Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a processing method of an easy-to-tear cover, which can overcome the problem that concave convex points in the prior art are not beneficial to the overall presentation of patterns.
The invention provides a processing method of an easy-to-tear cover, the easy-to-tear cover comprises a cover body and a pull lug, the pull lug is used for covering an opening of a metal tank body, and the processing method comprises the following steps: thermally coating at least one layer of resin on the outer surface of the aluminum foil, which is far away from the metal tank body; coating hot melt adhesive on the inner surface of the aluminum foil facing the metal tank body; die cutting is carried out on the aluminum foil to obtain a pull lug; according to a preset pattern, molding the outer surface of the pull lug, which is far away from the metal tank body, so as to form a molded pattern layer corresponding to the preset pattern; printing on the pattern-making layer; and under the preset hot laminating condition, carrying out hot laminating on the pull lug and the cover body to obtain the easily-torn cover.
Further, the thermal coating of at least one layer of resin on the outer surface of the aluminum foil facing away from the metal can body comprises: pressing at a temperature of 180 ℃ and 200 ℃ for at least 50 minutes under a pressure of 20-40 kilograms force per square meter.
Further, according to the predetermined pattern, the outer surface of the pull tab facing away from the metal can body is molded, which includes: and according to a preset pattern, plastic materials are piled on the outer surface of the pull lug, which is far away from the metal tank body.
Further, before the step of thermally laminating the pull tab and the cover body, the method further comprises the following steps: cutting the aluminum plate to obtain the cover body basic body; punching the cover body basic body to obtain a cover body; wherein the hole is used for the content in the metal can body to pass through, and the pull lug is used for covering the hole.
Further, after the punching the lid body base body, the method further includes: stretching and rolling the cover body basic body; trimming the lid body after the rolling to form a round edge for fitting with the metal can body.
Further, under the preset hot laminating condition, the hot laminating of the pull tab and the cover body comprises: and hot-pressing the pull lug and the cover body at the hot-pressing temperature of 170-210 ℃.
Further, under the preset hot laminating condition, the pulling lug and the cover body are thermally laminated, and the method further comprises the following steps: and hot-pressing the pull lug and the cover body under the hot-pressing pressure of 125 and 140 kilograms per square centimeter.
Further, the hot pressing time is 0.1 to 0.3 seconds.
Further, after the pulling lug and the cover body are thermally combined, the method further comprises the following steps: and folding the handle on the pull lug.
Further, after obtaining the easy-to-tear cover, the method further comprises the following steps: and collecting the easily torn cover and sending the easily torn cover into a finished product warehouse.
According to the processing method of the easy-to-tear cover, the molded pattern layer corresponding to the preset pattern is directly formed by molding the outer surface of the pull lug, which is far away from the metal tank body, so that the adverse effect of the concave-convex point on the overall presentation of the final pattern in the prior art is avoided, and the overall presentation of the final pattern on the pull lug is facilitated. In addition, at least one layer of resin is thermally coated on the outer surface of the aluminum foil, which is far away from the metal tank body, so that the toughness and strength of the aluminum foil can be effectively improved, and the problem of wrinkles in the subsequent processing process is reduced; and through the moulding of drawing the ear, can effectively improve the intensity that draws the ear, further reduce the fold problem in the follow-up course of working.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention.
All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
The terms "inner", "outer", "upper" and "lower" are used for describing relative positions of the structures in the drawings, and are only for the sake of clarity, but are not used to limit the scope of the present invention, and changes or adjustments of the relative relationships thereof are also considered to be the scope of the present invention without substantial technical changes.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a processing method of an easy-to-tear cover according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a first structural schematic view of the easy-to-tear cover processed by the processing method of the easy-to-tear cover provided by the embodiment of the invention. The easy-to-tear cover comprises a cover body 10 and a pull tab 20, and is used for covering the opening of the metal can body.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present embodiment provides a method for processing an easy-to-tear cover, including:
s101, thermally covering at least one layer of resin on the outer surface of the aluminum foil, which is far away from the metal tank body;
wherein at least one layer of resin may also be heat-coated on the outer surface of the aluminum foil facing away from the metal can body and the inner surface facing the metal can body. The resin may specifically be PET (Polyethylene terephthalate).
Taking the example of thermally coating a layer of resin on the outer surface of the aluminum foil facing away from the metal can body: firstly, the resin can be made into a prepreg, and the specific semi-curing process can be similar to the prior art; and covering the prepreg on the outer surface of the aluminum foil, which is far away from the metal tank body, and placing the aluminum foil between stainless steel laminated plates, and pressing the aluminum foil at the temperature of 180-200 ℃ and the pressure of 20-40 kilograms per square meter for at least 50 minutes. After the prepreg and the aluminum foil are placed into the laminated board, the laminated board can be sent into a vacuum hot press for hot pressing.
