Abstract
本发明所述一种用于延迟膜的共混树脂,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:甲基丙烯酸甲酯40‑50%;甲基丙烯酸环己酯0.1‑1%;二甲基乙醇胺0.1‑3%;植物甾醇0.1‑3%;入二甲基乙醇胺0.1‑3%;氮化硼40‑60%。本发明提供的用于延迟膜的共混树脂,具有优良的耐热性、光学透明性、机械强度和耐久性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于延迟膜的共混树脂。
背景技术
近来,随着光学技术的发展,使用多种方法比如等离子体显示面板(PDP)和液晶显示器(LCD)等(它们用于替代已知的棕色管(brown tube))的显示技术被提出并出售。要求用于显示器的聚合物材料更高的性能。例如,就液晶显示器而言,根据朝着薄膜、轻巧和屏幕面积增大的方向的发展,宽视角、高对比度、抑制图像色调随视角而变化和屏幕显示的均一性特别被认为是重要问题。
因此,使用了多种聚合物膜,比如偏振膜、偏振器保护膜、延迟膜、塑料基板和导光板等,并开发了多种模式的液晶显示器,比如扭曲向列(TN)、超扭曲向列(STN)、垂直取向(VA)、面内转换(IPS)液晶盒(liquid crystal cell)。由于这些液晶盒都具有固有的液晶取向,因此保证了固有的光学各向异性,且为了补偿光学各向异性,已提出通过拉伸各种聚合物而提供延迟功能的膜。
更具体而言,由于液晶显示装置使用液晶分子的高双折射性质和取向,双折射随视角而不同,因此图像的颜色和亮度变化。例如,由于大多数以垂直取向方式使用的液晶分子具有正的厚度延迟,为了对此进行补偿,所以需要具有负厚度延迟的补偿膜。另外,光不透过彼此垂直的两个偏振片的正面,但是如果角度倾斜,两个偏振片的光轴不彼此垂直,从而发生漏光。为了对此进行补偿,需要具有面内延迟的补偿膜。另外,使用液晶的显示装置既需要厚度延迟补偿又需要面内延迟补偿以使角度视野变宽。
要求双折射易于控制以满足延迟补偿膜的条件。然而,膜双折射是属于材料的基本双折射,且由膜中的聚合物链的取向而形成。聚合物链的取向主要通过外部施加的力强制进行或由材料的固有性质引起的,且通过外力的分子的取向方法是单轴或双轴拉伸聚合物膜。
在相关领域中,存在开发满足上述要求性质的聚合材料以用于显示器的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提出如下技术方案:
一种用于延迟膜的共混树脂,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:
甲基丙烯酸甲酯40-50%;
甲基丙烯酸环己酯0.1-1%;
二甲基乙醇胺0.1-3%;
植物甾醇0.1-3%;
入二甲基乙醇胺0.1-3%;
氮化硼40-60%。
本发明提供的用于延迟膜的共混树脂,具有优良的耐热性、光学透明性、机械强度和耐久性。

实施例:
本发明所述一种用于延迟膜的共混树脂,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:甲基丙烯酸甲酯45%、甲基丙烯酸环己酯0.5%、二甲基乙醇胺0.5%、植物甾醇1%、入二甲基乙醇胺2%、氮化硼51%。

甲基丙烯酸甲酯40-50%;
甲基丙烯酸环己酯0.1-1%;
二甲基乙醇胺0.1-3%;
植物甾醇0.1-3%;
入二甲基乙醇胺0.1-3%;
氮化硼40-60%。
