本发明提供了一种抄取成型碱激发粉煤灰‑碱渣外墙装饰板及其制备方法。所述外墙装饰板由装饰面层和中料层压合而成,装饰面层的外表面喷涂装饰面层物料,中料层由抄取成型的中料层物料制成。所述中料层物料由下述重量份组份制成:粉煤灰100份、碱渣5‑80份、碱性激发剂1‑15份、水10‑40份、纸浆纤维5‑40份、聚丙烯纤维0.5‑2份。本发明提供的技术方案,充分利用了粉煤灰‑碱渣的潜在水硬性,在较高的水化速度中生成达到外墙装饰板各项性能指标的高强度产品,并保证了板材的成坯质量,可实现批量生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰板,具体讲涉及一种抄取成型碱激发粉煤灰-碱渣外墙装饰板及其制备方法。
背景技术
近几年研发的新型建筑外墙装饰材料常用的有建筑涂料、外墙砖、玻璃幕墙、陶瓷挂板、铝板、铝塑板等。外墙涂料安全、色彩丰富、容易更新,但对墙体的诸如抗裂性、耐候耐久性保护性能较差,且易脏、易褪色;而玻璃幕墙的反光、陶瓷挂板的高密度和外墙砖本身自重大,给在外墙高层建筑使用带来潜在危险,并且通常高温烧制,属高污染高能耗类产品,安全隐患和环保隐患并存。铝板,铝塑板等金属类外墙装饰材料由于其造价高昂,安装要求复杂,难以普及。因此,人们着力研发价格低廉、环保、易于生产,且质量轻、强度高、韧性高、耐久性好、收缩率低的外墙装饰板材。
碱激发胶凝材料是由潜在胶凝材料组分和碱性激发剂反应生成的一类胶凝材料,具有原材料丰富(可利用工业废弃物),制备简单和能耗低等优点,并且兼备良好的耐腐、耐高温等性能。其中,潜在凝胶材料组分主要为偏高领土、粒化高炉矿渣、粒化磷渣及粉煤灰等。碱性激发剂主要是苛性碱、可溶性硅酸盐或非硅酸盐。碱激发胶凝材料与传统硅酸盐水泥相比,具有需量小、水化热低、强度高和耐久性好等优点。而碱激发剂的种类、矿渣的成分和结构的差异都可使水化产物的组成和结构产生较大差异。(碱激发胶凝材料的应用研究,张波(173)53,《中国胶凝剂》第2014年3月第23卷第3期)
本发明人经过长期艰苦的探索和反复的实验发现采用碱激发胶凝材料生产外墙装饰板需要解决以下诸多庞杂的问题:如何从无数可能的方案中甄选出潜在凝胶材料组分的复配以提高早期水化速度、并生成高强度的产物,达到外墙装饰板抗腐蚀、抗冲击、抗疲劳、韧性高、耐久性好、收缩率低等等各项性能指标;如何配制恰当的碱性激发剂在水化过程中对复配的潜在凝胶材料活性激发,使其潜在水硬性得到充分发挥;如何提高稀浆薄料成坯质量以及如何实现流水线作业达到批量生产。这一系列连锁性问题成为碱激发胶凝材料产业化生产外墙装饰板的难点。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为了克服上述难点,本发明提供一种抄取成型碱激发粉煤灰-碱渣外墙装饰板及其制备方法,该技术方案充分发挥了粉煤灰-碱渣的潜在水硬性,在较高的水化速度中生成高强度产物以达到外墙装饰板各项性能指标,并保证了板材的成坯质量,可实现批量生产的流水线作业。
本发明提供的一种抄取成型碱激发粉煤灰-碱渣外墙装饰板,所述装饰板包括压合的装饰面层和中料层,所述装饰面层外表面喷涂有装饰面层物料,
所述中料层物料由按重量份计的下述组份制成:
粉煤灰100份、碱渣5-80份、碱性激发剂1-15份、水10-40份、纸浆纤维5-40份和聚丙烯纤维0.5-2份。
进一步的,所述粉煤灰,按百分比计,含O:46.5-47.5,Si:10.1-28.5,Al:6.3-20.5,Fe:3.5-16.6,Ca:0.4-24.3,Mg:0.08-1.83,Ti:0.4-1.8,其余为杂质。
进一步的,所述碱渣,按百分比计,含Si:3.1-3.3,Ca:20.5-23.5,Mg:5.2-7.3,Cl,:16.6-19.3,S:0.4-0.6,C:6.4-8.4。
进一步,所述碱性激发剂为苛性钠、钠水玻璃和石灰复合配制而成。
进一步,所述中料层物料由按重量份计的下述组份制成:
粉煤灰100份、碱渣70份、碱性激发剂10份、水40份、纸浆纤维35份和聚丙烯纤维1份。
进一步,所述中料层物料由按重量份计的下述组份制成:
粉煤灰100份、碱渣30份、碱性激发剂12份、水30份、纸浆纤维25份和聚丙烯纤维1.5份。
进一步,碱性激发剂由苛性钠、钠水玻璃及石灰复合配制而成,且重量比为2:5:3。
进一步,所述粉煤灰比表面积大于或等于350m2/kg;所述碱渣为碱渣原渣经粉磨后制得,且比表面积为300-600m2/kg。
上述的外墙装饰板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将所述装饰面层物料和中料层物料分别按照溶液、粉体和纸浆纤维的顺序依次加入搅拌机中搅拌5-10min;
