本发明公开了一种智能切菜机,它涉及厨房用具技术领域;所述底座的侧面分别安装有显示操作模块与处理器,所述底座上端的两侧均设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有行走轨机构,所述行走轨机构的滑块上安装有支撑架,所述底座的上端安装有砧板,所述支撑架的上端安装有切菜驱动机构,所述切菜驱动机构的驱动杆上安装有刀板,所述刀板上安装有数个切菜刀,所述数个切菜到均穿接在压菜架内,所述压菜架上端的两侧均通过连接弹簧与刀板连接,所述压菜架的底部安装有橡胶片,所述显示操作模块与处理器的输入端电连接,所述处理器的输出端分别与行走轨机构、切菜驱动机构电性连接;本发明便于实现快速切菜与刮菜,且操作简便,效率高,稳定性高。

本发明涉及一种智能切菜机,属于厨房用具技术领域。
背景技术:
目前,厨房或食品加工厂切菜时通常采用人工加工方式,切制的食品粗细不一致,虽然不影响食品的使用,但是影响美观,同时,操作者使用菜刀加工会损伤手指等部位,具有危险隐患。目前智能切菜机在切菜时,其菜容易粘在刀片上,且切菜时速度慢。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种智能切菜机。
本发明的一种智能切菜机,它包含底座、显示操作模块、处理器、行走轨机构、支撑架、砧板、切菜驱动机构、刀板、切菜刀、压菜架、连接弹簧;所述底座的侧面分别安装有显示操作模块与处理器,所述底座上端的两侧均设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有行走轨机构,所述行走轨机构的滑块上安装有支撑架,所述底座的上端安装有砧板,所述支撑架的上端安装有切菜驱动机构,所述切菜驱动机构的驱动杆上安装有刀板,所述刀板上安装有数个切菜刀,所述数个切菜到均穿接在压菜架内,所述压菜架上端的两侧均通过连接弹簧与刀板连接,所述压菜架的底部安装有橡胶片,所述显示操作模块与处理器的输入端电连接,所述处理器的输出端分别与行走轨机构、切菜驱动机构电性连接。
作为优选,所述砧板上设置有数个限位槽,且限位槽的上侧为弧形。
作为优选,所述连接弹簧的外表面设置有防尘套。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:便于实现快速切菜与刮菜,且操作简便,效率高,稳定性高。

如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含底座1、显示操作模块2、处理器3、行走轨机构4、支撑架5、砧板6、切菜驱动机构7、刀板8、切菜刀9、压菜架10、连接弹簧11;所述底座1的侧面分别安装有显示操作模块2与处理器3,所述底座1上端的两侧均设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有行走轨机构4,所述行走轨机构4的滑块上安装有支撑架5,所述底座1的上端安装有砧板6,所述支撑架5的上端安装有切菜驱动机构7,所述切菜驱动机构7的驱动杆上安装有刀板8,所述刀板8上安装有数个切菜刀9,所述数个切菜到9均穿接在压菜架10内,所述压菜架10上端的两侧均通过连接弹簧11与刀板8连接,所述压菜架10的底部安装有橡胶片,所述显示操作模块2与处理器3的输入端电连接,所述处理器3的输出端分别与行走轨机构4、切菜驱动机构7电性连接。
进一步的,所述砧板6上设置有数个限位槽61,且限位槽的上侧为弧形。
进一步的,所述连接弹簧11的外表面设置有防尘套。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:在使用时,通过砧板实现菜的放置,且限位槽61能放置不规则菜的翻滚,在切菜时,显示操作模块2实现切菜速度的选择,能实现切片大小的选择,同时在切菜时,切菜驱动机构7实现驱动,刀片下降的同时压菜架也下降,压菜架实现压菜,然后刀片实现快速切菜,且切菜时,压菜架通过连接弹簧实现力度的缓冲,且切菜完成后,刀片复位,且刀片在缩回压菜架之前进行表面的菜刮下,使用方便,操作简便。

1.一种智能切菜机,其特征在于:它包含底座、显示操作模块、处理器、行走轨机构、支撑架、砧板、切菜驱动机构、刀板、切菜刀、压菜架、连接弹簧;所述底座的侧面分别安装有显示操作模块与处理器,所述底座上端的两侧均设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有行走轨机构,所述行走轨机构的滑块上安装有支撑架,所述底座的上端安装有砧板,所述支撑架的上端安装有切菜驱动机构,所述切菜驱动机构的驱动杆上安装有刀板,所述刀板上安装有数个切菜刀,所述数个切菜到均穿接在压菜架内,所述压菜架上端的两侧均通过连接弹簧与刀板连接,所述压菜架的底部安装有橡胶片,所述显示操作模块与处理器的输入端电连接,所述处理器的输出端分别与行走轨机构、切菜驱动机构电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能切菜机,其特征在于:所述砧板上设置有数个限位槽,且限位槽的上侧为弧形。
