Abstract
The invention relates to a high-efficiency convenient needle head box for epidemic prevention of livestock and poultry, which comprises a box cover and a box core which can be movably installed together; the box core comprises a needle box bottom cover, a clamping groove anchoring arm, a spring, a notch shrapnel, a clamping groove unit and a clamping groove unit connecting sheet; each clamping groove unit connecting sheet is connected with a needle storage plate; each needle storage plate is formed by connecting a plurality of clamping groove units in parallel and oppositely to form a whole; the gap between two adjacent clamping groove units is a needle storage groove, and the width of the needle storage groove is adjustable; the needle storage groove is used for placing a stainless steel injection needle; the clamping groove anchoring arm movably fixes the needle storage plate on the needle box bottom cover. In addition, most of the current needles used in animal husbandry are piled in one box, and the needles are randomly clamped by hands or tweezers and are laboriously installed on a syringe when the needles are used, and the needles are pulled out of the syringe by hands or tweezers and put into another box after the needles are used; in the process, the needle contacts with hands or forceps twice, so that the injection efficiency is reduced, the pollution of the needle is easily caused, the repeated taking and placing of the needle is easily worn or deformed through collision and friction, the service life of the needle is influenced, and the injection animal is also damaged by more tissues. If epidemic prevention personnel can take, install and dismantle the syringe needle very conveniently, can not only improve epidemic prevention operation's standardization and efficiency greatly, can also greatly reduce the spoilage of syringe needle and ensure animal welfare.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a high-efficiency convenient needle head box for epidemic prevention of livestock and poultry, and aims to provide a portable needle head box which can store needles orderly, has large needle storage quantity, is simple to operate, has high efficiency and is easy to clean and sterilize, and the problem of inconvenience in needle loading and unloading in the epidemic prevention operation process of livestock and poultry can be solved.

a spring is vertically arranged at the bottom of each needle storage groove, and the bottom end of the spring is fixed on the connecting sheet of the clamping groove unit; two sides of the top end of each needle storage groove are respectively provided with a notch elastic sheet (metal elastic sheet) for preventing the stainless steel injection needle from falling from the needle storage groove; the lengths of the clamping groove unit connecting sheet and the needle head box bottom cover are set according to the needs, and the number of the stainless steel injection needles stored is increased by increasing the length of the needle storage plate and the number of the needle storage grooves.
The needle tips of the stainless steel injection needles in the front and back opposite needle storage grooves are oppositely arranged and are arranged at intervals up and down; the left side and the right side of the front end of each stainless steel injection needle are respectively provided with a vertical baffle plate with a vent hole, the baffle plates extend from the inner side of the clamping groove unit to the center of the needle box, and the gap between the left baffle plate and the right baffle plate is slightly wider than the front end of the needle and narrower than the width of the needle storage groove.
The lower part of the box cover is provided with a buckle which is used for being buckled with the bottom cover of the needle head box so as to realize the opening or closing of the box cover.
Furthermore, the two high-efficiency convenient needle heads box for epidemic prevention of livestock and poultry are matched for use, the used needle heads are orderly placed into the other needle head box according to the reverse process of loading the needle heads into the injector, and the used needle heads are uniformly cleaned and disinfected, so that the recycling can be realized.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following steps:
1. the problem that an epidemic prevention person is inconvenient to assemble and disassemble needles in the epidemic prevention operation process of livestock and poultry can be effectively solved, and the efficiency of assembling and disassembling the needles is greatly improved.
2. The needle head box can effectively avoid friction and collision among the needle heads, reduce the loss cost of the needle heads, lighten the pain of injected animals and ensure animal welfare by protecting the sharpness of the needle points.
3. The needle tips of the needles are oppositely and alternately arranged, so that the needle storage quantity of the needle box in unit volume is greatly improved; the used needle heads can be orderly unloaded into another needle head box according to the reverse process of loading the needle heads into the injector, and the needle heads after being sterilized can be directly cleaned and sterilized in a unified manner by detaching or not detaching the needle storage plate without loading the needle heads into the needle head box for sterilization for the second time.

