一种肉用黄牛养殖方法,包括以下步骤:(1)选择养殖场地:选择周围没有化工企业、空气新鲜、交通运输方便、阳光充足风沙少的山地作为养殖场地,山地上生长杂草和小树木,山地坡度为26度;(2)牛舍建设:在养殖场地中间位置建立牛舍,牛舍设置通风取暖设施和粪污处理设施,牛舍前面设置牛进圈舍通道,通道上设置消毒浅池;(3)选择身体健壮、进食量大的幼牛进行养殖,幼牛期放养时间为下午2个小时,放养回圈经过消毒浅池进行消毒,牛圈保持通风干燥,牛圈白天温度保持在22摄氏度,牛圈夜间温度保持在16摄氏度,让幼牛充分饮水,喂食食料重量百分比为:玉米粉45%、酒槽30%、豆腐渣15%、鱼粉6%和食用盐4%;(4)催肥期管理:催肥期白天放养8个小时,放养回圈经过消毒浅池进行消毒,牛圈保持通风干燥,牛圈白天温度保持在20摄氏度,牛圈夜间温度保持在14摄氏度,让催肥期牛充分饮水,夜间补充干草,放养前和放养分别给牛喂养食料,催肥期食料重量百分比为:玉米粉32%、麸皮28%、花生饼15%、酒槽15%、骨粉5%、食用盐3%和生长素2%;(5)适时出栏:催肥后期要注意观察牛只生长状况,适时定期进行称重或体尺测量,当发现其膘外露,有背槽,臀圆形,公牛阴囊和母牛乳房都已沉积了脂肪,即可出栏。

Claims (4)
1.一种肉用黄牛养殖方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)选择养殖场地:选择周围没有化工企业、空气新鲜、交通运输方便、阳光充足风沙少的山地作为养殖场地,山地上生长杂草和小树木,山地坡度为25~30度;
(2)牛舍建设:在养殖场地中间位置建立牛舍,牛舍设置通风取暖设施和粪污处理设施,牛舍前面设置牛进圈舍通道,通道上设置消毒浅池;
(3)幼牛期管理:选择身体健壮、进食量大的幼牛进行养殖,幼牛期放养时间为下午2~3个小时,放养回圈经过消毒浅池进行消毒,牛圈保持通风干燥,牛圈白天温度保持在21~23摄氏度,牛圈夜间温度保持在15~17摄氏度,让幼牛充分饮水,喂食食料重量百分比为:玉米粉42~48%、酒槽28~35%、豆腐渣12~18%、鱼粉3~6%和食用盐2~4%;
(4)催肥期管理:催肥期白天放养6~8个小时,放养回圈经过消毒浅池进行消毒,牛圈保持通风干燥,牛圈白天温度保持在18~21摄氏度,牛圈夜间温度保持在13~15摄氏度,让催肥期牛充分饮水,夜间补充干草,放养前和放养分别给牛喂养食料,催肥期食料重量百分比为:玉米粉32~38%、麸皮20~30%、花生饼12~16%、酒槽10~15%、骨粉5~8%、食用盐3~5%和生长素2~3%;
(5)适时出栏:催肥后期要注意观察牛只生长状况,适时定期进行称重或体尺测量,当发现其膘外露,有背槽,臀圆形,公牛阴囊和母牛乳房都已沉积了脂肪,即可出栏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肉用黄牛养殖方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)选择养殖场地:选择周围没有化工企业、空气新鲜、交通运输方便、阳光充足风沙少的山地作为养殖场地,山地上生长杂草和小树木,山地坡度为26度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的肉用黄牛养殖方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)幼牛期管理:选择身体健壮、进食量大的幼牛进行养殖,幼牛期放养时间为下午2个小时,放养回圈经过消毒浅池进行消毒,牛圈保持通风干燥,牛圈白天温度保持在22摄氏度,牛圈夜间温度保持在16摄氏度,让幼牛充分饮水,喂食食料重量百分比为:玉米粉45%、酒槽30%、豆腐渣15%、鱼粉6%和食用盐4%。
