Abstract
本发明涉及一种3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统,一级生产线包括一级反应釜,所述一级反应釜上部通过进料管道分别与茂金属PP槽、共聚PP槽、EVA槽、APAO槽和PVA槽相连,在所述一级反应釜上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅰ相连,所述冷凝管Ⅰ与冷凝管Ⅱ相连,二级生产线包括二级反应釜,所述二级反应釜上部通过进料管道分别与高位槽、苯乙烯槽和主抗氧剂槽相连,所述高位槽与异戊二烯槽相连,金红石型TiO2槽通过提升机与二级反应釜上部的进料管道相连,在所述二级反应釜上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅲ相连。本发明利用率高,操作简单,生成产品稳定性高,各项性能要求均符合标准,可以进行大型工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子胶粘剂生产系统,具体涉及一种适用于特殊温度条件下的管道防腐用3PP胶粘剂的生产系统。
背景技术
随着我国国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,对石油、天然气的需求量日益增大,为此国家加大了对西部天然气以及海洋油气资源的开发力度。管道防腐技术随着石油、天然气管道工程建设的发展而变得日益重要,针对目前油气开发向高原、沙漠、海洋等苛刻环境的发展现状,相比3PE结构,3PP防腐涂层结构在高温下的寿命(80℃环境下运行寿命为30年)、剥离强度、压痕硬度(90℃±5℃时3PP涂层的剥离强度≥80N/cm、压痕硬度≤0.3mm)、热老化性能(≥100d)等方面显示了巨大的优势。我国生产的PP材虽接近国外产品常温冲击强度≥5.0J/mm、-20℃冲击强度≥0.5J/mm的指标,仍需进行大量改性以期获得符合3PP涂层标准要求的材料。国内仅有广州鹿山、南京聚隆、上海赛特等少数厂家对3PP防腐钢管用胶粘剂进行了研究开发,所采用的基材多为共聚PP,截至目前,由于改性的要求较多,一直未取得理想的效果。国内也鲜见使用PP涂层的工程实例报道。目前3PP防腐涂层用的热熔胶主要依赖进口(如德国汉高,美国陶氏、3M、日本住友等公司),国内市面上的热熔胶基本上都是以PE为基体,主要用于3PE防腐涂层,该类热熔胶用在高温场合的3PP防腐涂层应用上,效果不理想[CN 104497917 A]。通过对进口的3PP防腐涂层用的热熔胶进行剖析都是以共聚PP为基体,国内相关专利[CN 104327767 A]中也无法解决热变形温度无法满足特殊高温工程需求的问题。同时现有的3PP体系也因为共聚PP自身的性质,不能满足一些特殊高温场合的工程需要,热变形温度仍需要进一步提升,此外,低温下,3PP体系的内聚强度不高,使体系的针入度下降,对使用性能也造成了影响。
现有的3PP胶粘剂存在的不足和缺陷:
1)PP因其本身结晶度高、晶核大,造成其韧性较差,尤其低温韧性更差。虽然共聚工艺的发展使共聚PP的冲击性能得到了很大的提高,但仍存在热变形温度和刚性较低的问题,尤其热变形温度方面的性能不能达到特殊环境的要求。
2)目前3PP技术生产控制复杂,容易产生多种粘结失效缺陷,不同材料层间粘结存在分层危险。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种利用率高,操作简单,生成产品稳定性高,各项性能要求均符合标准,可以进行大型工业化生产的3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统,它包括一级生产线和二级生产线,所述一级生产线包括一级反应釜,所述一级反应釜上部通过进料管道分别与茂金属PP槽、共聚PP槽、EVA槽、APAO槽和PVA槽相连,在所述一级反应釜上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅰ相连,所述冷凝管Ⅰ与冷凝管Ⅱ相连,所述冷凝管Ⅰ与冷凝管Ⅱ串联设置,所述二级生产线包括二级反应釜,所述二级反应釜上部通过进料管道分别与高位槽、苯乙烯槽和主抗氧剂槽相连,所述高位槽与异戊二烯槽相连,金红石型TiO2槽通过提升机与二级反应釜上部的进料管道相连,在所述二级反应釜上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅲ相连,所述一级反应釜底部通过管道与二级反应釜上部相连,所述二级反应釜底部通过管道与成品贮槽相连,在所述茂金属PP槽、共聚PP槽、EVA槽、APAO槽、PVA槽与一级反应釜之间的进料管道上及高位槽、苯乙烯槽、主抗氧剂槽、异戊二烯槽与二级反应釜之间的进料管道上都设有料阀,在所述一级反应釜和二级反应釜上设有搅拌装置。
所述冷凝管Ⅱ通过管道与贮水槽相连,在所述冷凝管Ⅱ和贮水槽之间的管道上通过分支管道与真空系统相连。
所述茂金属PP槽和共聚PP槽通过进料管道Ⅰ与一级反应釜相连,所述EVA槽、APAO槽和PVA槽通过进料管道Ⅱ与一级反应釜相连。
