Referring to fig. 3, a group user purchasing method provided in the third embodiment of the present invention is implemented based on the group user purchasing platform provided in the present invention, and includes the following steps:
step S1: acquiring key information input by a buyer of a set group to a group user purchasing platform;
step S2: when key information input by a buyer of a set group on a group user purchasing platform is matched with key information reserved by the group user purchasing platform, the group user purchasing platform displays a search engine to the buyer of the set group according to a user key;
step S3: acquiring demand information input to a search engine by a buyer of a set group;
step S4: the pushing module pushes a list of commodities to be purchased matched with the demand information in a purchasing catalog database of the set group to purchasing personnel of the group user according to the demand information;
step S5: acquiring target commodities and the quantity of the target commodities with the material numbers in the set group, which are selected by purchasing personnel of group users from a commodity list to be purchased, wherein the material numbers are selected and set by the set group from commodities with the same name according to a production merchant, a brand and specifications;
step S6: the order generating module calculates the price according to the target commodity and the quantity and generates an order;
step S7: and the warehouse acquires the order and delivers the goods to the place appointed by the user according to the target goods and the quantity recorded on the order. For example, the following:
when a buyer inputs 'toilet paper' as a keyword to a search engine, the product of the toilet paper pushed to the buyer simultaneously comprises brands such as Vida, breeze, mind-touching and the like, even under the same brand, the product can simultaneously comprise the difference of 10 rolls of toilet paper and 20 rolls of toilet paper, furthermore, even if the same sanitary paper is Vida 10 rolls of toilet paper, the difference of 150g of toilet paper and 180g of toilet paper is present, and the difference has core and coreless, wherein, the toilet paper with different brands and specifications has different prices, sometimes, the difference is still significant, especially under the condition that the consumption of the toilet paper is large, if the buyer intentionally takes the difference by hands and feet, the difference of unit price can be amplified by tens of times or even tens of times, and the amount related to the corruption of the difference is very large. Therefore, in this case, the setting group can set the material number inside the group according to the manufacturer, brand, specification, etc. of the same type of goods, and the purchasing personnel of the material number is not authorized to modify the material number.

In the above table, the toilet paper with the number 1 has the material number "X" inside the group, which means that only the toilet paper with the number 1 is available for the purchaser to purchase in the product list also called "toilet paper".
The group user purchasing platform based on the group user purchasing platform provided by the invention has a personalized purchasing catalogue database aiming at a set group, when purchasing production and living goods by purchasing personnel in the set group, a search engine can only search from the personalized purchasing catalogue database and push commodities related to the search information to the purchasing personnel, and under the condition, the purchasing personnel can be prevented from selecting and purchasing commodities outside the purchasing catalogue database, and the phenomenon of rebate caused by virtual commodity price lifting between the purchasing personnel and a supplier is avoided. Meanwhile, the group user purchasing platform can distribute the user secret key, and through the secret key, besides the purchasing personnel, other authorized personnel in the group can check the information related to the purchasing catalog database, the purchased commodities, the unit price and the like, so that the information can be disclosed and transparent, the purchasing corruption difficulty of the purchasing personnel is increased, and the generation of partial purchasing corruption can be at least limited. In addition, when the search keyword is adopted to search for the goods to be purchased, the search results appearing under the same keyword item often have a plurality of different manufacturers, brands, specifications and the like, and even if the goods are the same, due to the difference of the manufacturers, the brands and the specifications, the prices also have difference, even have larger difference, under the condition, a decision maker of the group user needs to screen the corresponding products, the material numbers set by the group user are customized for the screened target products, only the corresponding target goods with the material numbers can be put into a shopping cart of a buyer of the group user, so that the situation that the buyer can take the difference price from the same goods and the purchase corruption is caused by the difference of the manufacturers, the brands and the specifications is avoided.

Claims (10)

