Abstract
The environment-friendly oil immersed transformer comprises an oil tank outer shell, an oil tank inner shell, an iron core and a winding which are positioned in the center of the oil tank inner shell, oil purifying devices which are positioned at two sides of the iron core and the winding and form a cavity with the side wall of the oil tank inner shell, and a noise reducing device which is positioned between the oil tank inner shell and the oil tank outer shell, wherein the noise reducing device comprises a noise reducing interlayer and a cooling interlayer; the oil purifying device is a forced purifying device arranged in the oil tank and comprises a first purifier for filtering nonmetallic impurities and a second purifier for adsorbing the metallic impurities, and air exchange is not carried out with the outside, so that the purity of the transformer oil can be improved; the two devices are mutually coordinated, so that the effects of noise reduction, oil purification and cooling can be achieved, and the device has good environmental protection and energy conservation.

The transformer is one of the essential main equipment of power plant and substation, can divide into dry-type transformer, oil-immersed transformer, fluoride transformer according to the cooling method roughly, and oil-immersed transformer mainly comprises iron core, winding, oil tank, conservator, insulating sleeve, tapping switch and gas relay etc. but the transformer has following problem when in actual use:
(1) At present, most of transformer oil tanks are provided with oil purifiers, and built-in adsorbents are used for absorbing water, acid and metal impurities in oil through oil circulation so as to achieve the purposes of keeping transformer oil clean and prolonging the service life of a transformer, but the devices have the defects that for a transformer with stable operation, the temperature difference between the transformer oil at the middle upper part and the transformer oil at the lower part of the oil tank is not very large, the convection current formed in the oil tank is very slow, and the circulation purification effect is poor; in addition, the commonly used oil purifier is mostly provided with an adsorbent, the functions of purifying the transformer oil and prolonging the service life of the transformer oil are achieved through adsorption and filtration, but the adsorbent does not have the function of adsorbing metallic impurities, the transformer oil cannot be thoroughly cleaned, and the adsorbent needs to be replaced after the adsorption reaches saturation, however, the transformer oil in the oil tank needs to be completely replaced, so that the operation is more inconvenient, and the transformer oil is wasted;
(2) When the transformer operates, the alternating magnetic field generates periodic alternating acting force on the iron core and the coil to cause vibration, and the vibration is transmitted to the oil tank through the iron core clamping piece, the pad foot and the like to generate great noise, so that daily life of surrounding residents is influenced; along with the enhancement of social environmental awareness, people have increasingly strict perception, understanding and control of noise, at present, some means are also used for reducing the noise generated by a transformer, such as installing a sound insulation wall in a transformer room, attaching porous felt, fiber rock wool and other sound absorption materials to the wall and the ceiling, or making sound absorption blocks to be hung indoors.

(5) According to the invention, the damping protective sleeve is arranged outside the transformer shell, the rigid connection between the metal shell and the ground can be separated by selecting the high-elastic flexible material, and meanwhile, 4 base pads are arranged below the damping protective sleeve, so that a certain sound absorption effect is achieved, and noise is effectively prevented from being transmitted to the ground and the air through the shell;
(6) The invention thickens the inner wall and the outer wall of the oil tank of the transformer, can play a certain noise blocking effect, simultaneously roughens the periphery of the inner wall of the oil tank, is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped bulges on the surface, is too smooth, is easy to generate echo to increase the volume of noise, and can refract sound waves for multiple times by the internal roughening treatment, thereby effectively weakening the noise.
