Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水LED卷帘灯，包括电源线和由电源线连接的若干个灯条，所述电源线与灯条连接处滴胶，所述灯条外围包裹有防水硅胶层，所述灯条上安装有复数个发光组，各个发光组之间串联在一起，所述发光组覆盖有用于防水的透光罩，所述发光组内设有两个以上的LED灯珠，所述LED灯珠之间相互并联。本发明电源线与灯条连接处滴胶，灯条外围采用防水硅胶层进行包裹，发光组覆盖有用于防水的透光罩，使得雨水难以侵入，防止灯条电路短路，从而降低了LED灯珠的损坏风险。而且将两个以上的LED灯珠并联在一起，只要同一个发光组的灯珠没有全部发生故障，卷帘灯仍可以继续工作，这样就可以进一步提高卷帘灯的工作稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED卷帘灯，特别是涉及一种防水LED卷帘灯。
背景技术
卷帘灯是一种应用于广告灯箱内部照明的LED灯具，主要由LED灯条用连接线并联起来。广告灯箱长时间在户外进行使用，免不了遭受日晒雨淋，由于密封性一般，存在渗漏的可能，内部的卷帘灯就会被打湿，灯珠被短路后就会损坏。而且，由于每颗LED灯珠直接串联在一起，一旦其中一颗损坏，会造成整个LED灯条不亮，在广告灯箱形成暗面，展示效果变差。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种防水而且不易损坏的LED卷帘灯。
本发明为解决其问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种防水LED卷帘灯，包括电源线和由电源线连接的若干个灯条，所述电源线与灯条连接处滴胶，所述灯条外围包裹有防水硅胶层，所述灯条上安装有复数个发光组，各个发光组之间串联在一起，所述发光组覆盖有用于防水的透光罩，所述发光组内设有两个以上的LED灯珠，所述LED灯珠之间相互并联。
进一步地，所述灯条为铝基板。
进一步地，所述发光组等距间隔设置在灯条上。
进一步地，所述发光组之间串接有限流电阻。
进一步地，还包括卡扣，所述灯条与电源线之间通过卡扣连接。
进一步地，所述LED灯珠为正白光灯珠、暖白光暖白和冷白光灯珠中的任意一种。
进一步地，所述灯条上设有螺丝孔位。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用的一种防水LED卷帘灯，电源线与灯条连接处滴胶，灯条外围采用防水硅胶层进行包裹，发光组覆盖有用于防水的透光罩，使得雨水难以侵入，防止灯条电路短路，从而降低了LED灯珠的损坏风险。而且将两个以上的LED灯珠并联在一起，只要同一个发光组的灯珠没有全部发生故障，卷帘灯仍可以继续工作，这样就可以进一步提高卷帘灯的工作稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-2所示，本发明提供一种防水LED卷帘灯，包括电源线1和由电源线1连接的若干个灯条2，电源线1与灯条2连接处滴胶，灯条2外围包裹有防水硅胶层，灯条2上安装有复数个发光组3，各个发光组3之间串联在一起，发光组3覆盖有用于防水的透光罩5，发光组3内设有两个以上的LED灯珠4，LED灯珠4之间相互并联。通过在电源线1与灯条2连接处滴胶，灯条2外围采用防水硅胶层进行包裹，发光组3覆盖有用于防水的透光罩5，实现灯条2全方位的防水，使得雨水难以侵入，防止灯条2电路短路，从而降低了LED灯珠4的损坏风险。而且将两个以上的LED灯珠4并联在一起，只要同一个发光组的LED灯珠4没有全部发生故障，卷帘灯仍可以继续工作，这样就可以进一步提高卷帘灯的工作稳定性。
本实施例中，灯条2采用高效散热的铝基板，可加快LED灯珠4的散热，有效延长了LED灯珠4的使用寿命。
为了保证灯条2均匀发光，发光组3等距间隔设置在灯条2上。
发光组3之间串接有限流电阻6，这样可以使得每颗LED灯珠4的工作功率减小，有效延长了LED灯珠4的使用寿命。
为了便于拆卸和组装卷帘灯，灯条2与电源线1之间通过卡扣7连接。
为了适应不同广告灯箱的色温需求，LED灯珠4可以选用正白光灯珠、暖白光暖白和冷白光灯珠中的任意一种。
为了便于将灯条2固定在广告灯箱内，灯条2上设有螺丝孔位8，用螺丝拧紧即可。
以上所述，只是本发明的较佳实施例而已，本发明并不局限于上述实施方式，只要其以相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果，都应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种防水LED卷帘灯，包括电源线和由电源线连接的若干个灯条，其特征在于：所述电源线与灯条连接处滴胶，所述灯条外围包裹有防水硅胶层，所述灯条上安装有复数个发光组，各个发光组之间串联在一起，所述发光组覆盖有用于防水的透光罩，所述发光组内设有两个以上的LED灯珠，所述LED灯珠之间相互并联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水LED卷帘灯，其特征在于：所述灯条为铝基板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水LED卷帘灯，其特征在于：所述发光组等距间隔设置在灯条上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水LED卷帘灯，其特征在于：所述发光组之间串接有限流电阻。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水LED卷帘灯，其特征在于：还包括卡扣，所述灯条与电源线之间通过卡扣连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水LED卷帘灯，其特征在于：所述LED灯珠为正白光灯珠、暖白光暖白和冷白光灯珠中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水LED卷帘灯，其特征在于：所述灯条上设有螺丝孔位。
