技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌抗撕裂EVA发泡材料。
背景技术
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,英文简称EVA,自问世以来,以优良的着色性能和良好的柔软性,而被广泛用于运动器材、救生器材、家居用品等领域。
目前EVA发泡时一般采用AC发泡剂,但是AC发泡剂分解温度较高,制得的EVA发泡材料回弹性不高,柔软性较差,同时,目前市场上的EVA发泡材料大部分不具有抗菌功能,且EVA发泡材质易撕裂、易破损的缺陷。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前高分子材料技术领域亟需解决的问题。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌抗撕裂EVA发泡材料。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种抗菌抗撕裂EVA发泡材料,由以下数的原料组分组成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物50~55、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物5~10、氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯丙烯嵌段共聚物15~25、聚烯烃弹性体6~12、交联剂0.5~1、硬脂酸锌0.5~1、微胶囊发泡剂10~15、抗静电剂5~8、硬脂酸0.5~1.2;纳米二氧化镁0.8~1.6。
优选的,还可由以下数的原料组分组成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物50、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物5、氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯丙烯嵌段共聚物15、聚烯烃弹性体6、交联剂0.5、硬脂酸锌0.5、微胶囊发泡剂10、抗静电剂5、硬脂酸0.5;纳米二氧化镁0.8。
优选的,还可由以下数的原料组分组成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物53、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物7、氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯丙烯嵌段共聚物20、聚烯烃弹性体9、交联剂0.7、硬脂酸锌0.7、微胶囊发泡剂13、抗静电剂7、硬脂酸0.9;纳米二氧化镁1.2。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的抗菌抗撕裂EVA发泡材料质地柔软,表面平滑,回弹抗震效果好,且具有良好的抗菌和抗静电功能,应用范围较广。
