Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型防水保温建材,包括外板、内板,其特征在于:所述的外板两端分别设置有连接槽、连接块,在外板两侧分别设置有外保温层、内保温层,并在外板内设置有内槽,所述的内板设置在内槽内,在内板两端分别设置有定位块。本发明将新型防水保温建材设置为外板、内板两部分,在外板的侧面设置有外保温层、内保温层,增强了新型防水保温建材的保温性能,提高了新型防水保温建材的保温效果,在内板的侧面设置有外防水层、内防水层,提高了新型防水保温建材的防水性能,在内板内设置有加强板,提高了内板的强度,进而增强新型防水保温建材的强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建材加工技术领域,具体是一种新型防水保温建材及其生产工艺。
背景技术
建筑材料长期承受风吹、日晒、雨淋、磨损、腐蚀等,性能会逐渐变化,建筑材料的合理选用至关重要,首先应当安全、经久耐用,建筑材料用量很大,直接影响到工程的造价,通常建材费用占工程总造价的一半以上,因此在考虑技术性能时,必须兼顾经济性,而且有些特殊的建筑必须采用防水建材,防水建材的选用非常重要,现有的防水建材大都采用覆盖防水涂料以达到防水的效果,防水涂料含有有害化学成分,污染环境,另外现有的防水建材普遍强度不够,而采用防水涂料不能够增加防水建材的强度。如申请号为201610493599.8的专利公布了一种保温防水建材,其解决了建材使用寿命短的问题,但其存在着保温防水建材生产成本高、生产效率低、防水保温性能不佳、质量性能不高的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有新型防水保温建材存在的生产成本高、生产效率低、防水保温性能不佳、质量性能不高的问题,提供一种结构设计合理、质量强度高、制备效率高、防水保温性能好、生产成本低、质量性能好的新型防水保温建材及其生产工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种新型防水保温建材,包括外板、内板,其特征在于:所述的外板两端分别设置有连接槽、连接块,在外板两侧分别设置有外保温层、内保温层,并在外板内设置有内槽,所述的内板设置在内槽内,在内板两端分别设置有定位块,并在内板内设置有加强板。
所述的外板、内板均采用PVC材料制备,降低了外板、内板的制备难度,提高了工作效率,也能降低外板、内板的生产成本。
所述的相邻的外板通过连接槽、连接块连接,缩短了新型防水保温建材的制备时间,提高新型防水保温建材与新型防水保温建材之间的连接强度。
所述的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
第一步:根据实际需要尺寸,通过模具制造相应尺寸的外板,在外板的两侧分别装配外保温层、内保温层;
第二步:根据实际需要尺寸,通过模具制造相应尺寸的内板,并在内板制造过程中加入加强板,制备好内板后,在内板的侧面设置有外防水层、内防水层;
第三步:将制备好的内板装配在外板的内槽内,并将内板的定位块与外板上的定位槽连接,将相邻外板通过连接槽、连接块连接,完成保温建材的组装。
有益效果:本发明将新型防水保温建材设置为外板、内板两部分,在外板的侧面设置有外保温层、内保温层,增强了新型防水保温建材的保温性能,提高了新型防水保温建材的保温效果,在内板的侧面设置有外防水层、内防水层,提高了新型防水保温建材的防水性能,在内板内设置有加强板,提高了内板的强度,进而增强新型防水保温建材的强度,将内板的定位块与定位槽连接,提高了外板与内板之间的连接强度,进而提高新型防水保温建材的质量性能。

以下将结合附图对本发明进行较为详细的说明。
实施例一:
如附图1-3所示,
一种新型防水保温建材,包括外板1、内板2,其特征在于:所述的外板1两端分别设置有连接槽3、连接块4,在外板1两侧分别设置有外保温层5、内保温层6,并在外板1内设置有内槽8,所述的内板2设置在内槽8内,在内板2两端分别设置有定位块11,并在内板2内设置有加强板12。
所述的外板1、内板2均采用PVC材料制备,降低了外板1、内板2的制备难度,提高了工作效率,也能降低外板1、内板2的生产成本。
所述的相邻的外板1通过连接槽3、连接块4连接,缩短了新型防水保温建材的制备时间,提高新型防水保温建材与新型防水保温建材之间的连接强度。
所述的内板2两侧分别设置有外防水层9、内防水层10,提高了新型防水保温建材的防水性能。
所述的内槽8内设置有定位槽7,并将定位槽7与定位块11连接,提高了外板1与内板2之间的连接强度,进而提高新型防水保温建材的质量性能。
所述的连接槽3内设置有密封层13,通过密封层13提高了连接块4与连接槽3之间的密封性,进而提高新型防水保温建材的强度。
所述的连接块4上设置有加强条14,通过加强条14不仅提高了连接块4的强度,也能增强连接块4与连接槽3之间的连接强度,进而增强新型防水保温建材的强度。
所述的外保温层5设置为聚氨酯层、内保温层6设置为岩棉层,通过外保温层5、内保温层6提高了新型防水保温建材的保温性能。
所述的外防水层设置为氯化聚乙烯层、内防水层设置为改性沥青层,通过外防水层、内防水层提高了新型防水保温建材的防水性能,增强新型防水保温建材的质量。
所述的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
第一步:根据实际需要尺寸,通过模具制造相应尺寸的外板1,在外板1的两侧分别装配外保温层5、内保温层6;
第二步:根据实际需要尺寸,通过模具制造相应尺寸的内板2,并在内板2制造过程中加入加强板12,制备好内板2后,在内板2的侧面设置有外防水层9、内防水层10;
第三步:将制备好的内板2装配在外板1的内槽8内,并将内板2的定位块11与外板1上的定位槽7连接,将相邻外板1通过连接槽7、连接块11连接,完成保温建材的组装。

1.一种新型防水保温建材,包括外板、内板,其特征在于:所述的外板两端分别设置有连接槽、连接块,在外板两侧分别设置有外保温层、内保温层,并在外板内设置有内槽,所述的内板设置在内槽内,在内板两端分别设置有定位块,并在内板内设置有加强板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型防水保温建材,其特征在于:所述的外板、内板均采用PVC材料制备。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型防水保温建材,其特征在于:所述的外板通过连接槽、连接块连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型防水保温建材,其特征在于:所述的内板两侧分别设置有外防水层、内防水层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型防水保温建材,其特征在于:所述的内槽内设置有定位槽,并将定位槽与定位块连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型防水保温建材,其特征在于:所述的连接槽内设置有密封层度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型防水保温建材,其特征在于:所述的连接块上设置有加强条。
8.根据权利要求1所述的新型防水保温建材,其特征在于:所述的外保温层设置为聚氨酯层、内保温层设置为岩棉层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的新型防水保温建材,其特征在于:所述的外防水层设置为氯化聚乙烯层、内防水层设置为改性沥青层。
10.一种适用于如权利要求1所述的新型防水保温建材,其特征在于:所述的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
第一步:根据实际需要尺寸,通过模具制造相应尺寸的外板,在外板的两侧分别装配外保温层、内保温层;
第二步:根据实际需要尺寸,通过模具制造相应尺寸的内板,并在内板制造过程中加入加强板,制备好内板后,在内板的侧面设置有外防水层、内防水层;
第三步:将制备好的内板装配在外板的内槽内,并将内板的定位块与外板上的定位槽连接,将相邻外板通过连接槽、连接块连接,完成保温建材的组装。
