为中部凸起的空心六棱柱结构,所述的抗冲击单体内部填充弹性棉;所述的第二抗冲击层包括第一面料层、抗冲击球体和第二面料层,所述的第一面料层与第二面料层之间平行设置,所述的第一面料层与第二面料层之间均匀分布若干抗冲击球体,所述若干抗冲击球体为上端和下端设置开口的空心球状结构。
进一步地说明,上述技术方案中,所述的第一抗冲击层中的抗冲击单体包括端面纤维和连接纤维,所述的端面纤维之间通过若干连接纤维固定连接,所述的连接纤维呈弧状结构;这样可以提高整体纺织面料的外部抗冲击性能。
进一步地说明,上述技术方案中,所述的端面纤维包括轮廓纤维和面部纤维,所述抗冲击单体端部为带正六边形轮廓的面状结构,所述轮廓纤维高于面部纤维3~5mm,这样可以为冲击过程提供冲击空间,起到缓震的作用。
进一步地说明,上述技术方案中,所述的面部纤维由横向纤维条和竖向纤维条交叉编织而成;这样的设计可以提高面部纤维的强度,提高整体抗冲击性能。
进一步地说明,上述技术方案中,所述的面部纤维中部均设置缓冲透气孔;当在发生冲击过程时,可以迅速的将抗冲击单体中的气体排出,提高整体抗冲击性能。
进一步地说明,上述技术方案中,所述的防水层为特氟龙面料制成的防水层;可以提高整体面料的防水性能。
进一步地说明,上述技术方案中,所述的保温层为生态棉材料制成的保温层;可以提高整体面料的保温性能。
进一步地说明,上述技术方案中,所述的棉麻织物层为罗布麻和长绒棉的混纺混合物;通过棉麻织物层可以提高其本身的抗菌性能。
本发明的有益效果是:本申请提供的双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,通过面料上下表面设置的不同的抗冲击层,可以在提高整体面料强度的同时,提高其抗冲击性能,提高对使用人员的保护,提高面料的使用寿命。

如图1~5所示的是一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,包括采用天然彩棉制成的面料本体1,面料本体1上端从上往下依次设置第一抗冲击层2、防水层3、保温层4和棉麻织物层5;面料本体1下端设置第二抗冲击层6;第一抗冲击层2包括若干蜂窝状结构的抗冲击单体2-1,抗冲击单体2-1为中部凸起的空心六棱柱结构,抗冲击单体2-1内部填充弹性棉2-2;第二抗冲击层6包括第一面料层6-1、抗冲击球体6-2和第二面料层6-3,第一面料层6-1与第二面料层6-3之间平行设置,第一面料层6-1与第二面料层6-3之间均匀分布若干抗冲击球体6-2,若干抗冲击球体6-2为上端和下端设置开口的空心球状结构。
其中,第一抗冲击层2中的抗冲击单体2-1包括端面纤维2-3和连接纤维2-4,端面纤维2-3之间通过若干连接纤维2-4固定连接,连接纤维2-4呈弧状结构。端面纤维2-3包括轮廓纤维2-5和面部纤维2-6,抗冲击单体2-1端部为带正六边形轮廓的面状结构,轮廓纤维2-5高于面部纤维3~5mm。面部纤维2-6由横向纤维条2-7和竖向纤维条2-8交叉编织而成。面部纤维2-6中部均设置缓冲透气孔2-9。防水层3为特氟龙面料制成的防水层。保温层4为生态棉材料制成的保温层。棉麻织物层5为罗布麻和长绒棉的混纺混合物。
见图1所示,第二抗冲击层6侧为内侧,是与使用人员接触的一侧,第一抗冲击层2侧为外侧,是与外界空气接触的一侧。
见图2、图3和图4为第一抗冲击层2的结构示意图,可以看出第一抗冲击层2包括若干蜂窝状结构的抗冲击单体2-1,抗冲击单体2-1为中部凸起的空心六棱柱结构,抗冲击单体2-1内部填充弹性棉2-2;当发生于外界撞击过程时候,抗冲击单体2-1会应为撞击而出现变形,由于内部充满弹性棉2-2.可以进行缓冲和迅速回弹,提高整体抗冲击性能。
见图5,第二抗冲击层6包括第一面料层6-1、抗冲击球体6-2和第二面料层6-3,第一面料层6-1与第二面料层6-3之间平行设置,第一面料层6-1与第二面料层6-3之间均匀分布若干抗冲击球体6-2,若干抗冲击球体6-2为上端和下端设置开口的空心球状结构;当发生撞击的时候,若干抗冲击球体6-2会发生缓冲变形,很好的保护使用人员不受到伤害。

1.一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,其特征在于:包括采用天然彩棉制成的面料本体(1),所述的面料本体(1)上端从上往下依次设置第一抗冲击层(2)、防水层(3)、保温层(4)和棉麻织物层(5);所述的面料本体(1)下端设置第二抗冲击层(6);所述第一抗冲击层(2)包括若干蜂窝状结构的抗冲击单体(2-1),所述的抗冲击单体(2-1)为中部凸起的空心六棱柱结构,所述的抗冲击单体(2-1)内部填充弹性棉(2-2);所述的第二抗冲击层(6)包括第一面料层(6-1)、抗冲击球体(6-2)和第二面料层(6-3),所述的第一面料层(6-1)与第二面料层(6-3)之间平行设置,所述的第一面料层(6-1)与第二面料层(6-3)之间均匀分布若干抗冲击球体(6-2),所述若干抗冲击球体(6-2)为上端和下端设置开口的空心球状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的第一抗冲击层(2)中的抗冲击单体(2-1)包括端面纤维(2-3)和连接纤维(2-4),所述的端面纤维(2-3)之间通过若干连接纤维(2-4)固定连接,所述的连接纤维(2-4)呈弧状结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的端面纤维(2-3)包括轮廓纤维(2-5)和面部纤维(2-6),所述抗冲击单体(2-1)端部为带正六边形轮廓的面状结构,所述轮廓纤维(2-5)高于面部纤维(2-6)3~5mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的面部纤维(2-6)由横向纤维条(2-7)和竖向纤维条(2-8)交叉编织而成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的面部纤维(2-3)中部均设置缓冲透气孔(2-9)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的防水层(3)为特氟龙面料制成的防水层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面高强度抗冲击性纺织面料,其特征在于:所述的保温层(4)为生态棉材料制成的保温层。
