The relay platform creates a first workflow to send the query task to salesman B1 of company B. At this time, the salesman B1, as a quotation party, finds that a price inquiring task appears on the transaction management page of the relay platform; the salesperson B1 opens the inquiry task and clicks the "ok" button on the transaction management page of the relay platform to indicate acceptance of the inquiry task. The relay platform then closes the price inquiry workflow. The relay platform creates a second workflow after the salesperson B1 has processed the query task to send the first result information to the querier a 2. The format of the price inquiry information may be, for example, "inquiring party: company A; inquiry product category: a notebook computer; quantity: 5'; the format of the first result information may correspond to "quoted product category: a notebook computer; quantity: 5; total price: 30000 ".
If the salesperson B1 receives the inquiry task of the buyer A2, the quantity of the notebook computers in the stock is compared with the quantity of the products required in the inquiry task after the stock information is called; it is found that there are no laptops in the company's inventory. The relay platform then creates a first transfer task to the company's buyer B2 to ask 5 notes the price of the main parts, such as the CPU, keyboard, fan, etc. After the buyer B2 accepts the first transfer job, it contacts sales C1 of part supplier C, and knows that company C has a sales strategy that offers nine discounts over 100 CPU purchases. The buyer A2 receives the quote information and sends it to the company, at this time, the company A finds that 5 notebook computers are not enough, two additional ones are needed, and the task is also given to the buyer A2. Then, the buyer a2 enters the transaction management page of the relay platform again, opens the original inquiry task, clicks the "+" button preset next to the column of the product quantity in the original task, increases the product quantity from 5 to 7 in the original inquiry task after two consecutive clicks, and clicks the "confirm" button on the transaction management page of the relay platform to indicate that the modification of the inquiry task information is completed. The relay platform generates a first variant task according to the modified content of the buyer A2, and creates a fifth workflow to send the first variant task to the seller B1 of company B; the format of the first variable task may be, for example, "enquiry party: company A; inquiry product category: a notebook computer; quantity: 2". The salesperson B1 closes the fifth workflow after accepting the first variable task. The salesperson B1 fills out the offer content corresponding to the first variant task, such as "offer product category: a notebook computer; quantity: 2; total price: 12000 ". The relay platform superimposes this offer content with the first processing result information to form second processing result information, such as "offer product category: a notebook computer; quantity: 7; total price: this is 42000 ".

In a specific scenario, the condition that the first party actively proposes a return request may be a task return caused by cancellation of a procurement plan by an inquiring party, or cancellation of a vacation plan after a vacation request is proposed by an employee; the second party returns the original entrustment task, which may be an inquiry task returned because the inquiry task information received by the quotation party is ambiguous and cannot quote, for example, the number of products in the inquiry task is not indicated, or the type of products is input incorrectly; or the second party proposes to return the consignment task for the reason that the company boss finds that the vacation request submitted by the employee does not conform to the company regulations and returns the vacation task, and the like.
As shown in fig. 7, the workflow is represented by solid lines, and the arrows of the solid lines represent the flow direction of the workflow; the notification is represented by a dashed line, and the arrow of the dashed line represents the delivery direction of the notification; the solid line is marked with an "X" to indicate that the workflow has been closed. Returning the first processing result information to the second party 2Y through the second workflow 212 according to a ninth delegation of the first party 2X in case the first party 2X does not close the second workflow 212; alternatively, a fourth notification 224 is created according to the tenth request of the second party to return the first party to the first processing result information. In a case where the first process result information is returned to the second party 2Y, a second process result information is created according to an eleventh request for the second party 2Y to modify the first process result information and sent to the first party 2X through the second workflow 212.

When the third party 2M receives fifth processing result information of the second transfer task from the fourth party 2N, the relay platform generates sixth processing result information of the first transfer task according to the fifth processing result information; under the condition that a workflow does not need to be established between the third party and the second party, the relay platform creates a sixth notification 226 according to a fourteenth commission of the third party, so as to send the sixth processing result information to the second party 2Y.
