本发明涉及一种小分子团水的制备工艺。现在市面流行着各种各样制造小分子团水的器具,都存在共同的缺陷,小分子团水很快缔结成大分子簇团,不能存放,限制了推广应用。本发明通过一种小分子团水的制备,解决了小分子团水很快缔结成大分子簇团,不能存放的问题。为小分子团水的生产提供了可靠的生产工艺,同时为小分子团水拓展了广泛的应用市场,有着长远的发展前景。

本发明涉及一种小分子团水的制备工艺。属水的深加工。
背景技术
天然水是由许多水分子通过氢键缔合的簇团。天然水经过技术手段处理,可使水分子簇团变小,成为小分子团水。人喝小分子团水有良好的生物效应。由许许多多的水分子缔合成的分子簇团,被充分切割成富含小分子团的离子水,改变了天然水的结构,成为“分散”的水,简称小分子水或小分子团水。为此,现行市面上流行着各种各样的制造小分子团水的器具及装置。既有国产的,也有进口的。有些虽然能制造小分子团水,但都存在一个共同的问题,小分子团水无法长期存放。因此,要解决小分子团水的推广应用,首要的任务就是要攻克小分子团水的稳定存放。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要从制备小分子团水的工艺上解决小分子团水的存放难题。
本发明涉及一种小分子团水的制备工艺,其基本特征在于:饮用水通过高温高压活化,切割磁力线磁处理,将注入高温高压陶瓷反应釜中的饮用水,加热到100-200度,通过陶瓷纳米钙、纳米硅、纳米镁1-2小时的激活作用,活化的水通过切割磁力线处理0.5-1小时,被切割成富含小分子团的离子水,改变了天然水的结构,成为分散的水,简称小分子团水。2、将小分子团水,冷却至常温18-25度,经过超滤处理,放入储罐储存,臭氧杀菌后,即可灌装。
由于经过高温高压的饮用水,在100-200度温度下,通过陶瓷纳米钙、纳米硅、纳米镁的激活作用,切割磁力线的处理,水的天然结构改善,成为富含小分子团的离子水,即小分子团水。经核磁共振谱检测水的半幅宽53HZ,放置三个月后再检测,水的半幅宽53.5HZ,仍十分稳定,属优质小分子团水。
具体实施
经上述工艺制备的小分子团水,存放稳定,经过十多年广泛应用,不管是慢性病人的应用,还是农业种植上的应用,养殖上的应用,均能达到显著的效果,有的产品放了三年,仍保持质量不变。

1.本发明涉及一种小分子团水的制备工艺其基本特征在于,对饮用水进行高温高压,活化,切割磁力线磁处理,将注入高温高压陶瓷反应釜中的饮用水,加热到100-200度,经过陶瓷纳米钙、纳米硅、纳米镁1-2小时激活作用,活化的水通过切割磁力线处理0.5-1小时,被切割成富含小分子团的离子水,改变了天然水的结构,成为分散的水,简称小分子团水。达到存放稳定的小分子团水。
2.将小分子团水冷却至常温18-25度,经超滤处理,放入储罐储存,臭氧杀菌后即可灌装。
