Abstract
本发明涉及一种氨水制备用静态混合装置,该装置包括:筒体、设置在筒体顶部的排气口、设置在筒体底部的排污口、设置在筒体外侧部的冷却套、设置在筒体右上侧的氨水出口,筒体内由上而下设置有进水管、与筒体内壁固定连接的上支撑网和下支撑网、进气管,所述上支撑网和下支撑网之间设置有鲍尔环,上支撑网和下支撑网之间的筒体内壁上对称设置有超声发生器。本发明的氨水制备用静态混合装置的结构设计较为合理,超声发生器的设置可解决设备在使用中的结垢问题(具体为将污垢振碎由下支撑网漏出、排污口排出),冷却套的设置可有效解决在短时间内出现筒体压力升高而发热问题,方便实用,适宜进一步推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及静态混合器的结构设计技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种氨水制备用静态混合装置。
背景技术
氨水是指氨气的水溶液,其在军事、农业、工业等各个领域内均有应用;目前国内的氨水制备设备包含有:工业氨水、电子级氨水、试剂级氨水制备装置,在使用中均具有单一性,即不能使用一种设备制备各种等级的氨水,且大部分设备只能制备工业级氨水。超级吸氨器是当前流行的工业氨水制备装置,其虽然与传统的工艺相比有较大改进,但仍然有一些不足,比如:设备在使用中的结垢问题、在将氨气与水混合后形成氨水过程中易发生巨大反冲击力和晃动、震动的现象、在短时间内出现压力升高的问题,因此该设备在使用中具有较大危险性,生产效率较低。针对以上问题,开发一种结构设计合理,方便实用的氨水制备用静态混合装置是本领域技术人员要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为克服上述背景技术中提到的技术问题,现提供一种结构设计合理,方便实用的氨水制备用静态混合装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种氨水制备用静态混合装置,该装置包括:筒体、设置在筒体顶部的排气口、设置在筒体底部的排污口、设置在筒体外侧部的冷却套、设置在筒体右上侧的氨水出口,筒体内由上而下设置有进水管、与筒体内壁固定连接的上支撑网和下支撑网、进气管,所述上支撑网和下支撑网之间设置有鲍尔环,上支撑网和下支撑网之间的筒体内壁上对称设置有超声发生器。
进一步,为有效控制振动或冲击力的形成,上述技术方案中所述排气口处设置有压力控制表,冷却套上设置有下进液口和上出液口;所述下支撑网的孔隙为3-6mm;所述进气管出口与筒体底部相对,进水管与设置在筒体内的喷头连接。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的氨水制备用静态混合装置的结构设计较为合理,超声发生器的设置可解决设备在使用中的结垢问题(具体为将污垢振碎由下支撑网漏出、排污口排出),冷却套的设置可有效解决在短时间内出现筒体压力升高而发热问题,方便实用,适宜进一步推广应用。

实施例一
如附图所示的一种氨水制备用静态混合装置,该装置包括:筒体1、设置在筒体1顶部的排气口2、设置在筒体1底部的排污口3、设置在筒体1外侧部的冷却套4、设置在筒体1右上侧的氨水出口5,筒体1内由上而下设置有进水管 10、与筒体1内壁固定连接的上支撑网11和下支撑网12、进气管13,所述上支撑网11和下支撑网12之间设置有鲍尔环14,上支撑网11和下支撑网12之间的筒体1内壁上对称设置有超声发生器15。
进一步,上述技术方案中所述排气口2处设置有压力控制表,冷却套4上设置有下进液口和上出液口;所述下支撑网12的孔隙为5mm;所述进气管13出口与筒体1底部相对,进水管10与设置在筒体1内的喷头连接;所述氨水出口 5设置在进水管10和上支撑网11之间。

1.一种氨水制备用静态混合装置,其特征是:该装置包括:筒体、设置在筒体顶部的排气口、设置在筒体底部的排污口、设置在筒体外侧部的冷却套、设置在筒体右上侧的氨水出口,筒体内由上而下设置有进水管、与筒体内壁固定连接的上支撑网和下支撑网、进气管,所述上支撑网和下支撑网之间设置有鲍尔环,上支撑网和下支撑网之间的筒体内壁上对称设置有超声发生器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨水制备用静态混合装置,其特征是:所述排气口处设置有压力控制表,冷却套上设置有下进液口和上出液口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨水制备用静态混合装置,其特征是:所述下支撑网的孔隙为3-6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨水制备用静态混合装置,其特征是:所述进气管出口与筒体底部相对,进水管与设置在筒体内的喷头连接。
