本发明公开了一种竹片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:A.将竹筒放入由氯化钠、水按照质量比为3:17的比例混合制得的浸泡液中,加热至30℃浸泡三天;B.将A步骤浸泡好的竹筒取出并放入冷库中,在‑11℃下冷冻14分钟;C.将B步骤冷冻后的竹筒取出并放入由无水乙醇、硫磺、硬脂酸锌以及水按照质量比为2:1:4:17的比例混合制得的浸泡液中,加热至72℃浸泡5小时;D.将C步骤浸泡好的竹筒取出,用盐水漂洗干净、并晾干;E.将D步骤晾干好的竹筒开片、定型。经过本发明处理后的竹片具有很好的柔软性,非常适于编制各种工艺品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种竹片的制备方法。
背景技术
竹片是竹筒经开片后形成的窄长片材,其主要用来编制各种工艺品。而在编制工艺品时,通常会由于竹片太硬、没有柔韧性而容易发生折断或是伤手的,不仅造成了竹片废品的产生还对编制人员的人身安全造成了隐患。为此,人们在制备竹片的过程中,会对竹片进行相应的处理,从而使其符合编制要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有产品中的不足,提供一种竹片的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种竹片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A.将竹筒放入由氯化钠、水按照质量比为3:17的比例混合制得的浸泡液中,加热至30℃浸泡三天;
B.将A步骤浸泡好的竹筒取出并放入冷库中,在-11℃下冷冻14分钟;
C.将B步骤冷冻后的竹筒取出并放入由无水乙醇、硫磺、硬脂酸锌以及水按照质量比为2:1:4:17的比例混合制得的浸泡液中,加热至72℃浸泡5小时;
D.将C步骤浸泡好的竹筒取出,用盐水漂洗干净、并晾干;
E.将D步骤晾干好的竹筒开片、定型。
本发明的有益效果如下:经过本发明处理后的竹片具有很好的柔软性,非常适于编制各种工艺品。

实施例1:
一种竹片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

B.将A步骤浸泡好的竹筒取出并放入冷库中,在-11℃下冷冻14分钟;

经过本发明处理后的竹片具有很好的柔软性,非常适于编制各种工艺品。

B.将A步骤浸泡好的竹筒取出并放入冷库中,在-11℃下冷冻14分钟;
C.将B步骤冷冻后的竹筒取出并放入由无水乙醇、硫磺、硬脂酸锌以及水按照质量比为2:1:4:17的比例混合制得的浸泡液中,加热至72℃浸泡5小时;
D.将C步骤浸泡好的竹筒取出,用盐水漂洗干净、并晾干;
E.将D步骤晾干好的竹筒开片、定型。