In an embodiment, the relay platform of the workflow management system of the present invention merges the same type of parts of the plurality of tasks received by the second party, the third party, or the fourth party, and splits the processing result information corresponding to the merged plurality of tasks according to preset associated information after receiving the processing result information. The preset associated information may be a type of a product in a task, or information such as a name of a consignor.
For example, when a salesperson of a certain company receives inquiry tasks of purchasers of a plurality of other companies, and each of the plurality of inquiry tasks includes inquiry of an L product of the certain company, the workflow management system of the present invention can merge inquiry parts related to the L product, split corresponding offer contents according to names of inquirers, and send the split sub-offer contents to the respective corresponding inquirers. For another example, if a plurality of sellers of the company send internal query tasks to a buyer of the company, the same type of parts in the internal query tasks may be merged, split according to names of the sellers after receiving offer information corresponding to the merged internal query tasks, and send split sub-offer tasks to the respective corresponding sellers.
In an embodiment, in the workflow processing system of the present invention, the relay platform splits one task received by the second party, the third party, or the fourth party into a plurality of subtasks, and merges the split tasks according to preset association information after receiving processing result information corresponding to the split subtasks.
For example, when a sales company of a company receives an inquiry task and finds that the task includes both a P product and a Q product, the workflow management system of the present invention splits the task according to the product type, so that the system can process the task more efficiently.
In an embodiment, when the first party initiates the first variable task, the method for managing the relay workflow includes any one of the following processing manners:
1) the relay platform returns the first variable task through the fifth workflow under the condition that the second party does not accept the first variable task;
2) in the event that the second party accepts the first variant task and transfers it, the relay platform communicates the variant task to one or more third parties through an eighth workflow to transfer the variant task;
3) under the condition that the second party accepts the first variable task and does not transfer the first variable task, the relay platform reserves the first variable task
In a specific scenario, company a orders a batch of machines for producing food products to company b in an original task, and on the day before the delivery date company a suddenly proposed a task change requiring a change in the machine type of all machines in the original task; company b chooses to return the change task as specified by the contracts of both parties. Or, the company B receives the request of the company A and transfers the request to the purchase of the company to ask for the price of the raw material needed by the machine after changing the type, although the company A feels that the task changing method of the company A is contrary to the contract agreement of both parties; further alternatively, company b feels that the job change of company a is contrary to the contract agreement between both parties, but since company a is a large customer and needs to be maintained for a long time, company b accepts the job change of company a and reserves the lot of machines that have been produced but have not been delivered as stock. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the entrusting task needs to flow through the lengthy service nodes in the system, and the technical scheme of the invention can terminate the entrusting task at a certain service node, thereby achieving the obvious effect of converging the long service node.
