Abstract

A cover assembly includes a connecting end portion, a cover portion, and a pivot portion. The covering part extends from the connecting end part and covers the first electronic device with the first electric connector. The pivot part comprises a fixed pivot piece and a magnetic attraction type pivot piece. The fixed pivot piece is fixedly arranged at the connecting end part. The magnetic attraction type pivoting piece is pivoted on the fixed type pivoting piece and is provided with a second electric connector. Therefore, the first electric connector can be quickly connected to the second electric connector by the magnetic attraction of the magnetic attraction type pivot joint piece, and the problems of inconvenient connection, uneven appearance and limited protection function can be effectively solved.

The present disclosure relates to cover assemblies, and particularly to a cover assembly of an electronic device.
Background
More and more people are applying intelligent electronic devices in work. Most of the work contents are required to rely on a keyboard for character input, and users usually use devices such as a bluetooth keyboard to wirelessly connect the intelligent electronic device, or use a keyboard device with a clamping structure to set the intelligent electronic device for wired connection, but the bluetooth keyboard or the keyboard device with the clamping structure has disadvantages.
With bluetooth keyboard, when the user wants to use bluetooth keyboard, must open intelligent electron device's bluetooth function earlier, just can carry out the bluetooth and pair the connection, can't real-timely carry out the input through bluetooth keyboard.
For the keyboard device with the clamping structure, although the intelligent electronic device can be directly electrically connected to the electrical contact point of the clamping structure by inserting the intelligent electronic device into the clamping structure, the clamping structure usually occupies a certain volume and shape in order to effectively fix the intelligent electronic device, and is not easy to carry.
In addition, the keyboard device and the intelligent electronic device are usually carried independently and connected when needed. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cover body assembly to solve the problems of inconvenient connection and limited protection function of the conventional electronic device.
According to an aspect of the present invention, a cover assembly for a first electronic device is provided. The first electronic device has a first electrical connector. The cover assembly includes: a connecting end portion; the covering part extends out of the connecting end part and covers the first electronic device; and a pivot portion. The pivot portion includes: the fixed type pivoting piece is fixedly arranged at the connecting end part; and the magnetic attraction type pivoting piece is pivoted on the fixed pivoting piece and is provided with a second electric connector. When the first electronic device is connected to the magnetic attraction type pivoting piece, the second electric connector is electrically connected to the first electric connector.
As mentioned above, the cover assembly provided by the present invention utilizes the pivot portion to magnetically attract the first electronic device, and the first electronic device is electrically connected to the second electronic device through the pivot portion via the cover assembly, so that the first electronic device can be quickly electrically connected to the second electronic device, the first electronic device can be covered by the cover assembly, and the flatness of the appearance can be effectively maintained when the first electronic device is covered by the cover assembly, thereby facilitating the carrying of the user. Detailed Description
The following describes in more detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the schematic drawings. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the scope of the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2A and fig. 2B, fig. 1 is a schematic exploded view illustrating a cover assembly and a first electronic device assembly according to a first preferred embodiment of the invention; FIG. 2A is a schematic plan view illustrating the cover assembly magnetically attracting the first electronic device through the pivot portion according to the first preferred embodiment of the invention; fig. 2B is an enlarged schematic view of circle a of fig. 2A.
The cover assembly 100 includes a connecting end portion 11, a covering portion 12, and a pivot portion 2.
The covering portion 12 includes three folding sections 121, 122 and 123, the folding section 121 extends from the connecting end portion 11, the folding section 122 is integrally connected to the folding section 121, the folding section 123 is integrally connected to the folding section 122, and the folding sections 121, 122 and 123 are connected to each other in a foldable manner, so that a supporting structure is formed by folding the folding sections 121, 122 and 123.
In one embodiment, the covering portion 12 is made of a flexible material (e.g., soft plastic, silicon gel, or leather), and the folding sections 121, 122, and 123 are formed by embedding a rigid sheet such as a metal sheet or a rigid plastic sheet in the covering portion 12.
The covering portion 12 is used for covering the first electronic device 200 in a foldable manner, and can support the first electronic device 200 to maintain a horizontal state through a supporting structure formed by the foldable sections 121, 122 and 123.
In an embodiment, the first electronic device 200 is a display device, and the display device includes a display screen or a tablet computer with a touch screen, but is not limited thereto.
The electronic device setting part 13 is integrally connected to the other end of the connecting end part 11 opposite to the covering part 12, and is used for setting the second electronic device 300. The second electronic device 300 is a keyboard device in the embodiment, and the keyboard device is embedded in the electronic device setting part 13. In practical applications, the keyboard device further includes a key module 301 and a cursor operation module 302.
