Abstract
The invention provides a sensor protection device and an electric scooter, the sensor protection device is applied to the electric scooter, the electric scooter comprises a foot pedal and a pedal fixing piece for connecting the foot pedal and the sensor protection device, the sensor comprises a base, the sensor protection device is arranged above the base, the sensor protection device is connected with the base, the sensor protection device comprises a substrate and a plurality of limiting columns arranged between the base and the substrate, the substrate is connected with the base, a through hole for penetrating the limiting columns is arranged on the substrate, one end of each limiting column is abutted against the pedal fixing piece, and the other end of each limiting column is abutted against the base. The invention ensures that the sensor can not generate negative data change in the twisting process, thereby accurately sensing the moving direction of the gravity center of the user and prolonging the service life of the sensor.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electric scooters, and particularly relates to a sensor protection device and an electric scooter.
Background
With the development of various riding instead of walk tools, scooter is popular with young people due to small volume, light weight and convenient carrying.
At present, a gravity sensor is mostly adopted for sensing the movement of the gravity center of a human body, so as to control the movement direction and the movement speed of the electric scooter.
However, the sensors adopted at present are hard connected with other parts of the electric scooter, when the weight of a human body exceeds the sensing range of the sensors, or the human body passes through a bumpy road section, the weight of the human body easily exceeds the measuring range of the sensors, or the sensors are damaged, so that the service life of the sensors is reduced.
Therefore, a solution is needed to improve the accuracy of the movement of the center of gravity of the human body sensed by the sensor and to prolong the service life of the sensor and the electric scooter.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sensor protection device and an electric scooter, which aim to improve the accuracy of movement of the center of gravity of a human body sensed by a sensor and prolong the service lives of the sensor and the electric scooter.

Based on the technical problems, the invention provides the sensor protection device and the electric scooter, which can improve the accuracy of the movement of the center of gravity of a human body sensed by the sensor and prolong the service life of the sensor.

Further, the substrate 30 has a square structure, and the through hole 301 is disposed at a middle portion of the substrate 30. The substrate 30 may have a rectangular parallelepiped structure or a square structure, and the shape and structure thereof are not limited in this embodiment, and the position of the through hole 301 is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the number of the limiting posts 40 is preferably four, and the number of the through holes 301 is four.
Further, at least four strain gauges 201 are provided on the base 20.
In this embodiment, the sensor uses four strain gauges 201, so that the sensor can accurately sense the movement direction of the center of gravity of the user.
In addition, the electric scooter further comprises a bridge 50, a bridge fixing plate 60 arranged on the bridge 50, and a plurality of connecting posts 70 for connecting the base 20 and the bridge fixing plate 60. One end of the connection post 70 is abutted against the bottom surface of the base 20, and the other end of the connection post 70 is abutted against the bridge fixing plate 60.
It will be appreciated that since the connecting post 70 has a certain length, there is a certain gap between the base 20 and the bridge fixing plate 60, so that the stroke of the sensor can be limited, and the sensor is further protected.
The assembly process of the sensor protection device and the sensor in the invention is as follows:
the pedal fixing piece 10 and the protection device are fixed together, the sensor protection device and the sensor are fixed through bolts 80, the pedal fixing piece 10, the sensor protection device and the sensor are integrally fixed on the bridge 50, and finally the pedal fixing piece 10 and the pedal are fixed.

Claims (4)
