本发明公开了一种高稳定性的纺织染料,属于纺织染料技术领域。所述纺织染料包括以下重量份的各组分:分散染料 5‑20份、渗透剂 1‑2份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯 5‑10份,氢氧化钠 3‑7份,工业乙醇 1‑5份,5‑二氨基苯乙醇硫酸盐 1‑2份,鞣酸 2‑6份,乙烯基胍胺乳液4‑5份,乙二胺四乙酸 2‑4份,二异辛基琥珀磺酸钠 3‑10份。本发明染色和储存过程中活性染料完全不水解,上染率高,稳定储存时间长,实现无废水排放染色,极大地降低的水耗和污染。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,更具体是涉及一种纺织用染料。
背景技术
纺织染料是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂。多为植物果实,树液等植物提取物,也含有煤焦油等天然化学物质提取物。分为天然染料和合成染料,市面上多为合成染料。染料的颜色和它与组织间的亲和力是由染料本身的分子结构决定的,产生颜色的发色基团和与组织间产生亲和力的助色基团共同决定了染色剂的染色性质。现有的市场上的大部分的染料亲和力不够,在高温和酸碱的环境下,造成匀染性差同时容易发生褪色现象。
公布号CN 104846672 A、申请公布日2015年8月19日的中国发明专利公开了一种稳定的纺织用染料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂粉6-11 份,脂肪酸纳4-10 份,乙醇3-10 份,海藻酸钠4-8 份,乙氧基化烷基硫酸铵6-12 份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚4-7 份,乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠6-9 份,有机溶剂2-6 份,消泡剂1-4 份,有机染色原料15-22 份,戊二醇1-4 份,鞣酸4-9 份,5- 二氨基苯乙醇硫酸盐6-10份,丙烯酸2-6 份,丙烯酸丁酯7-9 份,蛋白氨基酸1-4 份。采用上述方案,存在以下缺陷:表面胶光、刺激味较重和成膜较硬等缺点。
公布号CN 104846669 A、申请公布日2015年8月19日的中国发明专利公开了一种纺织用染料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚乙烯醇6-11 份,甲基纤维素3-6 份,聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐7-9 份,聚甲基环四硅氧烷2-8 份,二甲基硅油4-6 份,烷基糖苷4-9 份,乙二胺四乙酸1-5 份,香茅腈2-5 份,苹果酸1-2.5 份,磷酸二氢钠3.5-6 份,酒精2-6 份,二苯甲烷4.3-6 份,氨基磺酸钠4-11 份。采用上述方案,也存在以下缺陷:表面胶光、刺激味较重和成膜较硬等缺点。
因此,需要一种新的纺织用染料。

本发明的目的是提供一种高稳定性的纺织染料,本发明染色和储存过程中活性染料完全不水解,上染率高,稳定储存时间长,实现无废水排放染色,极大地降低的水耗和污染。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种高稳定性的纺织染料,其特征是,所述纺织染料包括以下重量份的各组分:分散染料 5-20份、渗透剂 1-2份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯 5-10份,氢氧化钠 3-7份,工业乙醇 1-5份,5-二氨基苯乙醇硫酸盐 1-2份,鞣酸 2-6份,乙烯基胍胺乳液4-5份,乙二胺四乙酸 2-4份,二异辛基琥珀磺酸钠 3-10份。
优选的,所述纺织染料包括以下重量份的各组分:分散染料 8-18份、渗透剂 1.1-1.8份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯 5.4-9.4份,氢氧化钠 3.4-6.7份,工业乙醇 1.3-4.6份,5-二氨基苯乙醇硫酸盐 1.1-1.9份,鞣酸 2.4-5.6份,乙烯基胍胺乳液4.2-4.8份,乙二胺四乙酸 2.2-3.8份,二异辛基琥珀磺酸钠 3.9-8.8份。
优选的,所述纺织染料包括以下重量份的各组分:分散染料 10-16份、渗透剂 1.3-1.8份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯 6.1-9.0份,氢氧化钠 3.9-6.2份,工业乙醇 1.8-4.0份,5-二氨基苯乙醇硫酸盐 1.3-1.9份,鞣酸 2.9-5.0份,乙烯基胍胺乳液4.3-4.8份,乙二胺四乙酸 2.6-3.5份,二异辛基琥珀磺酸钠 4.2-8.0份。
优选的,所述纺织染料包括以下重量份的各组分:分散染料 11-14份、渗透剂 1.5-1.8份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯 6.9-8.2份,氢氧化钠 4.4-5.8份,工业乙醇 2.6-3.8份,5-二氨基苯乙醇硫酸盐 1.5-1.9份,鞣酸 3.3-4.7份,乙烯基胍胺乳液4.5-4.8份,乙二胺四乙酸 2.7-3.1份,二异辛基琥珀磺酸钠 6.2-7.5份。
优选的,所述纺织染料包括以下重量份的各组分:分散染料 11.9-12.8份、渗透剂 1.6-1.8份,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯 7.1-7.8份,氢氧化钠 4.7-5.0份,工业乙醇 2.9-3.4份,5-二氨基苯乙醇硫酸盐 1.8-1.9份,鞣酸 3.6-4.1份,乙烯基胍胺乳液4.6-4.7份,乙二胺四乙酸 2.9-3.0份,二异辛基琥珀磺酸钠 6.8-7.3份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:染色和储存过程中活性染料完全不水解,上染率高,稳定储存时间长,实现无废水排放染色,极大地降低的水耗和污染;本发明的纺织用染料,性能稳定,能够很好的对布料染色,且不易褪色,在高温下同样正常工作。