The pivot portion 2 includes two fixed pivots 21 and 22 and a magnetic pivot 23. The fixed pivot parts 21 and 22 are respectively fixed at two ends of the connecting end portion 11, and in this embodiment, the fixed pivot part 21 is electrically connected to the second electronic device 300 by using a flexible circuit board or a flat cable embedded in the connecting end portion 11 and the electronic device setting portion 13, but the invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the two fixed pivot parts 21 and 22 are respectively electrically connected to the second electronic device 300.
The magnetic pivotal connection member 23 includes a magnetic shaft body 231 and a second electrical connector 232. The magnetic shaft 231 is pivotally disposed between the two fixed pivot members 21 and 22. The second electrical connector 232 is disposed on the magnetic shaft body 231 and electrically connected to the fixed pivot 21, so as to be electrically connected to the second electronic device 300 through the fixed pivot 21, so that when the magnetic shaft body 231 magnetically attracts the first electronic device 200, the second electrical connector 232 is electrically connected to the first electrical connector 201 of the first electronic device 200.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, when the first electronic device 200 is not connected to the magnetic hinge 23, the covering portion 12 covers the electronic device setting portion 13 to protect the second electronic device 300 disposed on the electronic device setting portion 13.
Referring to fig. 3A and fig. 3B, fig. 3A is a schematic plan view illustrating that the first electronic device is rotated and attached to the covering portion in the first preferred embodiment of the invention; fig. 3B is an enlarged schematic view of circle B of fig. 3A.
As shown in the figure, when the first electronic device 200 magnetically attracts the magnetic shaft body 231 through the side of the first electronic device 200, the second electrical connector 232 is correspondingly electrically connected to the first electrical connector 201, so that the first electronic device 200 is electrically connected to the second electronic device 300 disposed in the electronic device disposing part 13. Since the first electronic device 200 is magnetically attracted to the magnetic rotating shaft body 231, when the first electronic device 200 rotates, the magnetic rotating shaft body 231 also rotates relative to the two fixed type pivots 21 and 22, so that the second electrical connector 232 is continuously electrically connected to the first electrical connector 201.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic plan view illustrating that the cover assembly covers the first electronic device through the covering portion and the electronic device disposing portion simultaneously according to the first preferred embodiment of the invention.
As shown in the figures, since the magnetic hinge 23 is cylindrical, when the covering portion 12 and the electronic device setting portion 13 cover the first electronic device 200 at the same time, the connecting end portion 11 maintains a flat appearance due to the cylindrical magnetic hinge 23, and the first electronic device 200 can always rotate around the same center when adjusting the angle, so that the second electronic device 300 connected thereto does not change position due to the angle adjustment of the first electronic device 200, thereby achieving a stable usage state.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic plan view illustrating that the cover assembly supports the first electronic device by the supporting structure formed by the covering portion according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, since the cover 12 of the present embodiment includes the folding sections 121, 122 and 123, a user can fold the folding sections 123 and 122 inward to make the folding section 123 abut against the pivot portion 2, thereby forming a supporting structure for supporting the first electronic device 200 to maintain a horizontal standing state.
As described above, since the cover assembly 100 according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention magnetically attracts the first electronic device 200 by the pivot portion 2, so that the first electronic device 200 is electrically connected to the second electronic device 300 through the cover portion 12 via the pivot portion 2, the first electronic device 200 can be quickly electrically connected to the second electronic device 300, the cover assembly 100 can cover the first electronic device 200, and the appearance smoothness can be effectively maintained when the first electronic device 200 is covered, so as to be convenient for a user to carry.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic plan view illustrating a supporting structure formed by a covering portion for supporting a first electronic device according to a second preferred embodiment of the invention. As shown in the drawings, the cover assembly 100a according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is different from the cover assembly 100 in that the cover 12 is replaced by a cover 12 a.
In one embodiment, the covering portion 12a includes two folding sections 121a and 122a and a hinge structure 123a, the folding section 121a extends from the connecting end portion 11, the folding section 122a is integrally connected to the folding section 121a, and the hinge structure 123a is disposed between the two folding sections 121a and 122a and is connected to the rigid sheet located in the folding sections 121a and 122a, so that the two folding sections 121a and 122a can be positioned with each other by the torsion resistance provided by the hinge structure 123a to form the supporting structure.
More specifically, the hinge structure 123a can provide a torsion resistance between the two folding sections 121a and 122a, so that the two folding sections 121a and 122a can adjust the relative clamping angle according to the requirement of the user, thereby forming a supporting structure for supporting the first electronic device 200, wherein the supporting structure is formed by abutting the folding section 122a against the placing surface, so that the folding sections 121a are relatively inclined, and the first electronic device 200 abutting against the folding section 121a can be relatively maintained in a horizontal state.