In this embodiment, through covering resin on the aluminium foil to improve the wilfulness and the intensity of aluminium foil, improve the handling property of aluminium foil, thereby reduce or even avoid the aluminium foil to appear the fold in follow-up course of working or tear the problem of splitting.
S102, coating hot melt adhesive on the inner surface of the aluminum foil facing the metal tank body;
the hot melt adhesive is specifically used for bonding the aluminum foil and the aluminum plate; after the hot melt adhesive is coated on the inner surface of the aluminum foil, the aluminum foil is dried and/or cooled, so that the subsequent processing process of the aluminum foil is not influenced by the hot melt adhesive. In this embodiment, a hot melt adhesive may be provided to a part of the inner surface of the aluminum foil, for example, to a part of the inner surface of the aluminum foil that is in contact with the cover body.
S103, die cutting is carried out on the aluminum foil to obtain a pull tab;
specifically, the aluminum foil is cut according to a predetermined size according to a mold and a model to obtain a tab.
S104, molding the outer surface of the pull lug, which is away from the metal tank body, according to a preset pattern to form a molded pattern layer;
in this embodiment, according to a predetermined pattern, a plastic material is stacked on the outer surface of the pull tab away from the metal can, so as to form a molded pattern layer corresponding to the predetermined pattern. In addition, the plastic material is piled on the outer surface of the pull lug, which deviates from the metal tank body, so that the strength of the pull lug can be improved, and the problem of wrinkles in the production process of the easily torn cover is reduced or even avoided.
The preset patterns can be set according to actual needs, the layering sense of the pull lug can be increased through the shaping process, and the personalized design of the pull lug can be achieved.
S105, printing on the molded pattern layer of the pull tab to obtain a printed pattern layer;
in this embodiment, the molded tab is printed according to actual needs to form a color printed pattern layer. After color printing, the surface of the printing pattern layer can be printed with overprint varnish to protect the printing pattern layer and increase the glossiness. Wherein the colors include black and white. The printing pattern layer and the modeling pattern layer are matched with each other to form a pattern which is finally displayed.
Specifically, in step S104, the molded pattern layer formed on the outer surface of the pull tab is provided with a recess, and the color-printed paint can be embedded in the recess of the molded pattern layer to prevent the paint from falling off, with the side of the molded pattern layer facing away from the outer surface of the pull tab as the outer side and the outer surface of the molded pattern layer as the base surface. Of course, the color printing coating may be applied to the protruding portions of the patterned layer.
And S106, under the preset hot laminating condition, carrying out hot laminating on the pull lug and the cover body to obtain the easily-torn cover.
In this embodiment, the pull tab and the cover body are hot pressed for 0.1-0.3 seconds at a hot pressing temperature of 170-210 ℃ and a hot pressing pressure of 125-140 kgf per square centimeter. Through the control to the hot laminating in-process parameter of drawing ear and lid, when guaranteeing the leakproofness of metallic tank, can also be convenient for the user will draw ear and lid to tear, adopt the parameter that this embodiment provided, the user tears the power of breaking that draws ear and lid and can be 1-3 kilograms of force.
The processing method of the easy-to-tear cover provided by the embodiment moulds the outer surface of the pull lug deviating from the metal tank body to directly form a moulding pattern layer corresponding to a preset pattern, thereby avoiding the adverse effect of the concave-convex point in the prior art on the overall presentation of the final pattern, and being beneficial to the overall presentation of the final pattern on the pull lug. In addition, at least one layer of resin is thermally coated on the outer surface of the aluminum foil, which is far away from the metal tank body, so that the toughness and strength of the aluminum foil can be effectively improved, and the problem of wrinkles in the subsequent processing process is reduced; and through the moulding of drawing the ear, can effectively improve the intensity that draws the ear, further reduce the fold problem in the follow-up course of working.
Further, before the pull tab and the cover body are thermally laminated, the method further comprises the following steps:
cutting the aluminum plate to obtain a basic body of the cover body;
punching the basic body of the cover body to obtain the cover body; wherein, the hole is used for the content in the metal can body to pass through, draws the ear and is used for covering the hole.
Specifically, the cover body basic body is obtained by cutting an aluminum plate according to a preset size or a model and a die; the lid body base body is punched with a hole having a predetermined size so that the pull tab can cover and seal the hole. The size of the pull tab needs to be larger than that of the hole and larger than that of the hole along the circumferential direction, so that the edge part of the pull tab can be bonded with the part of the hole edge on the cover body base body through hot melt adhesive. Wherein, after punching, the hole can be rounded according to actual need.