所述高位槽、异戊二烯槽通过进料管道Ⅲ与二级反应釜相连,所述苯乙烯槽、主抗氧剂槽、金红石型TiO2槽通过进料管道Ⅳ与二级反应釜相连。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明采用一级生产线和二级生产线,有效提高生产效率,同时提高生产系统的利用率,一级和二级冷却装置末端接入冷却水并采用循环冷却,节约能源,设置茂金属PP槽和APAO槽,进一步提高产品的热变形温度,完善其性能,通过本系统生产的产品具有较强的低温感特性、各类性质稳定,较好的解决了市场上现有产品热变形温度和刚性较低的问题,符合大型工业化生产的要求。

如图1所示,本发明所述的一种3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统,它包括一级生产线和二级生产线,所述一级生产线包括一级反应釜1,所述一级反应釜1上部通过进料管道分别与茂金属PP槽2、共聚PP槽3、EVA槽4、APAO槽5和PVA槽6相连,在所述一级反应釜1上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅰ7相连,所述冷凝管Ⅰ7与冷凝管Ⅱ8相连,所述冷凝管Ⅰ7与冷凝管Ⅱ8串联设置,所述二级生产线包括二级反应釜9,所述二级反应釜9上部通过进料管道分别与高位槽10、苯乙烯槽11和主抗氧剂槽12相连,所述高位槽10与异戊二烯槽13相连,金红石型TiO2槽14通过提升机15与二级反应釜9上部的进料管道相连,在所述二级反应釜9上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅲ16相连,所述一级反应釜1底部通过管道与二级反应釜9上部相连,所述二级反应釜9底部通过管道与成品贮槽17相连,在所述茂金属PP槽2、共聚PP槽3、EVA槽4、APAO槽5、PVA槽6与一级反应釜1之间的进料管道上及高位槽10、苯乙烯槽11、主抗氧剂槽12、异戊二烯槽13与二级反应釜9之间的进料管道上都设有料阀,在所述一级反应釜1和二级反应釜9上设有搅拌装置18;所述冷凝管Ⅱ8通过管道与贮水槽19相连,在所述冷凝管Ⅱ8和贮水槽19之间的管道上通过分支管道与真空系统20相连;所述茂金属PP槽2和共聚PP槽3通过进料管道Ⅰ21与一级反应釜1相连,所述EVA槽4、APAO槽5和PVA槽6通过进料管道Ⅱ22与一级反应釜1相连;所述高位槽10、异戊二烯槽13通过进料管道Ⅲ23与二级反应釜9相连,所述苯乙烯槽11、主抗氧剂槽12、金红石型TiO2槽14通过进料管道Ⅳ24与二级反应釜9相连。本发明采用一级生产线和二级生产线,有效提高生产效率,同时提高生产系统的利用率,一级和二级冷却装置末端接入冷却水并采用循环冷却,节约能源,设置茂金属PP槽和APAO槽,进一步提高产品的热变形温度,完善其性能,通过本系统生产的产品具有较强的低温感特性、各类性质稳定,较好的解决了市场上现有产品热变形温度和刚性较低的问题,符合大型工业化生产的要求。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统,其特征在于:它包括一级生产线和二级生产线,所述一级生产线包括一级反应釜(1),所述一级反应釜(1)上部通过进料管道分别与茂金属PP槽(2)、共聚PP槽(3)、EVA槽(4)、APAO槽(5)和PVA槽(6)相连,在所述一级反应釜(1)上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅰ(7)相连,所述冷凝管Ⅰ(7)与冷凝管Ⅱ(8)相连,所述冷凝管Ⅰ(7)与冷凝管Ⅱ(8)串联设置,所述二级生产线包括二级反应釜(9),所述二级反应釜(9)上部通过进料管道分别与高位槽(10)、苯乙烯槽(11)和主抗氧剂槽(12)相连,所述高位槽(10)与异戊二烯槽(13)相连,金红石型TiO2槽(14)通过提升机(15)与二级反应釜(9)上部的进料管道相连,在所述二级反应釜(9)上部一侧通过冷凝管道与冷凝管Ⅲ(16)相连,所述一级反应釜(1)底部通过管道与二级反应釜(9)上部相连,所述二级反应釜(9)底部通过管道与成品贮槽(17)相连,在所述茂金属PP槽(2)、共聚PP槽(3)、EVA槽(4)、APAO槽(5)、PVA槽(6)与一级反应釜(1)之间的进料管道上及高位槽(10)、苯乙烯槽(11)、主抗氧剂槽(12)、异戊二烯槽(13)与二级反应釜(9)之间的进料管道上都设有料阀,在所述一级反应釜(1)和二级反应釜(9)上设有搅拌装置(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统,其特征在于:所述冷凝管Ⅱ(8)通过管道与贮水槽(19)相连,在所述冷凝管Ⅱ(8)和贮水槽(19)之间的管道上通过分支管道与真空系统(20)相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统,其特征在于:所述茂金属PP槽(2)和共聚PP槽(3)通过进料管道Ⅰ(21)与一级反应釜(1)相连,所述EVA槽(4)、APAO槽(5)和PVA槽(6)通过进料管道Ⅱ(22)与一级反应釜(1)相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的3PP钢管防腐涂层用低温感胶粘剂的生产系统,其特征在于:所述高位槽(10)、异戊二烯槽(13)通过进料管道Ⅲ(23)与二级反应釜(9)相连,所述苯乙烯槽(11)、主抗氧剂槽(12)、金红石型TiO2槽(14)通过进料管道Ⅳ(24)与二级反应釜(9)相连。