2)将装饰面层物料喷射在涂有脱模剂的带有纹理的模板上;
3)将中料层物料卸入抄取机中抄取成型,于20-35℃、0.1-1MPa和10-20m/min车速下抄取脱水成型;
4)将带有装饰面层物料的纹理模板压制在抄取成型的中料层上;
5)将成型的湿板材切割成相应尺寸;
6)将板材放入20-50℃、相对湿度70-90%的环境中养护1-3天;
7)将毛坯板切割成规格尺寸。
所述步骤2)中,脱模剂由含氟单体、丙烯酸酯单体和酸基单体共聚而成。
所述步骤3)中,所述抄取机,包括网箱、网筒、毛毯、伏辊、导辊、胸辊和成型辊,所述网筒包括转动主轴、支撑架、支撑网以及滤网,所述支撑架固定在所述转动主轴上,所述支撑网固定在所述支撑架上,所述滤网覆盖固定在所述支撑网上。

碱激发胶凝材料是一种由[AlO4]4-和[SiO4]4-四面体结构单元组成三维网状立体结构的无机聚合物,属于非金属材料,具有良好的力学性能、耐久性、可调膨胀系数、低排放和低能耗等优点。碱激发粉煤灰胶凝材料在单独使用的时候具有常温无法激发、前期强度低、凝结硬化慢等致命缺点。碱渣是工业生产中制碱和碱处理过程中排放的碱性废渣,成份主要包括碳酸钙、硫酸钙、氯化钙等钙盐为主要组分的废渣,还含有少量的二氧化硫等成份。将碱渣掺入粉煤灰中,复合掺入少量碱性激发剂可以制备碱激发粉煤灰-碱渣胶凝材料,碱渣掺入偏高岭土中显著增加复合体系的碱度,其成分中的硫酸钙与偏高岭土发生硫酸盐激发反应,加速体系的水化反应,促进强度发展。同时,其成分中的氯化钙可起到早强作用。
与最接近的现有技术比,本发明提供的技术方案具有以下优异效果:
1、本发明选取碱激发粉煤灰-碱渣生成胶凝材料,工艺简单、价格低廉、节约能源,实现工业废渣的变废为宝;以其制备的外墙装饰板具有质量轻、抗冲击强度高、韧性高、抗疲劳性能好、耐久性好、收缩率低、无后期开裂问题等优点;
2、碱性激发剂可以显著的改善碱激发粉煤灰胶凝材料的性能,提高强度和耐久性能;
3、碱渣中的有效成分提高了体系碱度,促进粉煤灰的水化反应、提高早期强度;
4、该工艺生产效率高,成本低,很容易形成流水线作业和批量生产;
5、该工艺可提高稀浆薄料成坯质量。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例的方式对本发明提供的技术方案做进一步清楚完整的说明,但它们并不构成对本发明的限制。
实施例1
制备本发明抄取成型碱激发粉煤灰-碱渣外墙装饰板
1.配制碱性激发剂:
按重量比,苛性钠:钠水玻璃:石灰为2:5:3。
2.配制中料层物料:
按重量份计:粉煤灰100份、碱渣70份、碱性激发剂10份、水40份、纸浆纤维
35份、聚丙烯纤维1份。
上述组份中所述粉煤灰的成分,按百分比计,含O:46.5,Si:17.3,Al:9.7,Fe:6.5,Ca:10.8,Mg:4.3,Ti:0.6,其余为杂质。

3.制备外墙装饰板
1)将装饰面层物料和中料层物料分别按照溶液、粉体和纸浆纤维的顺序依次加入搅拌机中搅拌8min;
2)将装饰面层物料喷射在涂有脱模剂的带有特殊纹理的模板上;
3)将中料层物料卸入抄取机中抄取成型,抄取脱水压力成型中,温度为25℃,压力为0.1MPa,车速为15m/min;
4)将带有装饰面层物料的纹理模板压制在抄取成型后的中料层物料;
5)将成型的湿板材切割成相应尺寸;
6)板材放入温度30℃、相对湿度75%环境中养护2天;
7)将毛坯板切割成规格尺寸。
实施例2
制备本发明抄取成型碱激发粉煤灰-碱渣外墙装饰板
1.配制碱性激发剂:
按重量比,苛性钠:钠水玻璃:石灰为2:5:3。
2.配制中料层物料:
按重量份计:粉煤灰100份、碱渣30份、碱性激发剂12份、水30份、纸浆纤维25份、聚丙烯纤维1.5份。
上述组份中所述粉煤灰的成分,按百分比计,含O:46.9,Si:15.8Al:12.5,Fe:4.6,Ca:5.5,Mg:0.7,Ti:0.4,其余为杂质。
所述碱渣的成分,按百分比计,含Si:3.2,Ca:22.5,Mg:6.2,Cl,:17.1,S:0.5,C:6.9。
3.制备外墙装饰板
1)将面层物料和中料层物料分别按照溶液、粉体和纸浆纤维的顺序依次加入搅拌机中搅拌10min;
2)将装饰面层物料喷射在涂有脱模剂的带有特殊纹理的模板上;
3)将中料层物料卸入抄取机中抄取成型,抄取脱水压力成型中,温度为30℃,压力为0.5MPa,车速为20m/min;
4)将带有装饰面层物料的纹理模板压制在抄取成型后的中料层物料;
5)将成型的湿板材切割成相应尺寸;
6)板材放入温度35℃、相对湿度85%环境中养护1天;
7)将毛坯板切割成规格尺寸。
