技术领域
本发明涉及一种灭蚊剂,属于生活用品领域。
背景技术
蚊虫是世界上重要的卫生害虫,可以传播疟疾、鼠疫等流行病,严重威胁着人们的生命安全。
传统的盘式蚊香燃烧的烟里,可能会含有对人体危害的物质:超细微粒(直径小于2.5微米的颗粒物质)。有研究报道称,点一盘蚊香放出的微粒和烧4包香烟的量相当,因此长期使用可能会对人体造成伤寒,例如诱发哮喘等。而油基型气雾剂,在使用的过程中,会在物体的表面留下油渍,对环境的污染也比较严重。在运输过程中也有隐患。因此,提供一种安全,可靠的液体蚊香成为一个市场需求。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种灭蚊剂,灭蚊效果好,无毒。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种灭蚊剂,有效成分包括2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪与红藤提取液。
所述的红藤提取液与2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪比例在20-30:1。
所述有效成分占总质量的1%-20%。
本发明有效成分包括2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪与红藤提取液,具有而非常好的灭蚊效果。
具体实施方式
本发明中的比值均为质量比。
灭蚊剂有效成分为:2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪与红藤提取液,
红藤提取液与2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪的质量比为20:1。
2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪CAS:15707-23-0,
红藤提取液制备方法如下:将2份粉碎的干燥红藤加入到25份的水中,采用油浴加热方式以沸水回流提取溶液,经离心分离,得到上层清液即为红藤提取液。
A、红藤提取液,B、2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪,有效成分占5%,其余为离子水。
对不同含量的有效成分液体蚊香进行室内药效测试,采用GB18418-2009家用卫生杀虫用品电热液体蚊香标准,进行测试。在该标准中,KT50值(方箱法)≤10分钟即可判为合格,时间越短说明对蚊虫驱杀效果越好,测试数据见表。
上述实验结果可以看出红藤提取液与2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪单一作为有效成分灭蚊效果不是很理想,而二者的混合液对于灭蚊效果有一定效果,但效果不显著,但当红藤提取液与2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪比例在20-30:1这一区间有着非常好的灭蚊效果,特别是红藤提取液与2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪比例在25:1时,有着惊人的灭蚊效果,灭蚊性能大幅度提高,具有意想不到的灭蚊效果。
毒性测试:
对红藤提取液与2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪比例在25:1这一组的灭蚊剂进行毒性测试,参照国家卫生部《职业性急性化学物中毒性血液系统疾病诊断标准》及《中药、天然药物免疫毒性研究的技术指导原则》标准,制定本发明测试例。
实验种类:两只幼龄小白鼠。
实验方法:
(1)实验条件:实验室温度(27±2)℃
(2)实验装置:在两个25平方米相同温度的实验室内,各放置一个大小相同规格的80×80×80cm细密透气的网状笼罩。
(3)实验步骤:将两只幼龄小白鼠分开各放于两个实验室的网状笼罩内,并分成对照组和薰本发明蚊香组,分别给予不薰本发明蚊香和薰本发明蚊香,测量幼龄小白鼠体重,观察血液学生化学指标、组织病理学变化及停止薰本发明蚊香后的恢复情况等。放置本发明蚊香时要安装在网状笼罩内离底30厘米处。给药剂量:电加热灭蚊剂,保持24小时长期使用。时间:连续使用一个月,观察对照组和薰本发明蚊香组的幼龄小白鼠,长期使用本发明蚊香对幼龄小白鼠的毒性及副作用。清洁:笼罩内两天清洁一次。
结果:两只幼龄小白鼠抽血化验后,各项生化指标均为正常,表明本发明蚊香对幼龄小白鼠无毒副作用,只有超过24小时室内蚊香烟雾太浓时,需开窗换气10-15分钟,抽血前8小时未给两幼龄小白鼠进食。
结论:长期使用本发明灭蚊剂对幼龄小白鼠无任何毒性。

1.一种灭蚊剂,有效成分包括2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪与红藤提取液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭蚊剂,其特征在于,所述的红藤提取液与2-乙基-3-甲基吡嗪比例在20-30:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭蚊剂,其特征在于,所述有效成分占总质量的1%-20%。
