Abstract
一种加药搅拌装置,包括电机、减速机、传动轴、叶轮和套筒,所述套筒底部开口,顶部设有充气浮动盘,所述充气浮动盘上设有加药口,充气浮动盘中心位置连接电机和减速机,减速机连接传动轴,传动轴底端连接叶轮,所述传动轴和叶轮置于套筒内,本装置操作方便,维护简单,可直接应用于固体药剂的投加,形成了上下混合搅拌,搅拌效果突出,区域扰动性更强,提高了污水与药剂的混合效果,改善整体出水水质。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理领域,尤其涉及一种加药搅拌装置。
背景技术
污水处理技术中多数工艺需采用药剂投加,如混凝沉淀、二氧化氯消毒、化学除磷等,而污水需要与药剂充分接触后方能发挥作用,由于加药过程中污水具有较大的流动性,污水与药剂没有充分接触就被排走,不仅影响出水的处理效果,而且也造成了药剂的浪费,增加了污水处理的成本,目前加药搅拌主要采用叶轮搅拌,混合效率不高;此外,目前大部分加药搅拌装置均是固定顶盖,搅拌无法形成纵向循环,影响混合的效率,因此为提高污水与药剂的混合度,提高经济效益,需要做出进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构设计科学合理,能够有效提高污水与药剂的混合度的加药搅拌装置。为实现本发明提供以下技术方案:一种加药搅拌装置,包括电机、减速机、传动轴、叶轮和套筒,所述套筒底部开口,顶部设有充气浮动盘,所述充气浮动盘上设有加药口,充气浮动盘中心位置连接电机和减速机,减速机连接传动轴,传动轴底端连接叶轮,所述传动轴和叶轮置于套筒内;所述充气浮动盘直径比套筒直径大。
作为优选,所述套筒为PVC塑料或不锈钢。
作为优选,所述充气浮动盘下表面涂覆防腐涂层。
本发明的有益之处:套筒顶部设有充气浮动盘,在搅拌时不仅能形成水平的搅动循环,套筒底部开口,充气浮动盘的浮动作用,使得搅拌时污水能通过套筒与充气浮动盘的缝隙,形成有效的纵向循环,提高了污水与药剂的混合度。

具体实施方式
一种加药搅拌装置,包括电机1、减速机2、传动轴4、叶轮5和套筒6,所述套筒6底部开口,顶部设有充气浮动盘3,所述充气浮动盘3上设有加药口7,充气浮动盘3中心位置连接电机1和减速机2,减速机2连接传动轴4,传动轴4底端连接叶轮5,所述传动轴4和叶轮5置于套筒6内;所述充气浮动盘3直径比套筒6直径大;所述套筒6为PVC塑料或不锈钢;所述充气浮动盘3下表面涂覆防腐涂层。
本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式所涉及的一种加药搅拌装置,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本发明等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本发明权利要求的范围内。

1.一种加药搅拌装置,包括电机、减速机、传动轴、叶轮和套筒,其特征在于:所述套筒底部开口,顶部设有充气浮动盘,所述充气浮动盘上设有加药口,充气浮动盘中心位置连接电机和减速机,减速机连接传动轴,传动轴底端连接叶轮,所述传动轴和叶轮置于套筒内;所述充气浮动盘直径比套筒直径大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加药搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述套筒为PVC塑料或不锈钢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种加药搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述充气浮动盘下表面涂覆防腐涂层。