本发明所用脱模剂由含氟单体、丙烯酸酯单体和酸基单体共聚而成,取代公知长链全氟烷基化合物,除了可避免公知长链全氟烷基化合物在某些条件下降解形成全氟辛酸(PFOA)的问题,还能够达到具有与长链氟烷共聚物相近的离型性能及寿命。
抄取机,包括网箱、网筒、毛毯、伏辊、导辊、胸辊和成型辊,所述网筒包括转动主轴、支撑架、支撑网以及滤网,所述支撑架固定在所述转动主轴上,所述支撑网固定在所述支撑架上,所述滤网覆盖固定在所述支撑网上,网筒的长度与直径之比为4~7:1,滤网的目数为80-120目,网筒的上方还设置有雾状喷水设备,所述雾状喷水设备的压力为0.5-1.5Mpa。
支撑架包括多根连接杆,所述连接杆均匀固定在所述转动主轴上。
连接杆呈弧形,其中相邻的两根连接杆与转动主轴连接的端部重合。
抄取机采用了新的多层支撑网的结构,多层支撑网能够对滤网上附着的料层提供支撑力,从而避免料层不均匀;同时由于多层支撑网的支撑力共同作用能够避免滤网上的料层的附着力较小而出现孔洞的问题。
中料层物料配制如表1:(按重量份计)

Claims (10)

1.一种抄取成型碱激发粉煤灰-碱渣外墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述装饰板包括压合的装饰面层和中料层,所述装饰面层外表面喷涂有装饰面层物料,所述中料层由抄取成型的中料层物料制成,所述中料层物料由按重量份计的下述组份制成:粉煤灰100份、碱渣5-80份、碱性激发剂1-15份、水10-40份、纸浆纤维5-40份和聚丙烯纤维0.5-2份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的外墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述粉煤灰,按百分比计,含O:46.5-47.5,Si:10.1-28.5,Al:6.3-20.5,Fe:3.5-16.6,Ca:0.4-24.3,Mg:0.08-1.83,Ti:0.4-1.8,其余为杂质。
3.按照权利要求1所述的外墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述碱渣,按百分比计,含Si:3.1-3.3,Ca:20.5-23.5,Mg:5.2-7.3,Cl,:16.6-19.3,S:0.4-0.6,C:6.4-8.4。
4.按照权利要求1所述的外墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述碱性激发剂为苛性钠、钠水玻璃和石灰复合配制而成。
5.按照权利要求1所述的外墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述中料层物料由按重量份计的下述组份制成:
粉煤灰100份、碱渣30份、碱性激发剂12份、水30份、纸浆纤维25份和聚丙烯纤维1.5份。
6.按照权利要求1所述的外墙装饰板,其特征在于,碱性激发剂由苛性钠、钠水玻璃及石灰复合配制而成,重量比为2:5:3。
7.按照权利要求1所述的外墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述粉煤灰比表面积大于或等于350m2/kg;所述碱渣为碱渣原渣经粉磨后制得,且比表面积为300-600m2/kg。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的抄取成型碱激发粉煤灰-碱渣外墙的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)将所述装饰面层物料和中料层物料分别加入搅拌机中搅拌5-10min;
2)将装饰面层物料喷射在涂有脱模剂的带有纹理的模板上;
3)将中料层物料卸入抄取机中抄取成型,于20-35℃、0.1-1MPa和10-20m/min车速下抄取脱水成型;
4)将带有装饰面层物料的纹理模板压制在抄取成型的中料层上;
5)将成型的湿板材切割成相应尺寸;
6)将板材放入20-50℃、相对湿度70-90%的环境中养护1-3天;
7)将毛坯板切割成规格尺寸。
9.按照权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中,脱模剂由含氟单体、丙烯酸酯单体和酸基单体共聚而成。
10.按照权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中,所述抄取机,包括网箱、网筒、毛毯、伏辊、导辊、胸辊和成型辊,所述网筒包括转动主轴、支撑架、支撑网以及滤网,所述支撑架固定在所述转动主轴上,所述支撑网固定在所述支撑架上,所述滤网覆盖固定在所述支撑网上。