As shown in the drawings, the cover assembly 100b according to the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is different from the cover assembly 100 in that the cover 12 is replaced by the cover 12 b.
In one embodiment, the covering portion 12b includes three folding sections 121b, 122b and 123b and a hinge structure 124b, the folding section 121b extends from the connecting end portion 11, the folding section 122b is integrally connected to the folding section 121b, the folding section 123b is integrally connected to the folding section 122b, and the hinge structure 124b is disposed between the two folding sections 121b and 122b and is connected to a rigid sheet located in the two folding sections 121b and 122b, so that the two folding sections 121b and 122b can be positioned with each other by the torsion resistance provided by the hinge structure 124b to form a supporting structure.
In an embodiment, the flip segment 123b is an end magnetic attraction segment, in other words, a magnetic substance is embedded in the flip segment 123b, so that the flip segment 123b can be magnetically attracted to the first electronic device 200 to increase the stability of the first electronic device 200.
In summary, in the cover assembly provided by the present invention, the fixed pivot of the pivot portion is fixed to the connection end, and the magnetic-attraction pivot is pivoted to the fixed pivot, so that the first electronic device can be quickly connected by magnetic attraction and electrically connected to the second electronic device through the pivot portion, and the first electrical connector and the second electrical connector can be kept connected without being disconnected when the first electronic device rotates. Compared with the inconvenience of connecting the keyboard device with the intelligent electronic device in the prior art, the invention can increase the convenience of connecting the first electronic device with the second electronic device by the magnetic attraction type pivot.
In addition, because the pivot part is arranged on the covering part and the first electronic device is connected to the pivot part through magnetism, the covering part can cover the pivot part and the first electronic device together, and the cover body assembly can keep the integrity of the appearance when being assembled with the first electronic device.
On the other hand, when the cover assembly is not assembled with the first electronic device, the cover assembly can cover the electronic device arrangement part provided with the second electronic device through the covering part, so that the second electronic device can be independently protected.
In other words, the cover assembly of the present invention can effectively cover the first electronic device for protection through the covering portion and the electronic device setting portion when the first electronic device is assembled with the cover assembly, and when the first electronic device is not assembled with the cover assembly, the cover assembly can cover the keyboard device arranged on the electronic device setting portion by using the covering portion, so that the keyboard device can be independently protected, thereby effectively solving the problem that the prior art can only protect the intelligent electronic device through the protective sleeve.

Claims (10)

1. A cover assembly for a first electronic device having a first electrical connector, the cover assembly comprising:
a connecting end portion;
the covering part extends out of the connecting end part and covers the first electronic device; and
a pivot portion, comprising:
the fixed pivoting piece is fixedly arranged at the connecting end part; and
the magnetic attraction type pivoting piece is pivoted on the fixed pivoting piece and is provided with a second electric connector;
when the first electronic device rotates, the first electronic device and the magnetic attraction type pivot piece rotate at the same circle center relative to the fixed type pivot piece.
2. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the magnetically-attractive pivot includes a magnetic shaft body, and the second electrical connector is disposed on the magnetic shaft body, such that the second electrical connector is electrically connected to the first electrical connector when the magnetic shaft body magnetically attracts the first electronic device.
3. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the cover comprises a plurality of folded sections, the folded sections being foldably connected to one another to form a support structure by folding of the folded sections.
4. The cover assembly of claim 3, wherein the cover further comprises a hinge structure disposed between any two of the folded sections such that two of the folded sections are positioned relative to each other to form the support structure.
5. The cover assembly of claim 4, wherein one of the folding sections is a terminal magnetic absorption section for absorbing and fixing the first electronic device.
6. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the first electronic device is a display device.
7. The cover assembly of claim 6, wherein the display device is a touch-sensitive display device.
8. The cover assembly of claim 1, further comprising an electronic device placement portion integrally connected to the other end of the connecting end portion opposite to the covering portion and configured to place a second electronic device.
9. The cover assembly of claim 8, wherein the second electronic device is a keyboard device.
10. The cover assembly of claim 9, wherein the electronic device mounting portion is made of a flexible material, and the keyboard device is embedded in the electronic device mounting portion to form a flexible keyboard device.
