本发明涉及栽培食用菌的营养料,具体是一种新的大杯蕈栽培料。
背景技术
在生物循环中,植物是生产者,动物是消费者,食用菌是还原者,在生态系统中不可缺少,它不仅能为人类提供高蛋白质、低脂肪、高纤维素的健康食品,而且还是农民致富的短平快项目。
传统栽培食用菌的培养料,碳源多用杂木屑,棉籽壳等,这些物质生产量有限,制约了食用菌生产的发展。
目前尚未见用玉米芯、百香果蔓和花生壳等废弃物作碳源制作栽培大杯蕈的培养料的报道。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种新的大杯蕈栽培料,这种栽培料不仅含有木质素、纤维素和半纤维素等食用菌所需要的营养,而且来源广泛,取料容易。
一种新的大杯蕈栽培料,由下述按重量份配比的原料制成:
百香果蔓20-24
玉米芯20-24
花生壳27-33
麸皮18-22
碳酸钙0.8-1.2。
进一步的,各原料的重量份配比为:百香果蔓23,玉米芯23,花生壳33,麸皮20,碳酸钙1。
所述百香果蔓为百香果修剪下来的废弃藤蔓,含有木质素、纤维素和半纤维素等营养物质;所述玉米芯是指玉米棒去粒后的剩余部分,玉米芯中含木质素10%,纤维素的含量比杂木屑少些,与棉籽壳相当,而半纤维素的含量比杂木屑和棉籽壳高出一倍多;所述的花生壳是干燥无霉变的花生外壳,花生壳营养成分中:干物质占90%,粗蛋白5-7%,粗纤维素66-80%,半纤维素10%,还含有丰富的矿物质和维生素;三者配合营养结构合理是很好的栽培食用菌的碳源材料。
本发明一种新的大杯蕈栽培料的制备方法是:按重量份配比称料,将百香果蔓、玉米芯和花生壳分别用粉碎机碎成碎屑,用石灰水上清液预湿1天,然后与麸皮、碳酸钙拌匀,装袋杀菌而成。
本发明的优点是:不仅原料来源广泛,取料容易,而且栽培大杯蕈产量和质量与用杂木屑、棉籽壳栽培的差不多,但降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明内容做进一步的阐述,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例:
一种新的大杯蕈栽培料,称取百香果蔓23公斤,玉米芯23公斤,花生壳33公斤,麸皮20公斤,碳酸钙1公斤,将百香果蔓、玉米芯和花生壳用粉碎机碎成碎屑,用石灰水上清液预湿1天,然后和麸皮、碳酸钙拌匀,装袋杀菌而成。

玉米芯20-24
花生壳27-33
麸皮18-22
碳酸钙0.8-1.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的栽培料,其特征是:各原料的重量份配比为:百香果蔓23,玉米芯23,花生壳33,麸皮20,碳酸钙1。
