本发明公开了一种渗透性化纤助剂,按照重量份由以下原料组成:高效除油剂15‑30份、退浆粉10‑20份、中温淀粉酶TL‑121 2‑5份、耐碱渗透剂2‑10份、螯合分散剂10‑15份、荧光增白剂15‑25份、抗静电剂5‑10份、精炼剂10‑15份、荧光增白剂5‑15份和丝光渗透剂2‑10份。本发明一种渗透性化纤助剂具备高的渗透性能,特别是通过添加丝光渗透剂,使得该助剂在前处理过程中具备更好的渗透能力,而且由于添加了其他助剂,使得该助剂能够高效去除聚酯废料中的油脂,高效分解淀粉的能力。

本发明涉及化纤领域,具体是一种渗透性化纤助剂。
背景技术
随着化纤产品的更新换代,各类聚酯废料的回收成为了非常紧迫的问题,而普通的回收工艺中采用的前处理剂由于存在分解能力不强、对纤维损失大、分散能力差、以及得到的成品化纤白度不够,导致不能有效回收处理这些废料从而得不到质量优质的化纤产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种渗透性化纤助剂,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种渗透性化纤助剂,按照重量份由以下原料组成:高效除油剂15-30份、退浆粉10-20份、中温淀粉酶TL-121 2-5份、耐碱渗透剂2-10份、螯合分散剂10-15份、荧光增白剂15-25份、抗静电剂5-10份、精炼剂10-15份、荧光增白剂5-15份和丝光渗透剂2-10份。
上述一种渗透性化纤助剂,按照重量份由以下原料组成:高效除油剂15-28份、退浆粉10-18份、中温淀粉酶TL-121 2-4份、耐碱渗透剂2-8份、螯合分散剂10-14份、荧光增白剂15-23份、抗静电剂5-8份、精炼剂10-13份、荧光增白剂5-13份和丝光渗透剂2-8份。
上述一种渗透性化纤助剂,按照重量份由以下原料组成:高效除油剂23份、退浆粉15份、中温淀粉酶TL-121 3.5份、耐碱渗透剂6份、螯合分散剂13份、荧光增白剂20份、抗静电剂7.5份、精炼剂13份、荧光增白剂10份和丝光渗透剂6份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种渗透性化纤助剂具备高的渗透性能,特别是通过添加丝光渗透剂,使得该助剂在前处理过程中具备更好的渗透能力,而且由于添加了其他助剂,使得该助剂能够高效去除聚酯废料中的油脂,高效分解淀粉的能力。