The principle is substantially the same as that of the above method embodiment, and the present invention provides a management system 100 for relay workflow, including: a receiving module 101, a workflow creating module 102, a notification creating module 103, a transmitting module 104, an overlapping module 105, and a processing module 106; wherein: the receiving module 101 is configured to receive an original delegation task created according to a first delegation of a first party; the workflow creating module 102 is configured to create a first workflow corresponding to the original entrustment task; the transmission module 104 is configured to transmit the original entrusting task to a second party through the first workflow; the processing module 106 is configured to return or close the first workflow under the condition that the second party rejects or accepts the original delegation task; the receiving module 101 is configured to receive first processing result information of the original committee task by the second party through the processing module 106; the workflow creating module 102 is configured to create a second workflow corresponding to the first processing result information; the transmission module 104 is configured to transmit the first processing result information to the first party through the second workflow; the processing module 106 is configured to return or close the second workflow when the first party rejects or accepts the first processing result information; the processing module 106 is configured to generate a first transfer task according to a preset management rule when the second party cannot complete all currently processed tasks; the workflow creating module 102 is configured to create a third workflow; the transmission module 104 is configured to transmit the first transfer task to a third party through the third workflow; the processing module 106 is configured to generate a second transfer task according to the preset management rule when the third party cannot complete all the first transfer tasks; the workflow creating module 102 is configured to create a fourth workflow; the transmission module 104 is configured to transmit the second transfer task to a fourth party through the fourth workflow; the processing module 106 is configured to, when the second party closes the first workflow, create a first variable task according to a second delegation of the first party to modify the original delegation task; the workflow creating module 102 is configured to create a fifth workflow; the transmission module 104 is configured to send the first variable task to the second party through the fifth workflow; or, the notification creating module 103 is configured to create a first notification according to a third delegation of the second party; the transmission module 104 is configured to transmit the first notification to the first party, so that the first party modifies the original delegation task based on the first delegation and sends the modified original delegation task to the second party; the processing module 106 is configured to create first variable processing result information according to a fourth delegation of the second party to modify the first processing result information when the first party closes the second workflow; the workflow creating module 102 is configured to create a sixth workflow; the transmission module 104 sends the first variable processing result information to the first party through the sixth workflow; or, the notification creating module 103 is configured to create a second notification according to a fifth delegation of the first party; the transmission module 104 is configured to send the second notification to the second party, so that the second party modifies the first processing result information and sends the first processing result information to the first party; a transmission module 104, configured to, when the second party does not close the first workflow, return the original delegation task to the first party through the first workflow according to a sixth delegation of the second party; or, the notification creating module 103 is configured to create a third notification according to a seventh delegation of the first party, so as to enable the second party to return the original delegation task through the first workflow; a processing module 106, configured to create a second variable task according to an eighth request for modifying the original delegation task by the first party, when the original delegation task is returned to the first party; the transmission module 104 is configured to send the first workflow to the second party; the transmission module 104 is configured to, when the first party does not close the second workflow, return the first processing result information to the second party through the second workflow according to a ninth delegation of the first party; or, the notification creating module 103 is configured to create a fourth notification according to a tenth delegation of the second party, so that the first party returns the first processing result information; the processing module 106 is configured to create second processing result information according to an eleventh delegation of the second party to modify the first processing result information when the first processing result information is returned to the second party; the transmission module 104 is configured to send the first party through the second workflow.
The management system 100 of the relay workflow further includes a merging module 107, configured to merge portions of the same type in a plurality of tasks received by the second party, the third party, or the fourth party;
the management system 100 of the relay workflow further includes a splitting module 108, configured to split the processing result information corresponding to the merged tasks according to preset associated information after receiving the processing result information;
the merging module 107 is further configured to merge the processing result information corresponding to the split sub-tasks according to preset association information after receiving the processing result information; the splitting module 108 is further configured to split the received processing result information corresponding to the merged tasks according to preset association information.
The present invention also provides an electronic device comprising: a processor and a memory; the memory is used for storing computer programs, and the processor is used for executing the computer programs stored by the memory so as to enable the terminal to execute the management method of the relay workflow. The processor may be a general-purpose processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the integrated circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components. The memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM), and may further include a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of managing a relay workflow. Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the above method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with a computer program. The aforementioned computer program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
The specific embodiment is similar to the embodiment in the management method of relay workflow, and is not described herein again.
In summary, the present invention provides a method, a system, a device and a medium for workflow management, which can flexibly manage the workflow, and the technical solution of the present invention can freely cope with the task change of the task in the transaction flow due to variable factors such as the type, the quantity or the price; the task processing method can process that the task initiator actively proposes the returned task and/or the task processing receiver returns the task so that the task initiator can modify the sent task; tasks can be merged or split, so that the tasks are processed more flexibly; tasks can also be processed across nodes. The technical scheme of the invention greatly improves the flexibility of online transaction and improves the transaction efficiency.