1. A method for placing an order based on a group user purchasing platform is characterized in that the method is realized based on the group user purchasing platform, and the group user purchasing platform comprises a purchasing directory database, a user key matching module, a search engine, a pushing module, an order generating module and a warehouse aiming at a set group;
the purchasing catalogue database aiming at the set group is used for storing all possible commodity catalogues and unit prices of the commodity catalogues used by the set group in the daily production or life process;
the user key matching module is used for matching a user to be logged in with the purchasing directory database aiming at the set group corresponding to the user to be logged in, and when the user key input by the user to be logged in can be matched with the corresponding purchasing directory database aiming at the set group, the user to be logged in can enter the search engine;
the search engine is used for searching in the purchasing catalogue database range aiming at the set group according to the content input by the user to obtain a commodity list matched with the content input by the user;
the pushing module is used for pushing the commodity list matched with the content input by the user to the user for selection by the user;
the order generation module calculates the price according to the commodities and the quantity selected by the user and informs the warehouse after generating an order;
the warehouse is used for storing goods to be delivered and delivering the goods to a place appointed by the user according to the order;
wherein,
when ordering through the group user purchasing platform, only the commodity with the material number in the group is in an activated state for selection when ordering, wherein,
the material number is selected and set from the commodities with the same name and according to the manufacturer, brand and specification.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the purchase inventory database is determined by at least 2 authorized decision departments of the defined group through negotiation with the group customer purchase platform.
3. The ordering method based on group user purchasing platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user key at least comprises a management key and a purchasing key for the same set group,
the management secret key is mastered by a person with authority to decide in the management department of the same set group;
the purchasing secret key is mastered by a person having authority to decide in the purchasing department of the same set group.

The order placing method based on the procurement platform of the group user as claimed in claim 1, wherein the warehouse comprises a plurality of sub-warehouses, and the order generation module notifies the sub-warehouse closest to the receiving address according to the receiving address of the set group in the process of notifying the warehouse of the shipment.
5. The ordering method based on group customer purchasing platform as claimed in claim 4, wherein the type and amount of goods to be shipped stored in said sub-warehouse are determined according to the needs of group customers within the distribution range.
6. The ordering method based on group customer procurement platform of claim 1, wherein the group customer procurement platform further comprises a logistics tracking module for tracking the real-time logistics status of the goods delivered from the warehouse.
7. The ordering method based on group customer purchase platform as claimed in claim 6,
the logistics is the owned logistics of the group user purchasing platform, and the logistics tracking module is a self-simulation module of the group user purchasing platform;
or,
the logistics is third-party logistics, the logistics tracking module is the third-party logistics tracking module, and real-time tracking data of the third-party logistics tracking module can be synchronously uploaded to the group user purchasing platform.
8. The ordering method based on corporate customer procurement platform of claim 1 wherein the corporate customer procurement platform further comprises:
the payment module is used for the payment operation of related personnel of a set group when the payment module is in an activated state;
wherein,
when the order is generated and is approved by the group user purchasing platform and/or the set group, the payment module is in an activated state; or,
when the goods are signed in, the payment module is in an activated state.
9. The ordering method based on group customer procurement platform of claim 1, wherein the group customer procurement platform further comprises an invoice module,
the invoice module is used for issuing a corresponding invoice for the set group according to the commodity information and the price information after the commodity information and the price information recorded on the order are collected, and sending the invoice to the set group;
preferably, the group user procurement platform further comprises a payment module,
the payment module is used for acquiring the information sent by the invoice, and after the invoice is signed or browsed by the user, the payment module is in an activated state for the user to pay;
preferably, the user key further comprises a financial key, and the financial key is mastered by financial staff of the set group;
the financial staff of the set group can log in the group user purchasing platform through the mastered financial secret key to realize browsing, inquiring or downloading of the order state and the invoice state;
preferably, the group user purchasing platform further comprises a scanning device or a camera device,
the invoice module informs an invoice printer of the group user purchasing platform of the commodity information and the price information acquired from the order generating module, and the invoice printer of the group user purchasing platform issues a corresponding invoice for the set group according to the commodity information and the price information acquired by the payment module and uploads the invoice to the group user purchasing platform through the scanning device or the camera device;
preferably, the invoice module comprises an electronic invoice generation module,
and the electronic invoice generating module is used for generating a corresponding invoice according to the commodity information and the price information acquired from the order generating module and uploading the invoice to the group user purchasing platform.
10. A group user purchasing platform-based purchasing method implemented on the group user purchasing platform according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
acquiring key information input to a group user purchasing platform by a purchasing person of a set group;
when the key information input by the purchasing personnel of the set group on the group user purchasing platform is matched with the key information reserved by the group user purchasing platform, the group user purchasing platform displays a search engine to the purchasing personnel of the set group according to the user key;
acquiring demand information input to the search engine by the purchasing personnel of the set group;
the pushing module pushes a list of commodities to be purchased matched with the demand information in the purchasing catalogue database of the set group to purchasing personnel of the group user according to the demand information;
acquiring target commodities and the quantity of the target commodities with the material numbers in the set group, which are selected from the list of commodities to be purchased by purchasing personnel of the group users, wherein the material numbers are selected and set from the commodities with the same name in the set group according to a production merchant, a brand and specifications;
the order generation module calculates the price according to the target commodity and the quantity and generates an order;
and the warehouse acquires the order and delivers the goods to the place appointed by the user according to the target goods and the quantity recorded on the order.
