Abstract

本发明涉及LED照明灯具领域,尤其是一种LED灯,包括灯罩、散热盖、散热器、底座;本发明将散热器开设将其贯通的通道,通道内设置有多个用于散发热量的分支片,另外将散热器直接与散热盖和底座相连,由于所述散热盖和底座直接与外界大气相接触,也就使得散热器上的热量可以直接通过散热盖和底座传递到大气中,使得贴合在散热器上的LED灯珠贴片所产生的热量可以快速有效地散发到大气中,同时散热器通过分别与散热盖和底座螺纹相连,将灯罩夹持在散热盖和底座之间,使得本发明在结构和安装方式上更加的简单,简化了组装和维修过程,提高了安装和维修效率。

一种LED灯
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明灯具领域,尤其是一种LED灯。
背景技术
随着LED灯具的普及,越来越多的LED灯具被运用到各种场所;但现有的LED灯具存在着结构复杂、不便于安装、散热效果不佳的缺点。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要针对上述提出的问题,提供一种LED灯。
一种LED灯,包括灯罩、散热盖、散热器、底座;
其中所述灯罩的两端开设有开口;
所述散热盖上开设有多个通风孔,所述散热盖开设有一凹孔,所述凹孔的内壁上设有第一内螺纹,所述通风孔穿透所述散热盖与所述凹孔相通;
所述散热器包括主体、贯通所述主体的通道、多个设置于所述通道内壁上用于散发热量的分支片,所述通道从所述主体的第一端贯穿至所述主体的第二端,所述主体的第一端和第二端的外周分别设有外螺纹;
设有LED灯珠贴片贴合设置于所述主体的外周;
所述底座设有一腔体,在所述腔体的内侧设有第二内螺纹;
所述散热器穿过所述灯罩两端的开口,所述灯罩套设于所述散热器;
所述散热器通过所述主体的两端的外螺纹分别与设有第一内螺纹的所述散热盖和设有第二内螺纹的所述底座螺纹连接,所述灯罩被所述散热盖和所述底座夹持固定。
进一步地,所述底座连接有灯头,所述灯头设有用于传输电源的第一电源线,所述底座的腔体内设有插座,所述插座上开设有两个插槽,所述插槽内设有导电夹片;所述第一电源线的零线和火线穿过所述底座分别与两个所述插槽内的导电夹片连接设置。
进一步地,所述插座上插接有用于将交流电转换成直流电的电源驱动,所述电源驱动设置有两个连通所述电源驱动电源输入端的插接端,两个所述插接端分别与两个所述插槽插接配合;
所述电源驱动设有连通所述电源驱动的电源输出端的第二电源线,所述第二电源线与所述LED灯珠贴片连通。
进一步地,所述通道内设有一绝缘套,所述绝缘套上开设有通孔,所述第二电源线穿过所述绝缘套上的通孔,然后再与所述LED灯珠贴片连通,所述绝缘套将所述电源驱动与所述散热器分隔开。
进一步地,所述主体呈圆柱状,所述LED灯珠贴片呈管状套设贴合在所述主体的圆柱面上。
进一步地,所述灯罩呈椭球体状,所述开口开设于所述灯罩的长轴方向上的两端;所述开口为圆形通孔。
进一步地,所述散热盖上设有与所述开口相契合匹配的凸缘;所述散热盖呈弧面状,所述散热盖与所述灯罩在衔接处圆滑过渡。
进一步地,所述灯罩上对应于所述底座的开口上设有凸边,所述凸边深入到所述底座的腔体内,所述凸边与所述腔体的内壁贴合对齐。
进一步地,所述底座的腔体的内壁上开设有多个与外界大气相通的通气槽。
进一步地,所述散热盖、所述散热器、所述底座的材质均采用金属材料;所述散热盖、所述散热器、所述底座均采用电镀亮铬工艺进行处理。
本发明将散热器开设将其贯通的通道,通道内设置有多个用于散发热量的分支片,另外将散热器直接与散热盖和底座相连,由于所述散热盖和底座直接与外界大气相接触,也就使得散热器上的热量可以直接通过散热盖和底座传递到大气中,使得贴合在散热器上的LED灯珠贴片所产生的热量可以快速有效地散发到大气中,同时散热器通过分别与散热盖和底座螺纹相连,将灯罩夹持在散热盖和底座之间,使得本发明在结构和安装方式上更加的简单,简化了组装和维修过程,提高了安装和维修效率。

