本发明公开了一种无毒农药及其制备工艺,无毒农药组份按重量份数包括柠檬桉8‑20份、石榴皮8‑15份、花椒素10‑20份、氧化锌10‑20份、穿心莲5‑10份、苦参碱12‑25份、甲壳素10‑20份、使君子8‑20份、相思子7‑18份、雷公藤生物碱5‑15份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10‑20份、乳化剂3‑10份以及纳米银离子粉1‑3份。本发明工艺简单、制作过程全程环保无污染,制得的农药具有高效的杀菌除虫作用,能够提高农作物产量,对环境无污染、无残留,具有很好的经济价值和社会价值。

本发明涉及农药制备工艺技术领域,具体为一种无毒农药及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,城乡居民的消费观念有了较大的转变,人们不再满足于吃饱穿暖,在吃的方面不仅讲究营养而且更注重无毒无害,然而,我国目前使用的农药60%以上为化学制剂,而农副产品中的化学残留,主要来源于化肥农药,50%以上化学农药含有致癌物质,由于化学农药残留量严重超标,农业在不同程度上承受着有害农药的侵蚀,生态环境遭到严重的破坏,生物的生命受到威胁,同时,也会给人类的自身生存带来危害,现有的无机和有机杀虫剂、杀菌剂不仅污染环境,而且破坏生态、毒害人类,所以亟需研制一种无毒、无污染、无副作用的环保农药。

本发明的目的在于提供一种无毒农药及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无毒农药,无毒农药组份按重量份数包括柠檬桉8-20份、石榴皮8-15份、花椒素10-20份、氧化锌10-20份、穿心莲5-10份、苦参碱12-25份、甲壳素10-20份、使君子8-20份、相思子7-18份、雷公藤生物碱5-15份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10-20份、乳化剂3-10份以及纳米银离子粉1-3份。
优选的,优选的成分配比为:柠檬桉14份、石榴皮12份、花椒素15份、氧化锌15份、穿心莲7份、苦参碱18份、甲壳素15份、使君子14份、相思子13份、雷公藤生物碱10份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯15份、乳化剂7份以及纳米银离子粉2份。
优选的,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将柠檬桉、石榴皮、花椒素、氧化锌、穿心莲、苦参碱、使君子、相思子、雷公藤生物碱,混合后加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,粉碎机转速为1000转/分,粉碎时间为20min,之后过100目筛,得到混合液A;
B、在混合液A中加入甲壳素、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、乳化剂,混合后加入加热容器中进行加热,加热过程中不断搅拌,加热温度为65℃,加热时间为20min,之后缓慢冷却至室温,得到混合液B;
C、在混合液B中加入纳米银离子粉,充分搅拌后,静置2h,即得到无毒农药。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单、制作过程全程环保无污染,制得的农药具有高效的杀菌除虫作用,能够提高农作物产量,对环境无污染、无残留,具有很好的经济价值和社会价值;另外本发明中还加入一定量的纳米银离子粉,能够防止农药氧化后变质影响功效。

1.一种无毒农药,其特征在于:无毒农药组份按重量份数包括柠檬桉8-20份、石榴皮8-15份、花椒素10-20份、氧化锌10-20份、穿心莲5-10份、苦参碱12-25份、甲壳素10-20份、使君子8-20份、相思子7-18份、雷公藤生物碱5-15份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10-20份、乳化剂3-10份以及纳米银离子粉1-3份。
