Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of scale removal, in particular to a scale removal method and device based on water jet flow.
Background
The scale is originally a precipitated product of heavy metals, calcium salts, dust, germs, ova and carcasses mixed in water, and the main components of the scale are calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide. The generation of scale can cause serious adverse effects on the production and life of people, especially in boilers, the generation of the scale often affects the safe operation of the boiler, and even more, the scale can cause irrecoverable loss for the life and property safety of people. The boiler is a special device widely used in industrial and agricultural production and people life, is one of important devices for producing steam or hot water, and the energy transfer medium is water. The quality of the water quality of the boiler water has great influence on the safe operation and the energy consumption of the boiler water. When the water quality of the boiler water is not satisfactory, the heating surface of the boiler can generate scale, so that the fuel consumption can be increased, and the safe operation of the boiler can be endangered. According to the related data, at present, more than 40 tens of thousands of boilers exist in the whole country, and in the annual accident statistics, the accidents caused by poor water quality and serious scale exceed 20% of the total number of accidents. In addition, the amount of fuel wasted per year due to the effect of scale reaches tens of millions of tons, resulting in economic losses of several hundred million yuan.
At present, the main method for removing scale of a boiler is to adopt chemical cleaning agents for removing scale, and different chemical cleaning agents are mainly selected for removing scale according to different materials of boiler equipment. However, chemical cleaning is often not ideal, the descaling rate is less than 50%, and the boiler may be corroded, accelerating the destruction of the boiler. Meanwhile, a large amount of water is required for descaling the chemical cleaning agent, and the use of the chemical cleaning agent causes serious environmental pollution.
Therefore, the prior cleaning technology must be innovated from the multi-angle consideration for the rapid, clean and environment-friendly descaling and cleaning of the boiler.
