The alcohol-based fuel is a liquid fuel which is synthesized by taking alcohols (methanol, ethanol and the like) as main raw materials and chemically blending according to a specific process formula, is a clean fuel and can be widely applied to the industries of boilers, kilns, aluminum melting furnaces and the like. At present, a spray combustion mode is generally adopted for a burner for combusting alcohol-based fuel, but because the latent heat of vaporization of alcohol, particularly methanol, is relatively large, for example, the latent heat of vaporization of methanol is about 4 times that of diesel oil, a local low-temperature area can be generated in a hearth or a combustion chamber, incomplete combustion is caused, and pollutants such as formaldehyde are discharged. However, these methods have problems of complicated system, difficulty in controlling fuel, inflexibility in adjustment, etc., and have safety hazards such as gas leakage or container explosion.

The alcohol-based fuel is mixed with high-temperature gas after being vaporized and then combusted, flame shortening is facilitated, and meanwhile, the temperature of the mixed gas is higher than that of normal-temperature air, so that the flame stability can be improved.

Referring to fig. 1, the alcohol-based fuel vaporizing combustion device comprises a machine shell 1, wherein an air conveying pipeline 11 and a combustion port 12 which are connected with each other are arranged in the machine shell 1, the air conveying pipeline 11 conveys air to the combustion port 12, and the combustion port 12 is positioned in a hearth or a combustion chamber. The burner port 12 is provided with a burner tip 2, the burner tip 2 is connected with an evaporation pipeline 3, the evaporation pipeline 3 is connected with a high-temperature gas supply pipeline 4, and the high-temperature gas supply pipeline 4 leads high-temperature gas into the evaporation pipeline 3. The working process of the embodiment: firstly, high-temperature gas is introduced into the evaporation pipeline 3 through the high-temperature gas supply pipeline 4, the high-temperature gas can be boiler exhaust smoke or air heated by the boiler exhaust smoke through a heat exchanger, the alcohol-based fuel is conveyed to the atomizing nozzle 5 through the fuel pipe 6, the alcohol-based fuel is sprayed into the evaporation pipeline 3 through the atomizing nozzle 5, the atomized alcohol-based fuel is vaporized after meeting the high-temperature gas, and the high-temperature gas mixed with the vaporized fuel is sprayed into the combustion port 12 through the combustion nozzle 2 to be mixed with the air conveyed by the air conveying pipeline 11 for combustion.
