本发明公开了一种具有减震结构的锁紧装置,包括底座,在底座的中心设有底座固定螺孔,在底座上方还设有连接座,在连接座的中心设有中心螺孔,在底座的顶面中心一体成型有圆筒柱,在连接座的底面设有环形凹槽,在环形凹槽内设有连接抵压弹簧,在连接座上设有圆孔,在圆孔内有螺杆,圆筒柱的顶面处于环形凹槽内且通过螺杆固定,在连接座上均匀设有至少三个锁紧螺孔,在底座上还设有倾斜撑杆,倾斜撑杆的底端固定在圆筒柱与底座的连接处,倾斜撑杆的顶部设有平面板,平面板上设有与锁紧螺孔相配合的圆孔,在倾斜撑杆的中部与圆筒柱的外壁之间固定有弹簧。本发明的结构设置合理,保证了使用可靠性,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

技术领域
本发明属于紧固结构技术领域,具体涉及一种具有减震结构的锁紧装置。
背景技术
在部分部方需要对设备进行紧固,大多采用螺母、螺杆等进行固定,其虽然可以实现紧固作用,但是其紧固件的锁紧力较为有限,当固定物或紧固对象长久承受振动时,其容易出现松脱的情况,从而影响使用稳定性和使用可靠性,适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且使用稳定性好的具有减震结构的锁紧装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种具有减震结构的锁紧装置,包括底座,在所述底座的中心设有底座固定螺孔,在所述底座上方还设有连接座,在所述连接座的中心设有与所述底座固定螺孔相连通的中心螺孔,在所述底座的顶面中心一体成型有圆筒柱,在所述连接座的底面设有环形凹槽,在所述环形凹槽内设有连接抵压弹簧,在所述连接座上设有圆孔,在所述圆孔内有螺杆,所述圆筒柱的顶面处于环形凹槽内且通过螺杆固定,在所述连接座上均匀设有至少三个锁紧螺孔,在所述底座上还设有倾斜撑杆,所述倾斜撑杆的底端固定在圆筒柱与底座的连接处,所述倾斜撑杆的顶部设有平面板,所述平面板上设有与所述锁紧螺孔相配合的圆孔,在所述倾斜撑杆的中部与所述圆筒柱的外壁之间固定有弹簧。
在所述连接座的侧面设有与所述锁紧螺孔相连通的条形卡槽,在所述条形卡槽内设有片状卡块,在所述片状卡块的内侧面设有弧形槽。
在所述连接座的顶面贴固有波纹橡胶垫板。
在所述连接座的底面设有三角支撑筋,所述连接座与圆筒柱连接时,所述三角支撑筋抵压在圆筒柱的外侧面。
在所述连接座的外侧面设有竖向抵槽,所述竖向抵槽与所述条形卡槽成十字形设置,在所述竖向抵压内设有抵块,在所述抵块与所述竖向抵槽的顶壁之间固定有连接弹簧,在片状卡块卡入条形卡槽内时,所述抵块在所述连接弹簧的作用下竖向卡住片状卡块的外侧端。
所述抵块为工字形块体。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,其通过连接座连接固定被固定件,由于其设置有连接抵压弹簧、倾斜撑杆,在使用时可以缓解被固定件一定的震动力,并且在使用时圆筒柱固定在螺孔内时其螺杆的顶面处于被固定件的底面,故而不会容易出现松动的情况,同时将被固定件固定的螺杆的底端连接在倾斜撑杆上,也可以防止被固定件的螺杆松动,保证了使用可靠性,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1,一种具有减震结构的锁紧装置,包括底座1,在所述底座1的中心设有底座固定螺孔2,在所述底座1上方还设有连接座3,在所述连接座3的中心设有与所述底座固定螺孔2相连通的中心螺孔4,在所述底座1的顶面中心一体成型有圆筒柱5,在所述连接座3的底面设有环形凹槽6,在所述环形凹槽6内设有连接抵压弹簧7,在所述连接座上设有圆孔8,在所述圆孔内有螺杆9,所述圆筒柱的顶面处于环形凹槽内且通过螺杆固定,在所述连接座上均匀设有至少三个锁紧螺孔10,在所述底座上还设有倾斜撑杆11,所述倾斜撑杆的底端固定在圆筒柱与底座的连接处,所述倾斜撑杆的顶部设有平面板12,所述平面板上设有与所述锁紧螺孔相配合的圆孔13,在所述倾斜撑杆的中部与所述圆筒柱的外壁之间固定有弹簧14。在使用时,被固定件通过锁紧螺杆固定在连接座与倾斜撑杆的平面板上。
