To clearly show the connection between the drawer mounting assembly and the aluminum drawer, two aluminum side walls, an aluminum front wall, and an aluminum rear wall are omitted from fig. 9 and 10. Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the outer rail 4 is installed at the bottom of the aluminum drawer 7, the connection part 21 of the fixing member is installed on the pad 1, and the pad 1 is fixed on the cabinet.
Optionally, when the drawer mounting assembly includes the cover plate 9, the aluminum drawer provided in this embodiment also includes the cover plate 9.
The aluminum drawer provided with the drawer installation assembly provided by the embodiment adopts aluminum materials for the side walls and the front and rear walls, adopts metal plates or glass plates for the bottom plate, is an environment-friendly material without formaldehyde, and can meet the environment-friendly requirement without formaldehyde; due to the adoption of the drawer installation assembly, the installation difficulty is reduced, and the smoothness of drawing of the aluminum drawer is improved.
Example 4
The present embodiment provides an aluminum drawer furniture including, but not limited to, a table, a cabinet, to which any of the aluminum drawers of the above embodiments is mounted.
The aluminum drawer furniture provided by the embodiment can meet the environmental protection requirement of no formaldehyde, and the aluminum drawer is smoother to draw.
Compared with the prior art, the drawer installation assembly, the aluminum drawer for installing the assembly and the aluminum drawer furniture have the following beneficial effects:
(1) According to the drawer installation assembly provided by the invention, the cushion blocks are added, and meanwhile, the connecting part and the supporting part are added on the track to form the fixing part, so that the sliding rail can be quickly and conveniently connected with the cabinet body and the aluminum drawer even after being assembled, the installation difficulty is reduced, only a screwdriver is needed, and an ordinary person without installation experience can quickly complete the installation between the aluminum drawer and the cabinet body by using the assembly, and the installation cost of manufacturers is reduced;
(2) According to the drawer mounting assembly, as the sliding rail is assembled, the situation that the matching of the inner rail and the outer rail of the sliding rail is wrong does not exist, the situation that the drawer is not pulled smoothly is avoided, and the smoothness of the drawer pulling is improved;
(3) The aluminum drawer for installing the drawer installation assembly is manufactured by adopting formaldehyde-free materials, and can meet the formaldehyde-free environment-friendly requirement;
(4) The aluminum drawer furniture provided by the invention can meet the environmental protection requirement of no formaldehyde, and the drawer is smoother to draw.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product embodying the invention to achieve all of the technical effects described above at the same time.

An aluminum drawer with a drawer mounting assembly, comprising a drawer mounting assembly comprising: a slide rail, the slide rail comprising: the fixing piece is integrally formed and comprises a rail, the middle rail is arranged on the outer side of the rail, the outer rail is arranged on the outer side of the middle rail, steel balls are arranged between the rail and the middle rail and between the middle rail and the outer rail, the middle rail slides along the rail, and the outer rail slides along the middle rail;
the fastener further includes: a connecting part, a supporting part perpendicular to the connecting part,
the connecting portion is rectangular, includes: a third screw hole which is a through hole,
the supporting part is rectangular, and the length of the supporting part along the extending direction of the track is greater than or equal to the length of the connecting part along the extending direction of the track;
the outer rail comprises: the connecting piece and the bulge are arranged on the connecting piece,
the connecting piece is arranged on one surface of the outer rail, which is parallel to one end of the outer rail and far away from the supporting part, the connecting piece is L-shaped, one side of the connecting piece is vertically arranged on the outer rail, the other side of the connecting piece is provided with a fourth screw hole, the fourth screw hole is a through hole,

the aluminum drawer provided with the drawer installation assembly further comprises: two aluminum side walls, an aluminum front wall, an aluminum rear wall, a bottom plate and four corner brackets;
the aluminum front upper is provided with a handle, and the handle is arranged on the aluminum front upper in a rivet connection or screw connection mode;
a fifth screw hole is formed in the corner connector, and the fifth screw hole is a through hole;
the lower ends of the two aluminum side walls, the aluminum front wall and the aluminum rear wall are provided with aluminum frames;
the aluminum frame comprises: a partition board and an outer groove,
