Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine and physiotherapy health care, and particularly relates to a foot massage physiotherapy composition, foot massage physiotherapy cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, along with the development of science and technology, the society advances, the living standard of people is improved, and a new demand for health is provided, so that the practice of headache treatment and foot pain treatment cannot keep up with the development of times. Ancient physicians Hua Tuo is named in Zuxin dao: soaking feet in the spring to raise yang and relieve exhaustion; the dampness can be removed when the feet are soaked in the summer; soaking feet in autumn to moisten intestines; in winter, the feet are soaked in the red field and are scorched. We see the ancient understanding and emphasis on the "foot". The progress of society prompts people not always to stay in the original traditional Chinese medicine foot-soaking stage. The potential of people to have a new question about products with higher functions, convenient use, strong permeability and multiple complex functions! The theory of traditional Chinese medicine channels and collaterals considers that: the five zang organs and six fu organs of the human body have corresponding acupuncture points on the feet, which are the convergence points of all meridians, and the feet are regarded as the second heart of the human body in the west. The European and American theory of foot reflex considers that the different manifestations of each part of the human foot can reflect the pathological changes of different organs of the human body. Since both feet are located far from the heart, blood circulation disorder easily occurs, and harmful substances brought from various parts of the body are likely to be deposited therein due to the influence of the gravity of the earth. Experts abroad think that symptoms can appear on the feet when the pathological change degree reaches 10 percent, and the pathological change degree reaches 70 percent when the human body generates intuition symptoms and can be detected by medical instruments.
Tests prove that after the metabolic residues left on the feet are massaged, the metabolic residues are discharged out of the body through the urinary system and other excretory organs along with accelerated blood circulation, so that the discharged urine is very turbid and has strong smell after the feet are massaged for 3-5 days. The foot massage can improve blood circulation, reduce heart burden, reduce pathological change probability of other organs, and improve metabolism ability.