Claims (11)

1. A management method of relay workflow is applied to online transaction and comprises the following steps:
the original entrusting task created according to the first entrusting of the first party is sent to the second party through the relay platform and the first workflow;
closing the first workflow through the relay platform under the condition that the second party accepts the original delegation task;
the second party sends first processing result information of the original committee task to the first party through the relay platform and a second workflow;
closing the second workflow through the relay platform under the condition that the first party accepts the first processing result information;
if the second party cannot complete all the currently processed tasks, generating a first transfer task according to a preset management rule and transferring the first transfer task to a third party through a third workflow;
if the third party cannot complete all the first transfer tasks, generating a second transfer task according to the preset management rule and transferring the second transfer task to a fourth party through a fourth workflow;
under the condition that the second party closes the first workflow, creating a first variable task according to a second delegation of the first party for modifying the original delegation task and sending the first variable task to the second party through a fifth workflow; or creating a first notification according to a third delegation of the second party, and transmitting the first notification to the first party, so that the first party modifies the original delegation task based on the first delegation and sends the modified original delegation task to the second party;
under the condition that the first party closes the second workflow, creating first variable processing result information according to a fourth commission of the second party for modifying the first processing result information and sending the first variable processing result information to the first party through a sixth workflow; or creating a second notification according to a fifth request of the first party, and sending the second notification to the second party so as to enable the second party to modify the first processing result information and send the first processing result information to the first party;
returning the original delegation task to the first party through the first workflow in accordance with a sixth delegation of the second party, when the second party does not close the first workflow; or, creating a third notification according to a seventh delegation of the first party, so as to enable the second party to return the original delegation task through the first workflow;
creating a second variable task according to an eighth request of the original entrustment task modified by the first party and sending the second variable task to the second party through the first workflow under the condition that the original entrustment task is returned to the first party;
returning the first processing result information to the second party through the second workflow according to a ninth delegation of the first party under the condition that the first party does not close the second workflow; or, creating a fourth notification according to a tenth request of the second party, so that the first party returns the first processing result information;
under the condition that the first processing result information is returned to the second party, creating second processing result information according to an eleventh commission of the second party for modifying the first processing result information and sending the second processing result information to the first party through the second workflow;
when the relay platform receives a twelfth consignment for modifying the first transfer task before closing the third workflow, if a consignor of the twelfth consignment is the second party, a fifth notice is created according to the twelfth consignment of the second party so that the third party can return the third workflow; and under the condition that the third workflow is returned, a third variable task is created according to a thirteenth request of the second party for modifying the first transfer task and is sent to the third party through the third workflow;
and if the consignor of the twelfth consignment is the third party, the relay platform returns the third workflow to the second party so that the second party can modify the first transfer task.
2. The method for managing a relay workflow according to claim 1, comprising:
the second party closes the fifth workflow through the relay platform under the condition of accepting the first variable task and overlays the first variable task to the original delegation task to form a new delegation task;
the second party sends third processing result information for processing the new delegation task to the first party through a seventh workflow through the relay platform; and the third processing result information is generated by the second party by superposing fourth processing result information of the first variable task on the first processing result information.
3. The method for managing a relay workflow according to claim 1, wherein the preset management rule comprises: any one or more of requirements of the task presenter, management mechanism of the task receiver and market information.
4. The method for managing a relay workflow according to claim 1, comprising:
the relay platform merges the same type of parts in the plurality of tasks received by the second party, the third party or the fourth party, and splits the parts according to preset associated information after receiving the processing result information corresponding to the plurality of merged tasks.
5. The method for managing a relay workflow according to claim 1, comprising:
the relay platform divides one task received by the second party, the third party or the fourth party into a plurality of subtasks, and merges the plurality of subtasks according to preset associated information after receiving processing result information corresponding to the plurality of divided subtasks.
