Abstract

本发明提供一种防爆避雷器专用加强型聚酰亚胺胶带,所采用的技术方案是:在聚酰亚胺层的上方设置一网状玻璃纤维层,在层网状玻璃纤维层的上方再设置一硅胶层,即构成了防爆避雷器专用加强型聚酰亚胺胶带,解决了一般的聚酰亚胺胶带强度不太高,不能用于防爆避雷器芯体的封装的问题。具有强度高、绝缘性能好、散热快、防潮和耐高温等优点,适用于防爆避雷器芯体的封装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带,具体的说是一种防爆避雷器专用加强型聚酰亚胺胶带。
背景技术
目前,市面上现有的聚酰亚胺胶带虽然具有绝缘性能好、散热快、防潮和耐高温等优点,但由于强度不太高,不能用于防爆避雷器芯体的封装,因而需要一种防爆避雷器专用加强型聚酰亚胺胶带。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防爆避雷器专用加强型聚酰亚胺胶带,适用于防爆避雷器芯体的封装。
本发明包括聚酰亚胺层、网状玻璃纤维层和硅胶层,所采用的技术方案是:在聚酰亚胺层的上方设置一网状玻璃纤维层,在层网状玻璃纤维层的上方再设置一硅胶层,即构成了防爆避雷器专用加强型聚酰亚胺胶带。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过上述技术方案的配置,构成了一种防爆避雷器专用加强型聚酰亚胺胶带,解决了一般的聚酰亚胺胶带强度不太高,不能用于防爆避雷器芯体的封装的问题。具有强度高、绝缘性能好、散热快、防潮和耐高温等优点,适用于防爆避雷器芯体的封装。

图1所示:在聚酰亚胺层1的上方设置一网状玻璃纤维层2,在层网状玻璃纤维层2的上方再设置一硅胶层3,即构成了防爆避雷器专用加强型聚酰亚胺胶带。

1.一种防爆避雷器专用加强型聚酰亚胺胶带,聚酰亚胺层(1)、网状玻璃纤维层(2)和硅胶层(3),其特征在于:所述防爆避雷器专用加强型聚酰亚胺胶带的结构为:在聚酰亚胺层(1)的上方设置一网状玻璃纤维层(2),在层网状玻璃纤维层(2)的上方再设置一硅胶层(3),即构成了防爆避雷器专用加强型聚酰亚胺胶带。