Detailed Description
The needle box with the needle capable of being efficiently and conveniently inserted and pulled out is shown in figures 1-4, and comprises a box cover 1 and a box core 2. The top cover and the side wall of the box cover 1 are provided with a plurality of ventilation holes, which is convenient for ventilation during high-pressure sterilization. The stainless steel injection needle 8 with the square cross section at the tail part is sequentially arranged in the needle storage groove 7 formed by two adjacent clamping groove units 10 up and down, the internal structure of the needle storage groove 7 is strictly matched with the outline of the tail part of the stainless steel injection needle, and the stainless steel injection needle 8 can only move up and down and can not rotate after being arranged in the needle storage groove; the spring 4 at the bottom of the needle storage groove 7 props against the needle in the needle storage groove to keep the needle at the top of the needle storage groove 7, so that the needle storage groove is convenient to take; the notch shrapnel 5 can prevent the needle from accidentally falling from the needle storage groove, and the needle can be conveniently taken out by lifting the injector inserted with the needle when taking the syringe. The main structure of the box core 2 is that a front needle storage plate 6 and a rear needle storage plate 6 are spliced by a plurality of clamping groove units 10, a plurality of needle storage grooves 7 with the gap width slightly larger than the joint of the needle heads and the tail of the needle heads are arranged on the needle storage plates 6, the inner space of each needle storage groove 7 completely fits the outline of the tail of the stainless steel injection needle heads, and the needle storage plates 6 are fixed on the bottom cover 9 of the needle box through clamping groove anchoring arms on the left side and the right side. Each needle storage groove 7 can simultaneously accommodate a row of 10-20 stainless steel injection needles with square tails.
When the syringe is used, as shown in fig. 5, the box cover 1 with the needle which is cleaned and sterilized is opened, the needle end of the syringe is aligned to the tail part of one needle at the top end in the needle box, the tail end of the needle is inserted by holding the syringe by hand (step (1)), and simultaneously the syringe is rotated clockwise or anticlockwise (step (2)) for 30-90 degrees, so that the needle can be firmly arranged on the syringe; the syringe with the needle attached is then held by hand and the needle is lifted vertically upwards out of the needle magazine (step (3)), whereupon the aspiration and injection of the vaccine can be performed.
After the needle is used up, the used needle can be quickly disassembled into another needle box according to the reverse process of installing the needle, then the two needle storage plates 6 storing the used needle can be disassembled from the bottom cover or not disassembled and directly connected with the bottom cover to clean the stainless steel injection needle 8, after the cleaning is finished, the needle storage plates 6 are installed in the needle box bottom cover 9, and the needle box cover 1 is covered for high-temperature high-pressure sterilization and disinfection and reuse.

The needle head box for epidemic prevention of livestock and poultry is characterized by comprising a box cover and a box core which can be movably connected into a whole; the top cover and the side wall of the box cover are provided with a plurality of ventilation holes, so that ventilation is facilitated during high-pressure sterilization; the box core comprises a needle box bottom cover, a clamping groove anchoring arm, a spring, a notch elastic sheet, a clamping groove unit and a clamping groove unit connecting sheet; each clamping groove unit connecting sheet is respectively connected with a needle storage plate; the front and rear sides of the needle storage plate are symmetrically arranged at the front and rear ends of the bottom cover of the needle head box in parallel; each needle storage plate is formed by connecting a plurality of clamping groove units in parallel and oppositely to form a whole; the gap between two adjacent clamping groove units is a needle storage groove; the needle storage groove is used for placing a stainless steel injection needle; the stainless steel injection needle heads are vertically and sequentially stacked in parallel in each needle storage groove; the tail parts of the stainless steel injection needles face the outside of the box core; the stainless steel injection needle head can only move up and down in the needle storage groove and can not rotate; a spring is vertically arranged at the bottom of each needle storage groove, and the bottom end of the spring is fixed on the connecting sheet of the clamping groove unit; the needle tips of the stainless steel injection needles in the front and back opposite needle storage grooves are oppositely arranged and are arranged at intervals up and down;
the inner sides of the clamping groove units on the left side and the right side of the front end of the stainless steel injection needle are respectively vertically provided with a baffle plate with a vent hole, and the baffle plates extend from the front end of the inner wall of the clamping groove unit to the center of the needle box; the gap between the left baffle and the right baffle is slightly wider than the front end of the needle head and narrower than the width of the needle storage groove;
