Abstract

本发明涉及一种3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统,一级生产线包括一级反应釜,所述一级反应釜上部通过进料管道分别与茂金属PP槽、共聚PP槽、EVA槽、APAO槽和PVA槽相连,在所述一级反应釜上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅰ相连,所述冷凝管Ⅰ与冷凝管Ⅱ相连,二级生产线包括二级反应釜,所述二级反应釜上部通过进料管道分别与高位槽、苯乙烯槽和主抗氧剂槽相连,所述高位槽与异戊二烯槽相连,金红石型TiO2槽通过提升机与二级反应釜上部的进料管道相连,在所述二级反应釜上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅲ相连。本发明利用率高,操作简单,生成产品稳定性高,各项性能要求均符合标准,可以进行大型工业化生产。

Description

一种3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子胶粘剂生产系统,具体涉及一种适用于特殊温度条件下的管道防腐用3PP胶粘剂的生产系统。
背景技术
随着我国国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,对石油、天然气的需求量日益增大,为此国家加大了对西部天然气以及海洋油气资源的开发力度。管道防腐技术随着石油、天然气管道工程建设的发展而变得日益重要,针对目前油气开发向高原、沙漠、海洋等苛刻环境的发展现状,相比3PE结构,3PP防腐涂层结构在高温下的寿命(80℃环境下运行寿命为30年)、剥离强度、压痕硬度(90℃±5℃时3PP涂层的剥离强度≥80N/cm、压痕硬度≤0.3mm)、热老化性能(≥100d)等方面显示了巨大的优势。我国生产的PP材虽接近国外产品常温冲击强度≥5.0J/mm、-20℃冲击强度≥0.5J/mm的指标,仍需进行大量改性以期获得符合3PP涂层标准要求的材料。国内仅有广州鹿山、南京聚隆、上海赛特等少数厂家对3PP防腐钢管用胶粘剂进行了研究开发,所采用的基材多为共聚PP,截至目前,由于改性的要求较多,一直未取得理想的效果。国内也鲜见使用PP涂层的工程实例报道。目前3PP防腐涂层用的热熔胶主要依赖进口(如德国汉高,美国陶氏、3M、日本住友等公司),国内市面上的热熔胶基本上都是以PE为基体,主要用于3PE防腐涂层,该类热熔胶用在高温场合的3PP防腐涂层应用上,效果不理想[CN 104497917 A]。通过对进口的3PP防腐涂层用的热熔胶进行剖析都是以共聚PP为基体,国内相关专利[CN 104327767 A]中也无法解决热变形温度无法满足特殊高温工程需求的问题。同时现有的3PP体系也因为共聚PP自身的性质,不能满足一些特殊高温场合的工程需要,热变形温度仍需要进一步提升,此外,低温下,3PP体系的内聚强度不高,使体系的针入度下降,对使用性能也造成了影响。
现有的3PP胶粘剂存在的不足和缺陷:
1)PP因其本身结晶度高、晶核大,造成其韧性较差,尤其低温韧性更差。虽然共聚工艺的发展使共聚PP的冲击性能得到了很大的提高,但仍存在热变形温度和刚性较低的问题,尤其热变形温度方面的性能不能达到特殊环境的要求。
2)目前3PP技术生产控制复杂,容易产生多种粘结失效缺陷,不同材料层间粘结存在分层危险。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种利用率高,操作简单,生成产品稳定性高,各项性能要求均符合标准,可以进行大型工业化生产的3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统,它包括一级生产线和二级生产线,所述一级生产线包括一级反应釜,所述一级反应釜上部通过进料管道分别与茂金属PP槽、共聚PP槽、EVA槽、APAO槽和PVA槽相连,在所述一级反应釜上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅰ相连,所述冷凝管Ⅰ与冷凝管Ⅱ相连,所述冷凝管Ⅰ与冷凝管Ⅱ串联设置,所述二级生产线包括二级反应釜,所述二级反应釜上部通过进料管道分别与高位槽、苯乙烯槽和主抗氧剂槽相连,所述高位槽与异戊二烯槽相连,金红石型TiO2槽通过提升机与二级反应釜上部的进料管道相连,在所述二级反应釜上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅲ相连,所述一级反应釜底部通过管道与二级反应釜上部相连,所述二级反应釜底部通过管道与成品贮槽相连,在所述茂金属PP槽、共聚PP槽、EVA槽、APAO槽、PVA槽与一级反应釜之间的进料管道上及高位槽、苯乙烯槽、主抗氧剂槽、异戊二烯槽与二级反应釜之间的进料管道上都设有料阀,在所述一级反应釜和二级反应釜上设有搅拌装置。
所述冷凝管Ⅱ通过管道与贮水槽相连,在所述冷凝管Ⅱ和贮水槽之间的管道上通过分支管道与真空系统相连。
所述茂金属PP槽和共聚PP槽通过进料管道Ⅰ与一级反应釜相连,所述EVA槽、APAO槽和PVA槽通过进料管道Ⅱ与一级反应釜相连。
所述高位槽、异戊二烯槽通过进料管道Ⅲ与二级反应釜相连,所述苯乙烯槽、主抗氧剂槽、金红石型TiO2槽通过进料管道Ⅳ与二级反应釜相连。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明采用一级生产线和二级生产线,有效提高生产效率,同时提高生产系统的利用率,一级和二级冷却装置末端接入冷却水并采用循环冷却,节约能源,设置茂金属PP槽和APAO槽,进一步提高产品的热变形温度,完善其性能,通过本系统生产的产品具有较强的低温感特性、各类性质稳定,较好的解决了市场上现有产品热变形温度和刚性较低的问题,符合大型工业化生产的要求。