在所述连接座3的侧面设有与所述锁紧螺孔相连通的条形卡槽15,在所述条形卡槽内设有片状卡块16,在所述片状卡块的内侧面设有弧形槽17。弧形槽在卡入时抵压在锁紧螺杆的表面上,设置有片状卡块,可以卡入锁紧螺孔内,从而可以防止锁紧螺杆松动或脱落。
在所述连接座的顶面贴固有波纹橡胶垫板18。
在所述连接座的底面设有三角支撑筋19,所述连接座与圆筒柱连接时,所述三角支撑筋抵压在圆筒柱的外侧面。
在所述连接座的外侧面设有竖向抵槽20,所述竖向抵槽与所述条形卡槽成十字形设置,在所述竖向抵压内设有抵块21,在所述抵块与所述竖向抵槽的顶壁之间固定有连接弹簧22,在片状卡块卡入条形卡槽内时,所述抵块在所述连接弹簧的作用下竖向卡住片状卡块的外侧端。
所述抵块为工字形块体。
本发明的结构设置合理,其通过连接座连接固定被固定件,由于其设置有连接抵压弹簧、倾斜撑杆,在使用时可以缓解被固定件一定的震动力,并且在使用时圆筒柱固定在螺孔内时其螺杆的顶面处于被固定件的底面,故而不会容易出现松动的情况,同时将被固定件固定的螺杆的底端连接在倾斜撑杆上,也可以防止被固定件的螺杆松动,保证了使用可靠性,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

1.一种具有减震结构的锁紧装置,包括底座,在所述底座的中心设有底座固定螺孔,其特征在于:在所述底座上方还设有连接座,在所述连接座的中心设有与所述底座固定螺孔相连通的中心螺孔,在所述底座的顶面中心一体成型有圆筒柱,在所述连接座的底面设有环形凹槽,在所述环形凹槽内设有连接抵压弹簧,在所述连接座上设有圆孔,在所述圆孔内有螺杆,所述圆筒柱的顶面处于环形凹槽内且通过螺杆固定,在所述连接座上均匀设有至少三个锁紧螺孔,在所述底座上还设有倾斜撑杆,所述倾斜撑杆的底端固定在圆筒柱与底座的连接处,所述倾斜撑杆的顶部设有平面板,所述平面板上设有与所述锁紧螺孔相配合的圆孔,在所述倾斜撑杆的中部与所述圆筒柱的外壁之间固定有弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有减震结构的锁紧装置,其特征在于:在所述连接座的侧面设有与所述锁紧螺孔相连通的条形卡槽,在所述条形卡槽内设有片状卡块,在所述片状卡块的内侧面设有弧形槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有减震结构的锁紧装置,其特征在于:在所述连接座的顶面贴固有波纹橡胶垫板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有减震结构的锁紧装置,其特征在于:在所述连接座的底面设有三角支撑筋,所述连接座与圆筒柱连接时,所述三角支撑筋抵压在圆筒柱的外侧面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有减震结构的锁紧装置,其特征在于:在所述连接座的外侧面设有竖向抵槽,所述竖向抵槽与所述条形卡槽成十字形设置,在所述竖向抵压内设有抵块,在所述抵块与所述竖向抵槽的顶壁之间固定有连接弹簧,在片状卡块卡入条形卡槽内时,所述抵块在所述连接弹簧的作用下竖向卡住片状卡块的外侧端。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有减震结构的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述抵块为工字形块体。