具体实施方式
参见图1-2所示,本发明的一种实施例,一种LED灯,包括灯罩1、散热盖2、散热器3、底座4;
其中所述灯罩1的两端开设有开口;
所述散热盖2上开设有多个通风孔6,所述散热盖2开设有一凹孔,所述凹孔的内壁上设有第一内螺纹,所述通风孔6穿透所述散热盖2与所述凹孔相通;
所述散热器3包括主体8、贯通所述主体8的通道81、多个设置于所述通道81内壁上用于散发热量的分支片21,所述通道81从所述主体8的第一端贯穿至所述主体8的第二端,所述主体8的第一端和第二端的外周分别设有外螺纹22;
设有LED灯珠贴片5贴合设置于所述主体8的外周;
所述底座4设有一腔体24,在所述腔体24的内侧设有第二内螺纹25;
所述散热器3穿过所述灯罩1两端的开口,所述灯罩1套设于所述散热器3;
所述散热器3通过所述主体8的两端的外螺纹22分别与设有第一内螺纹的所述散热盖2和设有第二内螺纹25的所述底座4螺纹连接,所述灯罩1被所述散热盖2和所述底座4夹持固定;由于LED灯珠贴片5贴合设置于所述主体8的外周,LED灯珠贴片5产生的热量除了一小部分会通过通过空气散发外,大部分的热量会传递到所述散热器3的主体8上,然后传递到所述主体8上的热量会通过两种途径进行传递散发;
第一种途径:一部分热量会通过所述通道81内壁上的所述分支片21散发在到所述通道81内的空气中,然后所述通道81内的空气带着热量流动到所述散热盖2的凹孔内,最后带着热量的空气透过所述散热盖2上的多个所述通风孔6发散到外界大气中;
第二种途径:另一部分热量会通过所述主体8传递到与所述主体8连接的所述底座4和所述散热盖2上,由于所述底座4和所述散热盖2直接与外界大气接触,所以该部分热量通过所述底座4和所述散热盖2挥发到外界大气中;
而市场上目前采用的结构:将LED灯直接用灯罩包合起来,LED灯大部分的热量直接挥发在灯罩内的空气中,然后再通过灯罩的壳壁与外界进行散热,而由于灯罩通常采用的材料的散热性能都不好,这种单一的散热途径会使得热量大量聚集在灯罩内,使得LED灯温度过高,从而影响LED灯的工作效率;相比于市场上目前采用的结构,本发明所采用的两种途径具有更高的散热效率和效果;另外所述散热盖2、所述散热器3、所述底座4之间是通过螺纹连接,而且所述散热盖2、所述散热器3、所述底座4这三者通过螺纹连接巧妙地将灯罩1夹持在所述散热器3和所述底座4之间,具有结构简单紧凑、设计巧妙、便于安装的优点。
进一步地,所述底座4连接有灯头26,所述灯头26设有用于传输电源的第一电源线,所述底座4的腔体24内设有插座32,所述插座32上开设有两个插槽33,所述插槽33内设有导电夹片;所述第一电源线的零线和火线穿过所述底座4分别与两个所述插槽33内的导电夹片连接设置。
进一步地,所述插座32上插接有用于将交流电转换成直流电的电源驱动34,所述电源驱动34设置有两个连通所述电源驱动34电源输入端的插接端35,两个所述插接端35分别与两个所述插槽33插接配合;
所述电源驱动34设有连通所述电源驱动34的电源输出端的第二电源线36,所述第二电源线36与所述LED灯珠贴片5连通。
通过所述插槽33和所述插接端35插接传输电能的方式,进一步将LED灯具的电源驱动34的安装和更换进行了简洁化和模块化的优化设计,由于电源驱动34属于LED灯具领域中容易损耗的零部件,所以模块化的设计使得更换和安装所述电源驱动34更加的方便,而且安装过程不用借助另外的工具。
进一步地,绝缘套37设于通道81内,所述绝缘套37上开设有通孔,所述第二电源线36穿过所述绝缘套37上的通孔,然后再与所述LED灯珠贴片5连通,所述绝缘套37将所述电源驱动34与所述散热器3绝缘分隔开。
进一步地,所述主体8呈圆柱状,所述LED灯珠贴片5呈管状套设贴合在所述主体8的圆柱面上。
进一步地,所述灯罩1呈椭球体状,所述开口开设于所述灯罩1的长轴方向上的两端;所述开口为圆形通孔。
进一步地,所述散热盖2上设有与所述开口相贴齐匹配的凸缘;所述散热盖2呈弧面状,所述散热盖2与所述灯罩1在衔接处圆滑过渡;这样通过所述凸缘与所述灯罩1的开口贴齐配合,使得所述灯罩1被更加稳定地夹持。
进一步地,所述灯罩1上对应于所述底座4的开口上设有凸边38,所述凸边38深入到所述底座4的腔体24内,所述凸边38与所述腔体24的内壁贴合对齐,这样通过所述凸边38与所述腔体24的内壁贴合对齐,将所述灯罩1更加稳定地夹持。
进一步地,所述底座4的腔体24的内壁上开设有多个与外界大气相通的通气槽,这样所述通道81内的带有热量的空气可以通过所述通气槽流出到外界大气中,进一步地增加了散热途径和提高了散热效果。
进一步地,所述散热盖2、所述散热器3、所述底座4的材质均采用金属材料;所述散热盖2、所述散热器3、所述底座4均采用电镀亮铬工艺进行处理;这样所述LED灯珠贴片5所散发出的光线被所述所述散热盖2、所述散热器3、所述底座4的电镀亮面反射出去,增强了本发明的光照效果。

1.一种LED灯,其特征在于:包括灯罩、散热盖、散热器、底座;
其中所述灯罩的两端开设有开口;
所述散热盖上开设有多个通风孔,所述散热盖开设有一凹孔,所述凹孔的内壁上设有第一内螺纹,所述通风孔穿透所述散热盖与所述凹孔相通;
所述散热器包括主体、贯通所述主体的通道、多个设置于所述通道内壁上用于散发热量的分支片,所述通道从所述主体的第一端贯穿至所述主体的第二端,所述主体的第一端和第二端的外周分别设有外螺纹;
设有LED灯珠贴片贴合设置于所述主体的外周;
所述底座设有一腔体,在所述腔体的内侧设有第二内螺纹;
所述散热器穿过所述灯罩两端的开口,所述灯罩套设于所述散热器;
所述散热器通过所述主体的两端的外螺纹分别与设有第一内螺纹的所述散热盖和设有第二内螺纹的所述底座螺纹连接,所述灯罩被所述散热盖和所述底座夹持固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述底座连接有灯头,所述灯头设有用于传输电源的第一电源线,所述底座的腔体内设有插座,所述插座上开设有两个插槽,所述插槽内设有导电夹片;所述第一电源线的零线和火线穿过所述底座分别与两个所述插槽内的导电夹片连接设置。
