本发明涉及一种新型热熔胶过滤装置,它包括壳体,在所述壳体外部设有加热层,在所述加热层外部设有压力层,在所述壳体上部设有端盖,在所述端盖中部设有进料口,在所述进料口旁设有清洗口,在所述壳体底部设有出料口,在所述壳体内部设有两层过滤层,分别为上过滤层和下过滤层,在所述过滤层上设有过滤孔,所述上过滤层的过滤孔的孔径大于下过滤层的过滤孔的孔径,在所述出料口处设有流量控制器,在所述压力层上部设有压力控制器,所述流量控制器与压力控制器相连。本发明过滤效果好,出料通畅,清洗方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶料过滤装置,具体涉及一种热熔胶过滤装置。
背景技术
目前,在热熔胶的生产过程中,由于一些不可避免的因素,在胶料中会有一些小颗粒,这些颗粒胶体不仅会给生产装置带来影响,影响生产效率,最主要是会对产品质量产生影响。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种过滤效果好,出料通畅,清洗方便的新型热熔胶过滤装置。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种新型热熔胶过滤装置,它包括壳体,在所述壳体外部设有加热层,在所述加热层外部设有压力层,在所述壳体上部设有端盖,在所述端盖中部设有进料口,在所述进料口旁设有清洗口,在所述壳体底部设有出料口,在所述壳体内部设有两层过滤层,分别为上过滤层和下过滤层,在所述过滤层上设有过滤孔,所述上过滤层的过滤孔的孔径大于下过滤层的过滤孔的孔径,在所述出料口处设有流量控制器,在所述压力层上部设有压力控制器,所述流量控制器与压力控制器相连。
所述壳体的底部为弧形底部。
所述过滤层与壳体活动连接。
所述端盖与壳体活动连接。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明整体结构设置合理,设置加热层,保证胶料始终处于热熔状态,减小产生颗粒的几率,设置压力层,通过流量控制器与压力控制器配合使用,使出料通畅,采用两层过滤层,并且下过滤层的滤孔孔径小于上过滤层的滤孔孔径,过滤效果好,从而大大提高产品质量,过滤层与壳体活动连接,可以根据不同要求设置带不同孔径过滤孔的过滤层,在端盖上设置清洗口,使内部清理方便。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明所述的一种新型热熔胶过滤装置,它包括壳体1,在所述壳体1外部设有加热层2,在所述加热层2外部设有压力层3,在所述壳体1上部设有端盖4,在所述端盖4中部设有进料口5,在所述进料口5旁设有清洗口6,在所述壳体1底部设有出料口7,在所述壳体1内部设有两层过滤层,分别为上过滤层8和下过滤层9,在所述过滤层上设有过滤孔10,所述上过滤层8的过滤孔10的孔径大于下过滤层9的过滤孔10的孔径,在所述出料口7处设有流量控制器11,在所述压力层3上部设有压力控制器12,所述流量控制器11与压力控制器12相连;所述壳体1的底部为弧形底部;所述过滤层与壳体1活动连接;所述端盖4与壳体1活动连接。本发明整体结构设置合理,设置加热层,保证胶料始终处于热熔状态,减小产生颗粒的几率,设置压力层,通过流量控制器与压力控制器配合使用,使出料通畅,采用两层过滤层,并且下过滤层的滤孔孔径小于上过滤层的滤孔孔径,过滤效果好,从而大大提高产品质量,过滤层与壳体活动连接,可以根据不同要求设置带不同孔径过滤孔的过滤层,在端盖上设置清洗口,使内部清理方便。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种新型热熔胶过滤装置,其特征在于:它包括壳体(1),在所述壳体(1)外部设有加热层(2),在所述加热层(2)外部设有压力层(3),在所述壳体(1)上部设有端盖(4),在所述端盖(4)中部设有进料口(5),在所述进料口(5)旁设有清洗口(6),在所述壳体(1)底部设有出料口(7),在所述壳体(1)内部设有两层过滤层,分别为上过滤层(8)和下过滤层(9),在所述过滤层上设有过滤孔(10),所述上过滤层(8)的过滤孔(10)的孔径大于下过滤层(9)的过滤孔(10)的孔径,在所述出料口(7)处设有流量控制器(11),在所述压力层(3)上部设有压力控制器(12),所述流量控制器(11)与压力控制器(12)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型热熔胶过滤装置,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的底部为弧形底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型热熔胶过滤装置,其特征在于:所述过滤层与壳体(1)活动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型热熔胶过滤装置,其特征在于:所述端盖(4)与壳体(1)活动连接。
