Abstract
The invention discloses a composition with an effect of treating dermatitis. The composition comprises a moutan bark extract or/and an angelica dahurica extract. The moutan bark extract is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: adding water into cortex moutan, performing steam distillation to obtain oil-water mixture, separating oil-water mixture, and collecting water phase to obtain cortex moutan extract; the dosage ratio of the moutan bark to water is 1g: 8-20 mL. The angelica dahurica extract is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: adding water into radix Angelicae Dahuricae, steam distilling to obtain oil-water mixture, separating oil-water mixture, and collecting water phase to obtain radix Angelicae Dahuricae extract; the dosage ratio of the radix angelicae to the water is 1g: 8-20 mL. The composition with the effect of treating dermatitis is a pure natural component, is safe and nontoxic to use, and has an obvious treatment effect.

Example 4 dermatitis treatment experiment
150 patients clinically diagnosed with dermatitis are selected, the age is 18-25 years, and the clinical symptoms are skin pruritus and skin damage. The experimental treatment was performed by randomly dividing 50 patients into 3 groups of 50 persons each. Group 1 was swabbed 3 times a day for 1 minute each time with the composition for dermatitis treatment prepared in example 1 (composition component: moutan bark extract: dahurian angelica root extract =4: 1); group 2 scrubbing with moutan cortex Radicis extract prepared in example 1 3 times a day for 1 minute; group 3 was swabbed with the extract of radix Angelicae Dahuricae prepared in example 1 3 times a day for 1 minute. The effect was counted for 30 days of continuous scrubbing, as shown in Table 1.
The healing standard is as follows: the skin has no pruritus, and the skin lesions completely disappear.
The obvious effect standard is as follows: the skin itch is reduced, and the skin damage is improved.
Invalidation criteria: no improvement in symptoms or worsening of symptoms.

adding water into radix Angelicae Dahuricae, steam distilling to obtain oil-water mixture, separating oil-water mixture, and collecting water phase to obtain radix Angelicae Dahuricae extract; the dosage ratio of the radix angelicae to the water is 1g: 8-20 mL.