6. The method for managing a relay workflow according to claim 1, comprising:
when the third party receives fifth processing result information of the second transfer task from the fourth party, the relay platform generates sixth processing result information of the first transfer task according to the fifth processing result information;
and under the condition that a workflow does not need to be established between the third party and the second party, the relay platform creates a sixth notification according to a fourteenth commission of the third party so as to send the sixth processing result information to the second party.
7. The method for managing a relay workflow according to claim 1, comprising any one of:
1) the relay platform returns the first variable task through the fifth workflow under the condition that the second party does not accept the first variable task;
2) in the event that the second party accepts the first variant task and transfers it, the relay platform communicates the variant task to one or more third parties through an eighth workflow to transfer the variant task;
3) and under the condition that the second party accepts the first variable task and does not transfer the first variable task, the relay platform reserves the first variable task.

A system for managing relay workflows, comprising: the system comprises a relay platform, a receiving module, a workflow creating module, a notification creating module, a transmission module, a superposition module and a processing module, wherein the relay platform comprises the receiving module, the workflow creating module, the notification creating module, the transmission module, the superposition module and the processing module; wherein,
the receiving module is used for receiving an original entrusting task created according to a first entrusting of a first party; the workflow creating module is used for creating a first workflow corresponding to the original entrustment task; the transmission module is used for transmitting the original entrustment task to a second party through the first workflow;
the processing module is used for returning or closing the first workflow under the condition that the second party refuses or accepts the original entrusted task;
the receiving module is used for receiving first processing result information of the original committee task of the second party through the processing module; the workflow creating module is used for creating a second workflow corresponding to the first processing result information; the transmission module is used for transmitting the first processing result information to the first party through the second workflow;
the processing module is used for returning or closing the second workflow under the condition that the first party refuses or accepts the first processing result information;
the processing module is used for generating a first transfer task according to a preset management rule when the second party cannot complete all the currently processed tasks; the workflow creating module is used for creating a third workflow; the transmission module is used for transmitting the first transfer task to a third party through the third workflow;
the processing module is used for generating a second transfer task according to the preset management rule when the third party cannot complete all the first transfer tasks; the workflow creating module is used for creating a fourth workflow; the transmission module is configured to transmit the second transfer task to a fourth party through the fourth workflow;
the processing module is used for creating a first variable task according to a second delegation of the original delegation task modified by the first party under the condition that the second party closes the first workflow; the workflow creating module is used for creating a fifth workflow; the transmission module is used for transmitting the first variable task to the second party through the fifth workflow; or, the notification creating module is configured to create a first notification according to a third delegation of the second party; the transmission module is used for transmitting the first notice to the first party so as to enable the first party to modify the original delegation task based on the first delegation and send the original delegation task to the second party;

a processing module, configured to create a second variable task according to an eighth delegation of the first party to modify the delegate task when the delegate task is returned to the first party; the transmission module is used for transmitting the first workflow to the second party;
the transmission module is configured to, when the first party does not close the second workflow, return the first processing result information to the second party through the second workflow according to a ninth delegation of the first party; or, the notification creating module is configured to create a fourth notification according to a tenth delegation of the second party, so that the first party returns the first processing result information;
the processing module is configured to create second processing result information according to an eleventh delegation of the second party to modify the first processing result information when the first processing result information is returned to the second party; the transmission module is used for transmitting the second workflow to the first party.
9. The system for managing a relay workflow according to claim 8, comprising:
a merging module, configured to merge portions of the same type in multiple tasks received by the second party, the third party, or the fourth party;
the splitting module is used for splitting according to preset associated information after receiving the processing result information corresponding to the merged tasks;
the splitting module is used for splitting a task received by the second party, the third party or the fourth party into a plurality of subtasks;
and the merging module is used for merging the received processing result information corresponding to the split subtasks according to preset associated information.
10. An electronic device, comprising: a processor and a memory;
the memory is configured to store a computer program, and the processor is configured to execute the computer program stored by the memory to cause the electronic device to perform the management method of the relay workflow according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