Fig. 3 is a structural schematic diagram ii of an easy-to-tear cover processed by the processing method of an easy-to-tear cover according to an embodiment of the present invention. Wherein 11 is a round edge; 12 is a groove.
Referring to fig. 3, further, after punching the lid body base body, the method further includes:
stretching and rolling the basic body of the cover body;
trimming the lid body after the rolling to form a round edge for fitting with the metal can body.
Specifically, the cover body base body is punched, namely stretched, and the outer edge of the cover body base body is curled towards the direction of the metal can body to form a round edge 11 for matching with the metal can body, wherein the round edge can form a groove 12 with an opening facing the metal can body; the rounded edge 11 is trimmed to enable the groove to fit the metal can body. Wherein, the groove 12 is also provided with bonding glue for bonding the easy-to-tear cover with the metal tank body.
Furthermore, a folding hand can be arranged on the pull lug and used for being held by a user so as to transmit the breaking force of the user to the pull lug and tear the pull lug and the cover body. After the pull lug and the cover body are thermally covered, the handle is turned over so that the handle is attached to the outer surface of the easily torn cover and is positioned above the easily torn cover. Wherein, the upper side refers to the side departing from the metal can body.
And finally, collecting the easy-to-tear covers and sending the easy-to-tear covers into a finished product warehouse. Specifically, the easily torn covers can be collected by the cover collecting device, the collected easily torn covers are packaged, and then the easily torn covers after being packaged are conveyed into a finished product warehouse through the conveying device.
The following illustrates a method for manufacturing the easy-to-tear cover according to the present embodiment.
Pressing a prepreg formed by resin and an aluminum foil for 80 minutes at 185 ℃ under the condition of 35 kilograms force per square meter so as to ensure that the resin layer and the aluminum foil are firmly and reliably combined;
arranging hot melt adhesive on the inner surface of the aluminum foil facing the metal tank body, and particularly arranging the hot melt adhesive on the part of the inner surface of the aluminum foil, which is in contact with the cover body;
die cutting is carried out on the aluminum foil to obtain a pull tab;
according to a preset pattern, molding the outer surface of the pull lug, which is away from the metal tank body, so that a molded pattern layer is formed on the outer surface of the pull lug;
printing the molded pull tab, namely, performing color printing on the molded pattern layer on the outer surface of the pull tab to form a printed pattern layer, wherein the printed pattern layer and the molded pattern layer are matched with each other to form a finally presented pattern;
hot-pressing the pull tab and the cover body for 0.3 second at 170 ℃ and 135 kilograms per square centimeter to obtain the easily torn cover;
collect easily tearing the lid to pack the easily tearing lid of collecting, and send into the finished product storehouse with easily tearing the lid after the packing.
Or pressing the prepreg formed by the resin and the aluminum foil for 60 minutes at 205 ℃ under the condition of 30 kilograms force per square meter so as to ensure that the resin layer and the aluminum foil are firmly and reliably combined;
arranging hot melt adhesive on the inner surface of the aluminum foil facing the metal tank body, and particularly arranging the hot melt adhesive on the part of the inner surface of the aluminum foil, which is in contact with the cover body;
die cutting is carried out on the aluminum foil to obtain a pull tab;
according to a preset pattern, molding the outer surface of the pull lug, which is away from the metal tank body, so that a molded pattern layer is formed on the outer surface of the pull lug;
printing the molded pull tab, namely, performing color printing on the molded pattern layer on the outer surface of the pull tab to form a printed pattern layer, wherein the printed pattern layer and the molded pattern layer are matched with each other to form a finally presented pattern;
hot-pressing the pull tab and the cover body for 0.1 second at 210 ℃ and 130 kilograms per square centimeter to obtain the easily torn cover;
collect easily tearing the lid to pack the easily tearing lid of collecting, and send into the finished product storehouse with easily tearing the lid after the packing.
The processing method of the easy-to-tear cover provided by the embodiment moulds the outer surface of the pull lug deviating from the metal tank body to directly form a moulding pattern layer corresponding to a preset pattern, thereby avoiding the adverse effect of the concave-convex point in the prior art on the overall presentation of the final pattern, and being beneficial to the overall presentation of the final pattern on the pull lug.
In addition, at least one layer of resin is thermally coated on the outer surface of the aluminum foil, which is far away from the metal tank body, so that the toughness and strength of the aluminum foil can be effectively improved, and the problem of wrinkles in the subsequent processing process is reduced; the pull lug is molded, so that the strength of the pull lug can be effectively improved, and the problem of wrinkles in the subsequent processing process is further reduced; through the control of the temperature, the pressure and the time of the hot covering of the pull lug and the cover body, reasonable tearing strength is obtained, and the best user experience is achieved on the basis of ensuring the sealing performance of the metal can.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
